Today's post is about the book Death Note 13: How To Read. This book isn't a manga, but an encyclopedia style book that has information about the Deathnote series. It includes character bios, interviews and commentaries with the creators of Deathnote, and a bonus, which is the pilot chapter of the manga. It also comes with a true name card for L, and Ryuk's human observation journal. Everything in Death Note 13: How To Read is official, and it was made by both of the original Deathnote creators. The Japanese version also came with the five finger puppets that Near had been using in the Anime.
