It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the lack of Halloween clothes in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Fans of the game may argue that there are Halloween clothing items in the game, and I agree. However, there aren't very many, and none of them are casual clothing items. There are no Halloween sweaters, casual pants, or sweater dresses. Fall is the season of sweaters, and Halloween is the most popular holiday in fall. This is why I think it's so odd that there's such a lack of clothing items for it. Of course you can make custom Halloween sweaters, which a lot of people do. But you can't make sweater dresses, or even long sleeved casual dresses. You also can't make custom pants. The only real Halloween clothes are for costumes. This makes it difficult to celebrate Halloween in the rest of October leading up to it. I think it's disappointing that there aren't very many Halloween clothes when Halloween is such a popular holiday. I would've loved to see what casual Halloween clothes would've looked like in the game. Everyone thinks of costumes when it comes to Halloween, but custom designs made by fans have proven that casual Halloween clothes are fun too. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to talk about this because I was surprised there was such a lack of regular Halloween clothes in the game. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
