3, 2, 1, post time! Today's blog post will be about the Pokemon Ampharos. Ampharos is an electric-type Pokemon, and it is the evolution of the Pokemon Mareep. It is also the evolution of the Pokemon Flaaffy. This Pokemon's tail shines very brightly. Because of this, it can serve as a beacon for lost people. The light can even be seen from space, and people used to use the lights to send signals between long distances. It was also used as a beacon for sailors, as well. Along with this, the light on its tail allows you to see Ampharos wherever it is. Ampharos usually keeps its light turned off because of this, too.
