Why do different events take place in the different routes of Mystic Messenger? Well that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There will be some spoilers in this post too, so proceed with caution! Now then, an with the post! Although I know different events take place in Mystic Messenger based on the MC's involvement with each of the members, what about the events that are out of the MC's control? For example, Echo Girl and Sarah Choi are only antagonists in Zen's and Jumin's routes. Aside from that, they don't really have any involvement in the game. However, Zen ends up hurting his ankle in multiple routes. But, why is this? I can only assume that the problems that happen in the different routes are simply tests for the player, but that wouldn't be an in-game answer for this. It's hard to say why different things like this happen in the different routes, since the MC would have no involvement with these problems on different routes. Although these things could still happen without the characters mentioning them, that wouldn't make very much sense either. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic anyways.
