It's time for a new blog post! The blog post for today will be about Wammy's House from Death Note. There may be a few spoilers in this post though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Wammy's House is an orphanage, and it was founded in Winchester, England. It was established by Quillish Wammy, and it was originally created as a training facility for gifted children. Although the orphanage is usually run by its founder, Roger Ruvie runs it in Quillish Wammy's absence. Along with this, the most well-known and accomplished orphan to come from Wammy's House is L. After the success of L, the main priority of Wammy's House changed from its original goal of training gifted children to finding a suitable successor for L. Many other gifted children also came from Wammy's House, including Mello, Near, and Matt. The children at Wammy's House also use aliases instead of their real names, and even the children don't know the true names of the others.
