Why are some Animal Crossing villagers considered creepy or scary? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although Animal Crossing is known for its cute villagers, there are still some fans think are creepy. This doesn't happen very often, but there are a few that pretty much all of the fans dislike. But why is this? Well, it's usually because the design ends up too unsettling. When there's a somewhat creepy villager, it stands out much more when it's surrounded by cute characters. Because of this, villagers that may have only been a little creepy in other games become much more scary in this game. A lot of the villagers people dislike have good designs, they just don't fit in with the other villagers. I'm sure these villagers were created for players who make their islands with darker themes, much like how there's furniture and clothing items that stand out as unsettling when compared to everything else. Villagers that would've been only a little off-putting end up looking more terrifying compared to everything else. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic.
