3, 2, 1, post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Teru Teru Bozu. Teru Teru Bozu are traditional handmade Japanese weather dolls, and they frequently appear throughout anime and manga. These dolls are made of white cloth or tissue paper, and they are hung up next to windows. Along with this, they are hung on rainy days in an effort to make the rain go away. Because of this, they are often made on rainy days. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Juvia from Fairy Tail wearing a Teru Teru Bozu so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!
