It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about thigh high socks. Within the anime community, thigh high socks are actually really popular. This is because a lot of anime characters, usually girls, wear them. But, why is this? Well, this is actually a popular fashion item in Japan. Thigh high socks create a gap between the top of socks, and the bottom of a skirt or shorts. This gap where skin is showing is actually considered very cute and attractive. Apparently this is true, because thigh high socks have only gained popularity over time. They've become popular even outside of the anime community, and now there are a lot of different kinds available. However, I think they'll always be most commonly seen in anime. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I wanted to talk about it because I always thought this was an interesting topic; even though a lot of people don't think much about it. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five long-running game series. There's really no reason for this list, other than I wanted to list some games. These are a few series that have been going for a long time, and have quite a few games available now because of it. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) The Legend Of Zelda

2.) Mario

3.) Kirby

4.) Sonic

5.) Touhou Project

It's the Lunar New Year! So to help celebrate this, I will be listing five Pokemon, along with a picture of each. Because it's the Lunar New Year as well as the Year Of The Snake, I couldn't decide if I wanted to list dragon-type Pokemon to represent the Chinese Dragon, or snake Pokemon to represent the year. So instead, I'm including a bit of both. I thought it was a good compromise. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy! Happy Lunar New Year!

1.) Dragonair

2.) Drampa

3.) Seviper

4.) Serperior

5.) Ekans

What time is it? Post time! As the month of January starts coming to a close, new Eevee merchandise has already started to release on the Pokemon Center website. For those of you who don't know, Pokemon Center is having a Year Of Eevee. That means there will be a lot of new Eevee and Eeveelution merchandise being released throughout the year. What that could be implying regarding a possible new Eeveelution is unclear right now, but it's nice to see that some merchandise has already started being released. I look forward to seeing what other merchandise will be released in the upcoming months, especially since it'll be expanding the already large Eevee selection. As always, here's a link for the official Pokemon Center website. Enjoy!

It's time for yet another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about what I think a normal-type Eevee evolution would be like. When talking about Eevees, a lot of people focus on the more unique types. However, I think a normal-type Eevee evolution would make sense too. Personally, I think a normal-type Eevee evolution would just be a bigger, fluffier Eevee. Since Eevee is already a normal-type Pokemon, I think a normal-type evolution would be an Eevee who doesn't want to change or evolve. As for game mechanics, it could be an Eevee that doesn't meet the other evolution requirements. So when it reaches a high enough level, it evolves into a normal-type instead. I don't think it would look like the other Eevee evolutions, since it would just be a bigger Eevee. I think an Eevee evolution like this would be good for fans who don't want to evolve their Eevees. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to talk about this because a lot of fans try to make a normal-type Eevee look like the other evolutions, but I don't think it would. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the prices for Sanrio merchandise. Sanrio is one of the most popular Japanese companies. This is mostly thanks to characters like Hello Kitty and Gudetama. However, the merchandise available from official sources usually costs quite a bit. It's often rather expensive, even for simple things like clothes or socks. For a lot of fans, this discourages them from buying things from the official website. Nobody wants to pay eleven dollars for one pair of socks. It's ridiculous. Even their hoodies can cost up to one hundred dollars. That's a lot of money for one hoodie. Doing things like that only chases fans away, and encourages them to buy from unofficial sources. Since it's easy to find Sanrio merchandise being sold secondhand, many fans who can't afford the prices on the website are just going to buy from cheaper places. I honestly don't think that's a bad idea with prices like this. Sanrio will eventually notice if a lot of fans stop buying things from the official website, and it may encourage them to price things more fairly. But, I don't think that's very likely. Big companies hardly ever care about the people who can't afford their merchandise. So, if you're a Sanrio fan who can't afford these always increasing prices, there's nothing wrong with just buying things from other trustworthy places that sells cheaper merchandise. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the downsides of Cozy Grove. Although I really like this game, there are some downsides to it. First of all, it's way too easy to run out of clothing space. There's a lot of clothes and wigs that you can get, so it's very easy to run out of space. Along with this, you can only add ten spaces at a time. It's also difficult to choose an outfit because you can't see what each clothing piece is until you hover over it. You also can't buy cats. You can only lure them, and there can't be more than one cat in a room because they don't like each other. The daily quests also get pretty tedious after a while. Some of the quests take days to complete, which can pretty quickly cause player burnout. I like this game, but I recommend taking some breaks between days unless there's an event going on. Because otherwise, it can get pretty overwhelming and tedious. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I still recommend this game, but it isn't perfect. Of course, it should also be said that no games are perfect. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! The blog post for today will be about Pokemon Go. Pokemon Go is starting to lose popularity again because a lot of fans haven't played it in a long time. But if you're one of them, you're missing out! Firstly, Pokemon Go has finally added customization options for your avatar. This means you can make your avatar look more like what you want them to, including changing their hairstyle, face, and body shape regardless of gender. There's also quite a bit of clothing now, including free clothes. Gameplay-wise, there's a daily incense, a daily gift, and remote raid passes so you can join raids from a distance. There's also more Pokemon available now, too. I think it's worth it to give this game another chance, especially since they've been trying to fix a lot of the problems fans have been complaining about. Even if Pokemon Go may seem like old news, it's still updated frequently. I recommend checking it out, especially with the added customization options and things to help you enjoy the game without having to walk around. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about a good way of making an overpowered character. It's a common complaint in the anime community that overpowered characters never lose. It makes an anime boring and hard to watch after a while. However, everyone seems to like one overpowered character in particular. That character is Saiki Kusuo from The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K. He's insanely overpowered, but it's handled in a good way. Saiki's powers are used for comedy and world-building. He also keeps it hidden, so it doesn't usually effect the other characters. Common anime tropes are often explained with "this is this way because Saiki did it", which makes it even funnier to know that he changed the entire world for his own comfort. He could do anything he wants, but he just uses his powers to live a comfortable life. This is a really good way of making an overpowered character, which is why the series has gotten so popular. I've seen a few other people talk about this, and fans of the series usually agree that this was done really well. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another new list! For today's blog post, I will be listing my top three favorite shiny Pokemon, along with a picture of each. I'll also be giving a reason for each choice. I don't mention shiny Pokemon on this blog very often, so I wanted to list a few of my favorites for you all today. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Umbreon - I really like this one. The blue rings compliment Umbreon well, and making the eyes yellow is a nice way to give a nod to the original yellow rings.

2.) Sylveon - I love this! It's very cute, and switching the pink and blue is really clever.

3.) Magikarp - This Pokemon is usually made fun of and looked down on, so seeing it get a golden version is a nice surprise. It also looks very nice, and I think it's a nice shiny version for an overlooked Pokemon.

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about a minor issue I have with Animal Crossing. This is a silly little problem, but I've never understood why villagers don't wear pants or shoes. If you give them full body outfits, they turn into shirts. They can't wear any shoes or pants you give them, and even some dresses look more like shirts. This is especially odd when the villagers mention wearing pants, socks, or shoes. Some villagers are made to look like they're wearing pants or shoes, but they can't actually wear any. The only one I've seen wearing a full outfit is Isabelle, which is an even weirder choice. Because it shows they can wear them, they just choose not to. It's a small detail, but I just find it weird. It's also really disappointing knowing they can never wear any shoes, skirts, outfits, or pants you give them. I kind of hope this will be fixed one day, but since I haven't really seen anyone else complaining about it, I don't think it will be. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about one of the perfect character introductions I've seen. However, there will be minor spoilers for Chainsaw Man, so proceed with caution! Now then, let's get on with it! Chainsaw Man has one of the best character introductions I've seen so far. That character, is Power. As soon as she enters the episode, you can immediately tell what kind of person she'll be and how she'll act. This is only confirmed throughout her first episode, which shows off her unique and borderline crazy personality. You can tell right away that she'll be a very bold and loud character. I think it's very important to get a good sense of what type of person a character will be when they're first introduced, so it's really great when a character's personality is very obvious right away. Even if some people may find her annoying, I still think they did a really good job introducing her. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. As a little bonus, here's a picture of Power! Enjoy!

It's time for a list! For today's blog post, I will be listing five popular Animal Crossing villagers, along with a picture of each. With so many villagers available throughout the games, some of them are obviously going to be more popular than the others. So, I wanted to list some of the most popular ones in today's post. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Marshal

2.) Raymond

3.) Shino

4.) Ankha

5.) Sasha

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Chainsaw Man. Chainsaw Man is an anime that's based on the manga of the same name. It's become very popular, but I'll only be talking about it briefly today because I've only watched the first episode so far. This series follows a devil hunter named Denji, and his little devil companion Pochita. Even the first episode has a lot of twists, so I won't be going into detail for anyone who hasn't seen it yet. But I will say this anime is pretty bloody, so it may be better for older audiences. If anyone would like to check it out, the first three episodes are available for free on Crunchyroll. I may do another post with spoilers later, but I just wanted to say that I really like this series. Even after just one episode, it's easy to get hooked on the upcoming story. I can see why this show has gained popularity, and I recommend it for anyone who enjoys action heavy shows. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the storage problem in Animal Crossing New Horizons. This game has a big problem with house storage. Not only does it have you pay a lot of bells to upgrade your storage, but it doesn't even hold everything. This is mostly because of the large amount of clothes. It's nice to have variety, but it isn't nice to run out of space all the time because of it. I personally think they should've divided the clothes and furniture into different storage systems. Why do we have closets and dressers if they're only for show? It's ridiculous how often the storage runs out based on clothes alone. This is even worse with the amount of furniture and gyroids in the game. I hope the storage problems are fixed in future Animal Crossing games, but I doubt it will be. Regardless, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Nintendo's problem with older consoles. Anyone who's owned a Nintendo console with internet access knows that Nintendo has a bad habit of permanently disconnecting them after a set number of years. For games that rely heavily on internet access, that means they're pretty much unusable now. Along with this, despite willingly disabling the online features, Nintendo still advises against using unauthorized options to reconnect the platforms to the internet. This is solely so you'll have to buy new ones, because obviously that's how they make money. Although I like Nintendo games and consoles, this is a really awful thing to do to your consumers. Not everyone can afford to buy the new things, and they could still make money through previous consoles if they didn't get rid of that option. It would cost almost nothing to keep the online shops open, and they could still earn money from people who prefer the older consoles. But instead, they just shut them down entirely and just about lock the consoles and games. This is kind of silly anyways, considering it could still make them money; and it's a weird choice from a business standpoint when people are still using the older ones. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Hopefully this isn't a permanent thing and they'll eventually fix the older consoles, but I doubt it. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be rating the gacha systems in five gacha games that I play. These ratings will be out of ten, and I'll also be giving a reason for each one. Keep in mind these are just my opinions, too. So, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Twisted Wonderland - 7/10 - This one is a little tedious, but not really impossible if you try hard enough. Plus every ten pull will have an SR!

2.) Genshin Impact - 8/10 - This one is also a bit tedious, but the pity system is a godsend; especially compared with other gacha games.

3.) Reverse: 1999 - 10/10 - Very good! High rates and a lot of high level characters! Some events even let you choose which characters you want.

4.) Obey Me! Nightbringer - 8/10 - Not bad, especially since getting rare cards is pretty easy. But it takes a while to earn enough points for a full ten pull.

5.) Fate/Grand Order - 3/10 - Bad. Very bad. Not good. It takes way too many Saint Quartz for one ten pull, and it's just about impossible to get even a four star character. Have fun using those low level characters from the free section for a while, because you only get one guaranteed five star character. And the pity system is awful in this as well.

Why can servants be summoned as multiple different classes in Fate/ Grand Order? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This question is actually rather simple to answer. A servant's class is based on their strengths in life. Because of this, some servants can be summoned as several different classes. For example, Astolfo can be a rider or a saber because he was a sword fighter and knight in life. I think this is rather interesting, and can be useful during the times when only one servant of each class can be summoned. I know this post isn't very long, but I wanted to talk about it to clear up any potential confusion. As always, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! I haven't listed anime series in a while, so today's blog post will be a list of ten comedies I like. Whether they're fully comedies, or just have funny moments, these shows are some of my favorites. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) The Devil Is A Part-Timer

2.) Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

3.) Kiss Him, Not Me

4.) Sleepy Princess In The Demon Castle

5.) The Vampire Dies In No Time

6.) Servamp

7.) Himouto Umaru-Chan

8.) Welcome To Demon School Iruma-Kun

9.) The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K

10.) Hamtaro

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about resources in Cozy Grove. That specifically means I'll be talking about things you need to collect. Things like wood and various foods can be collected while you're playing the game. However, some quests require a large amount of resources. It's usually wood, but sometimes it's also food. Firstly, leaf piles usually hold branches and mushrooms, but will also occasionally have softwood or hardwood. Digging up dig spots will usually give you different foods too, and you can get either type of wood from skipping stones into the clams. If you collect a lot of branches, don't sell them. You can talk to Maker Bear and craft them into better wood. Along with this, you can get different foods from burning mushrooms, nuts, or fruits with Flamey. You can collect wood, branches, fruits, and nuts from growing specific trees. Growing flowering bushes and berry bushes can also give you branches and wood, as well as flowers and berries; depending on which bush you plant. It's a good idea to pick an area and plant a lot of useful plants there. If you have too many pieces of a specific type of wood, you can recycle it into a lesser version by talking to Francesca. It's important to ruffle leaf piles and stock up on resources, because the quests that need them happen relatively frequently throughout the game. There are a lot of ways to get these resources in the game, including upgrading Mr. Kit's shop. But, I wanted to talk about the important ones for now. Some of these quests take days if you don't have the right items, and that can be pretty tedious; which is why I wanted to make this post. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about my thoughts on servants in the Fate series. Firstly, I don't understand why they had to be based on real historical figures if they were going to change them anyways. I think they should've just made a fictional world with fictional history and that's it. Along with this, the whole thing is a bit confusing. It can be seen on multiple occasions that no matter what age they're summoned as, they always remember their full lifetime. So why aren't they always summoned as adults instead, so they at least keep the size and strength advantages? Why are they summoned at different life stages when most of them would be adults anyways? That being said, I do appreciate keeping most of the historical facts accurate. Of course some of it is pretty different, so it's not great for people who don't already know the history behind the servants. But there are neat Easter Eggs for people who do like history. As much as I complain, I do like the characters and servants. I just hate them messing with real life history. I do like history and adding twists and "facts" that aren't true is damaging to people who don't know the history. It just spreads misinformation and false opinions as fact. I think that's why I find it so aggravating. I think I'd like this series a lot more if they were separate characters, or only loosely based on historical figures but given different unique names. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the summoning system in Fate/Grand Order. Of all the gacha games I've played, the summoning system in this one is one of the worst. Firstly, it takes thirty saint quartz for a single ten pull. Sure, it gives you eleven pulls instead, but that doesn't really make up for it. Along with this, there are so many characters that you'll pretty much never get the ones you want. Even on feature banners, it takes hundreds of tries. Not a hundred, hundreds. Multiple. The rates are extremely unfair, and almost all of the characters you get will be the lowest stars possible. Furthermore, some featured summons only run for two days. How can anyone possibly get hundreds of summons in two days? It's nowhere near enough time. It doesn't matter how often you can get saint quartz, you will never get hundreds in just two days without paying for them. Not to mention some characters are locked behind paid only summons. Oh, you like a special five star character but can't afford to buy a digital currency? That's too bad, because you'll never get them then. This is my least favorite gacha system ever. Even four star characters are just about impossible to obtain. Since this game is already years old, I can't imagine it'll ever get better either. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I recommend playing this game only if you really couldn't care less about getting certain characters. Or playing through very word heavy story quests. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Will we ever get a new permanent Pokemon type? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! It's very rare for Pokemon types to be added to the series. When they are added, they're usually special types that are temporary for battles only. This is because adding a new type usually throws off the balance quite a bit. It changes game mechanics, and it changes the way current types interact with each other. Because of this, new types usually aren't added. However, there is a chance one could be added someday, especially since the fairy type was well-received when it was released. New types are usually added to fix an imbalance, or to add something new to the series. So, I think there's a good chance there will be more added in the future. Other fans have talked about this before, and I think it would be very interesting to see what a new Pokemon type would look like. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the possibility of us getting a new Eevee evolution this year. For those of you who don't know, Pokemon recently announced that this year is the year of Eevee. That means Eevee and its evolutions will be in the spotlight a lot this year. We've been waiting a long time for a new Eevee evolution, but there have been a lot of delays. This is likely because of the large amount of fan-made designs, since this can cause a lot of copyright issues and accusations of plagiarism. However, the focus on Eevee this year could mean that this is finally the year we get another one! Since it was announced before the release of the new game, an Eevee evolution could be included in an upcoming game. This hasn't been confirmed, but I really hope that this is the case. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Tuesday, January 7, 2025

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the problem with villagers in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Animal Crossing in general has had a bit of a problem with villagers. First of all, there aren't enough of them on the island. The museum is often empty, and villagers are always either at home, or aimlessly wandering the island. Along with this, there's hardly anything for them to do. Even if you put a lot of things out on your island, they can't interact with many of them. Because of this, the island doesn't really feel like a town at all. The only buildings are houses, two stores, and a museum; and you can't even add more. Along with this, having the Happy Home Paradise DLC does almost nothing for your own island. You can't make any of the villager houses bigger, even though that would only affect the inside and not the outside. I like this game a lot, but the lack of buildings and villagers gets pretty boring. And if you have villagers of the same personality type, they end up repeating things other villagers have already said. It's a bit frustrating. I doubt any of this will be fixed even in future games, especially since this has always been the problem throughout the games. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post.

The official Pokemon website has just announced that 2025 will be the year of Eevee! All year long, the Pokemon Center website will feature products for Eevee and all of its evolutions. This doesn't seem like very much at first glance, but this could mean that Eevee will finally be getting a new evolution! Fans have waited years for a new Eevee evolution, and Eevee being the featured Pokemon of 2025 is a very promising update. Of course this is just speculation at the moment. However, the announcement did come with an official picture for the event. Along with this, there will be new products featuring Eevee and its evolutions released all year. For those of you who may be interested, I'll be including the official announcement link below. Enjoy!

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Reverse: 1999 exchange codes. These codes will give you a bunch of supplies, and they're all current and working. Only one on this list is expired, but all of the others work. Using these codes will give you a lot of supplies for leveling up your characters, as well as some clear drops for summoning. I've personally used these codes myself, so I know they're currently working. To use these codes, simply go to your settings, choose Exchange Code Reward, and type the code into the box. As always, I will be including the link for the codes below so you all can check them out. Enjoy!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the two new Sanrio Valentine's Day plushies at Build-A-Bear. Valentine's Day is still quite a bit from now, but that doesn't mean the merchandise hasn't started. There are currently two Sanrio Valentine's Day plushies at Build-A-Bear, and they are Kuromi and My Melody. These two are often paired together, so it isn't surprising to see them paired for Valentine's Day as well. They can be purchased with or without clothes, and they were just recently released. They're pink, and they both have special outfits. As always, I will be including the pictures and links for both of these plushies below. Enjoy!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing my top three favorite Reverse: 1999 characters so far, along with a picture of each. I'm still learning about the world and characters of this game, so I wanted to list my favorites so far. These won't necessarily be in any order, but they are my top three at the moment. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Medicine Pocket

2.) Forget Me Not

3.) Sonetto

Thursday, January 2, 2025

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five of my favorite characters to have on my team in Reverse: 1999, along with a picture of each. I've been playing this game for a few days now, so I wanted to list my favorite characters. But these aren't necessarily my favorites, they're actually the ones that I find work best for battles. Teams can be tricky, so I wanted to list some of the ones I find work the best. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Medicine Pocket

2.) TTT

3.) The Fool

4.) Pavia

5.) Sonetto

It's the new year! Which means new games, new manga, new anime, and Lilia Vanrouge's birthday! Since it's the first day of the new year, I wanted to do a nice simple post for today. So today, I will be listing the Twisted Wonderland birthday cards for Lilia Vanrouge, including the new one that was just released in Japan for this year's birthday. The English server birthday cards are a year behind the Japanese server, so feel free to skip this post if you'd rather not see his current birthday card yet. These are also the basic cards and not the groovy versions, to avoid spoilers. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy! Happy New Year, and happy birthday Lilia!
