It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Astro Boy. Astro Boy is a series that started as a manga in the 1950's. Although it's not very popular now, it has had several adaptations. There have been many anime adaptations for it, and there was even a CGI movie made in the USA in 2009. Every adaptation follows Astro Boy in his daily adventures. Astro Boy himself is a robot boy who has many powers because of his robotics. Although things change from adaptation to adaptation, most of the story tends to stay roughly the same. There is quite a bit to say about this series, but I won't be going into too much detail so this post doesn't get too long. However, I will be including a picture of the original Astro Boy from the 1960's anime below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!
