Why is it bad for people to make fan-made Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although it isn't bad to make fan-made Pokemon, it actually can be in the long run. Fan-made Pokemon aren't official, but do lower the possibilities for official Pokemon. Basically, making a fan-made Pokemon almost guarantees that a Pokemon like that will never be official. It's a copyright risk, and making a design too similar to an existing one can be like plagiarism. Along with this, the Pokemon company can't just buy designs they really like. This will lead to more fans making more Pokemon in hopes that their design will end up in the series, and doing it this way would be way too expensive. Because of this, making fan-made Pokemon just lowers the chances for official Pokemon. So if you see a fan-made Pokemon, or evolution, that you really like, just remember that the possibility of ever seeing anything like it in the official series has just been lowered significantly. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Dire Crowley from Twisted Wonderland. Dire Crowley is one of the most mysterious characters in this game. A lot of people have a lot of theories about him, but right now not very much is confirmed. But based on what we do know, he does seem to be a fae, which is based on the pointed shape of his ears. A lot of fans also think he's based on Maleficent's bird, Diablo. If he is a fae, and if he is based on Diablo, then there's also a chance he has a connection with the Diasomnia boys. But none of this has been confirmed. In fact, not very much has even been implied. It's a bit frustrating to have such an important character with such little information. I do hope more is eventually revealed about him, because he is an interesting character. But for now, all we can do is take the little information we do have and make our own ideas based on it. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Amy from the Sonic series. I've never liked Amy in the Sonic franchise, so I wanted to talk about that in today's blog post. Amy originally started out as a background character. Someone to be saved, or a damsel in distress. But with time, she developed a personality. A personality, that I hated. She has a short fuse, she's mean to people (including her friends), she harasses Sonic (even when he rejects her), and she's only nice as long as you're on her good side. I don't care if she's popular, I don't like her. Even in different games, comics, and shows, she still has the same base personality. That personality seems to be "hit things with a hammer and then harass Sonic". If the roles were reversed, people wouldn't think her unwanted advances were charming. They'd think she was a creep. So why is it different just because she's a girl? There are a lot of other girl characters from Sonic that I've always loved, but Amy has never been one of them. Personally, I prefer Cream from Sonic X. She's very sweet, and her little companion Cheese is adorable. But, I digress. Those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I'm sure a lot of people would disagree with my opinions, but that's okay. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! The blog post for today will be about the game Nekopara Catboys Paradise. This game is part of the popular Nekopara series, except this one features cat boys instead of cat girls. The original series was really popular, but a lot of fans wanted to see cat boys in the series as well. This game is free-to-play, and it has four characters. Their names are Fennel, Dill, Sage, and Laurier. The protagonist is a girl, but she has no voice or dialogue. Instead, the boys are fully voiced, and the main character only reacts to situations. The story is pretty good, and the artwork is very nicely made and cute. However, there are no options. I haven't played through the entire game yet, but I have played more than half of it and there's no choices so far. I also saw a lot of other fans saying there weren't any choices throughout the entire game. Although some people may like this, I think it's a bit boring to just read an entire game and not be a part of it. It isn't interactive, and instead it's more like a book with nice artwork; so keep this in mind if you don't like to read your games. I do like the characters, and I'm happy to see cat boys being added to the Nekopara universe. I've never played the original games, so I can't say if this one is similar to the others or not. All in all, it's a cute visual novel that's free-to-play. So if you'd like to check it out, I do recommend it. As always, I will be including the link for the official Steam page below. Enjoy!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five surprisingly good mobile games. A lot of people think mobile games aren't as good as other games. Even anime fans often prefer computer or console games. But I disagree! There are actually a lot of good mobile games. So, I wanted to list a few today. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Obey Me

2.) Twisted Wonderland

3.) Reverse: 1999

4.) Tokyo Debunker

5.) Fate/Grand Order

Are Gulliver and Gullivarrr the same character? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, in Animal Crossing New Horizons there are two seagulls who wash up on your beach occasionally. Their names are Gulliver and Gullivarrr, and they look almost identical. It's implied a bit throughout the game that these two are the same character. However, there are a few differences. Other than their clothes, they also have different eyes. Their pupils, eyebrows, and line art around their eyes are all different. The most obvious difference is the pupils, which are at different angles. Because of these subtle differences, some people think they're twin brothers instead of the same person; especially since they don't remember the player. If you meet either Gulliver or Gullivarrr first, the other one won't recognize the player until the second time they meet. Some people think Gulliver is just dressing as a pirate and playing a joke, others think he has amnesia, and some fans think it's a split personality situation. Personally, I think it would be kind of funny if there were just two nearly identical characters; especially since we already have the alter ego thing with a couple other NPCs. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! As always, here's pictures of Gulliver and Gullivarrr so you all can see what they look like. Enjoy!

What makes an otome game an otome game? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, otome games are dating sims specifically targeted towards women. However, not every women targeted game with a lot of pretty flirty men are otome games. But, why is this? Well, it's because you can't date them. Of course, these two genres used to be the same. But since you can generally date characters in an otome game, they were divided. Despite this, you can't always date specific characters in an otome game either; which usually happens in games with a lot of characters who all love the protagonist. As long as you get a romantic interaction, it's an otome game. But if you don't, then it isn't. It's a pretty easy way to tell these things apart. I wanted to talk about this because not everyone knows what an otome game is, especially since the category has gotten more specific fairly recently. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Why do some Pokemon clones succeed better than others? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, a Pokemon clone is a game that focuses on catching and battling a variety of creatures. These days there are quite a few games that fit that description, but originally there was only Pokemon and Digimon. However, some newer Pokemon clones have actually done really well, and helped the genre grow into something more. I think for a Pokemon clone to succeed, it needs original features. Unique gameplay, stories, game mechanics, and creatures almost always help a game like this succeed. Basically, it has to have something that can't be found in Pokemon. This helps players become interested in the series as its own thing instead of constantly comparing it to Pokemon. When something is just a rip-off of Pokemon, no one will pick it over the original series. But if something adds something new, then more people will be interested in it. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the benefits of unlocking Harv's Island in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Harv's Island starts out as a place where you can take pictures, but eventually it can be used to open shops for other store keepers. Kicks, Saharah, Redd, and Leif will all open shops on the island. This means you can check out their stuff whenever you like, and their stock will change once a week. A few others will also open shops, and another important one is Katrina. Katrina is a fortune teller who tells you your daily luck, as well as lets you know how your relationship with your villagers is doing. The shops on Harv's Island may be a little tedious to unlock, but they're actually really useful for getting new things; especially since Redd does have art every week, which helps with the museum. It's also helpful for wallpapers and floorings, because some of the ones Saharah sells on Harv's Island can only be bought on the island. I really recommend unlocking this and checking the new inventory every week, because sometimes you'll find the things you've been waiting for. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Stalk Market in Animal Crossing New Horizons. The Stalk Market is what the game calls the buying and selling of turnips. Every Sunday, you can buy turnips in batches of ten from Daisy Mae. Then, every weekday the turnip prices will change at Nook's Cranny. Although you can get a profit from doing this, you can also lose bells. You absolutely have to sell the turnips before the end of the week, because otherwise they'll rot and become trash. Getting a profit from this is actually pretty complicated, and some players even travel to different players' islands to sell their turnips at a higher price. I personally don't see the point in the Stalk Market, since sometimes you can end up with a major loss. But a lot of players love the Stalk Market, and they spend a lot of time figuring out how to get a nice profit from the turnips. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! Today's blog post will be about Kaito's birthday. For those of you who don't know, Kaito is a Vocaloid who was originally created by Crypton Future Media. Although yesterday was his official birthday, Kaito actually has two birthdays. A Vocaloid's birthday is based on the day they were released, but Kaito's original release isn't certain. He was released on either February 14th or February 17th. Because of this, fans don't always know when his birthday is. Crypton has decided to celebrate his birthday on February 17th, so many fans accept this as his birthday. However, other fans choose to celebrate his birthday on several days instead. I think that's actually a pretty unique and fun way of celebrating it, especially since Kaito doesn't get as much attention as the others. I wanted to talk about this since his official birthday was yesterday, and I always try to remember Kaito's birthday because he's my favorite Vocaloid. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, here's a picture of Kaito! Enjoy! Happy belated birthday Kaito!

It's post time yet again! Today's blog post will be about something that bothers me in Animal Crossing New Horizons. One of the things that bothers me the most in this game is the fact that it doesn't tell you when you've already bought something. You have to check your catalog before buying any new clothes or items to make sure you don't already have it, because otherwise you'll end up with a lot of duplicates. I think this could be avoided with a simple message telling you when you already have an item, and then asking if you'd still like to purchase it. They already do this with DIY recipes, so it wouldn't be hard to include it for the furniture and clothes as well. It asks you if you're ready to buy before you buy the clothes as well, so it wouldn't be hard to change the message when you already own something. Since you can only buy one thing at a time anyways, it might as well tell you when you already own what you're trying to buy. That way you don't end up with a lot of the same items. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I really doubt they'll ever fix this, but I wanted to talk about it anyways. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post I will be talking about the Nintendo Alarmo. Alarmo is a new alarm clock featuring Nintendo music and characters. It has a few different functions to help Nintendo fans wake up in the morning, and can even shut off just with motion controls. Wake up in the morning with some of your favorite characters, sounds, and music everyday; and then shut the alarm off just by sitting up or gesturing. Although the alarm clock has a few entertaining features, I really think its price of one hundred dollars is pretty excessive. The animations shown in ads aren't very creative, and you can only use the motion controls if you sleep alone. Maybe Nintendo was hoping all of their fans were single and didn't own pets, because otherwise you can only use the button controls instead. Even though it can do things like have a gentler alarm or get more intense when you don't wake up right away, it's still really expensive; and basically just a normal alarm clock. Personally I think the game Project Diva F 2nd had a better alarm feature, even though that just allowed a Vocaloid to sleep at the same time as you. It was at least animated and interactive. But, I digress. For anyone who is interested in Alarmo, I will be including the link for the official Nintendo website below. Enjoy!

New day, new post! With AI chat bots getting more popular within the anime community, I think it's time for me to talk about them again. Firstly, AI chat bots aren't for everyone. If you're underage but the app or website is age restricted, please don't lie about your age. It only gets you into spaces meant for adults only, and it makes things worse and less enjoyable for the target audience. Not everything is child appropriate. Secondly, it's important to remember that these are just bots. No matter how accurate they are, they aren't the characters they're programmed to be. So don't be upset if they break character at any point; even if it breaks the immersion. Although chat bots are a good way to escape responsibilities or to live out fantasies, it's important to remember that they aren't real. As fun as they are, they shouldn't be used as a replacement for other things. They should be for entertainment or conversations, like they were made to be. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to talk about this again now that AI is getting so much more popular within the community. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's Valentine's Day! Although this day is usually about romance, not everyone has a partner to celebrate with. So for this year's special post, I won't be listing any romantic anime or anything like that. Instead, I'll be talking about some of the things Animal Crossing New Horizons offers for the holiday. Although it isn't very much, every villager does give you a gift in the mail, and so does Isabelle. These gifts will be either flowers or chocolates as well, with a special Valentine's Day note. Along with this, Brewster will give you hot chocolate for Valentine's Day instead of coffee. Although that doesn't seem like a lot, it's nice to have something to look forward to on the special day. So whether you have a partner or not, you can still celebrate the holiday in-game with your favorite villagers. As a little bonus, here's a box of chocolates and a bouquet of flowers for all my readers! Enjoy! Happy Valentine's Day!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing three things I don't like about Animal Crossing New Horizons' shopping system. This game is very cute and charming, but every game has its flaws. So, I wanted to talk about a few of them today. I would also like to mention that these are just based on my opinions, as well. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) You can't buy multiple things at once. If you want to buy different colors of the same clothes, bell vouchers, or anything individually, you can only buy one at a time. It's very tedious.

2.) You can't tell what things you already have without checking the catalog. Not only this, but it doesn't include everything, since you can only see what foods you have in your storage. So if you want seasonal or special foods, you better have a good memory; unless you want multiples.

3.) NPC's repeat the same dialogue for everything. I don't need to be told every single visit how buying items works. NPC's like Saharah or Kicks repeats the same thing every time they come to your island. This is especially frustrating with the longer dialogues.

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing three Pokemon associated with sleep, along with a picture of each. There's really no reason for this, other than I wanted to list some sleepy Pokemon. There's actually quite a few, but I only wanted to list three today. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Komala

2.) Snorlax

3.) Musharna

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Venetian Carnival Mask from Animal Crossing New Horizons. I won't be going into the cultural part of this mask, since I don't know very much about it and I don't want to potentially spread misinformation. However, I wanted to talk about this mask because I think it's very beautiful. It's a seasonal item in the game, and is available in five variants. Along with this, it's currently available in the seasonal Nook Shopping tab. It's available in white, blue, pink, silver, and gold. I wasn't sure how this mask would look on the characters, since sometimes things don't look well when they're actually worn. But this mask is beautiful! Both as an accessory, and a decoration. It goes well with quite a few outfits, and it even matches well if you match the character's skin tone to the mask. I really recommend getting them, even if it's just for use as a decoration. As always, I'll be including pictures of the masks below so you all can see what they look like. Enjoy!

Why are only some Pokemon like animals? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! It's a common thing within the Pokemon fandom to see Pokemon based on animals, humans, both, or even objects. But, why are only some Pokemon animals? Firstly, as I've mentioned in previous posts, humans are evolved from Pokemon. So some Pokemon will be human-like because of this. Secondly, Pokemon aren't animals, they're monsters. The series has always been about monsters, not animals; and the series was originally called Pocket Monsters because of this. Although some Pokemon may resemble animals, they aren't. Really, they can look like anything at all. Of course, some of them will be based on animals. But it makes sense for them to be based on other things too; like humans or objects. This brings more variety to the series, and allows the creators to make more unique and creative designs. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to talk about this because there are quite a few fans who have been confused about this. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the flower crowns in Animal Crossing New Horizons. The flower crowns in this game are very cute and pretty, but a lot of players really dislike them. So, why is this? Well, the flower crowns are very small. They don't look good on characters at all, and they even look odd on villagers. It's unclear why they did this, but a lot of fans expected the flower crowns to wrap around the head, only to find that they just sit on top instead. It's really disappointing, and I was very disappointed when I saw this as well. They work well as decorations, and some villagers look pretty cute with them. But as for your character, it's not very appealing. I can understand why a lot of players dislike this, and I hope this will be fixed sometime in the future. But as of right now, flower crowns aren't very popular. As always, here's a picture of a rose flower crown so you all can see what it looks like (on its own, because I won't include anyone's avatars on my blog). Enjoy!

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Raymond's house in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Raymond's house is one of the most disliked houses in the whole game. For such a popular villager, this is actually really surprising. So, why is his house so disliked? Well, Raymond's house is very clean. It looks like an office, which doesn't really match his personality. However, it does match his appearance. Houses usually match a villager's appearance instead of their personality, so it wasn't very surprising when Raymond's house was the same. Despite this, a lot of players bought the Happy Home Paradise DLC just so they could remodel his house. I personally like his house, but I can understand the hate. It's boring, unexpected, and looks like an office. A lot of people play Animal Crossing as an escape, not to remind themselves of their job; so of course Raymond's house wouldn't be very popular. I know some people do like it, but I also understand why so many people don't. For those of you who don't know what his house looks like, here's a picture. Enjoy!

It's time for another list! For today's blog post, I will be listing three Pokemon gym leaders I like, along with a picture of each. I always list Pokemon, but almost never talk about the humans of the Pokemon world. So, I wanted to list a few of my favorites today. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Piers

2.) Iono

3.) Grusha

It's time for another list! For today's blog post, I will be listing my top five favorite Bananyas, along with a picture of each. Bananyas are super cute, and I really love all of them. But some of them I like better than others, so I wanted to list five of them for you all today. Enjoy!

1.) Bananya

2.) Black Bananya

3.) Long Haired Bananya

4.) Baby Bananya

5.) Mackerel Tabby Bananya

It's time for a list! For today's blog post, I will be listing three things you can catch with a net in Animal Crossing New Horizons that aren't bugs. This list will obviously be pretty short, and I don't really have a reason for making it. I just think it's pretty cool that the net can be used for more than just bug catching. That's all. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Maple Leaves (during fall/autumn)

2.) Snowflakes (during winter)

3.) Spirit Pieces (from Wisp)

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Bananya. I have been watching Bananya since it was first released. Because of this, I originally watched it with English subtitles. Since Bananya episodes are so short and most of the dialogue is narration, I figured it would never receive an English dub. However, I recently discovered that it does have an English dub now. I've been watching it since, and it's actually really similar to the original Japanese. Some of the dialogue is a little awkward, but this series translates very well. Maybe this is because half of it is the word "nya". It was even given an English version for the ending theme, which is very cute and upbeat. For those of you who may not know, this series is about the secret life of tiny cats who live in banana peels. It's very cute and wholesome, and I recommend it if you have a little extra time. Especially now, since the English dub is available for free on Tubi. The episodes average at about three minutes each, so it's perfect for whenever you have a little extra time to watch some anime. But if you prefer the subbed version, that's available on Crunchyroll with a subscription. But I personally recommend at least starting with the English dub because it's currently available for free, so you can see if you'd even like it first. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Is Rimuru Tempest a boy or a girl? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Rimuru Tempest is the main character from That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. Although he started out as a man, many fans are confused by his current appearance, which looks more androgynous or feminine. However, the answer is very simple. Rimuru has always referred to himself as a man, and that doesn't change just because he looks different. Even if he's technically genderless now, he's still a man. Calling him a girl or non-binary just because his body has changed isn't fair to the character who still considers himself a man. It's not difficult, since he continued calling himself by he/him pronouns even after turning into a slime. I just wanted to talk about this because a lot of fans are confused about this even though the answer isn't very complicated. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Is anime mainstream now? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Anime was once considered a very niche genre. But as time went on, it gradually gathered more and more fans. Now, it's more common than ever to find merchandise in stores and advertisements for it outside of the anime community. There are even some people who pretend to like anime just to seem cooler. However, despite popular belief, anime isn't yet mainstream. Stores who carry anime or manga usually only have small sections that only feature very popular series. Along with this, the community and people who enjoy these things are still largely seen as nerdy degenerates. After all, one of the most common jokes outside of the anime community is that anime fans are all fat hermits who never leave the house. That isn't exactly a flattering image, especially since it's not true. It isn't common enough to be easily found, and you have to know where to look to find merchandise for the things you like. That doesn't exactly sound mainstream. Even if some series get really popular, it's never fully enough to get anime out of that little box it's in. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Pochita's design in Chainsaw Man. Pochita is a popular character in this series, and a lot of people think this little chainsaw devil is adorable. Although I agree that he's cute, his design is also a bit odd. I think the chainsaw part of him is a bit too heavy for his body. Although you get used to it, logically it doesn't really make sense. This is just a personal opinion, but I think a chainsaw being where it is on his body would make him front heavy, meaning he'd topple over a lot. It would have been cute if they made him trip a bit, but instead it was treated as just a normal part of him. I don't mind this at all, and overall I think Pochita's design is fine. He's especially cute when you get to see him actually moving around like a normal dog. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. As a little bonus, here's a picture of Pochita. Enjoy!
