It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about some of the new information we received for Pokemon Sword and Pokemon Shield in yesterday's Nintendo Direct. For those of you who don't know, there was a 15 minute long Nintendo Direct released yesterday, and it gave us quite a bit of new information regarding the newest Pokemon games. However, I would first like to mention that I won't be talking about the things they revealed in the video in the same order in this post. So, let's start with the new Pokemon they revealed. The new Pokemon that were revealed are Gossifleur, Eldegoss, Wooloo, Corviknight, and Drednaw. There was also some new information revealed about the starter Pokemon of the region as well. The Grass-type gym leader Milo was revealed too, along with one of your rivals named Hop, the professor of the region Professor Magnolia, the professor's granddaughter Sonia, and the current champion Leon. One of the new Pokemon features of the region was also revealed. The new feature is called Dynamaxing, and it allows your Pokemon to grow to an enormous size for three turns during a Pokemon battle. However, this feature can only be used once per battle, so you'll have to learn how to use it strategically to win! The new legendary Pokemon for the games were revealed in the Nintendo direct yesterday as well, and their names are Zacian and Zamazenta. Since this post is getting pretty long, I'll end it here.
