It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Bananya. I have been watching Bananya since it was first released. Because of this, I originally watched it with English subtitles. Since Bananya episodes are so short and most of the dialogue is narration, I figured it would never receive an English dub. However, I recently discovered that it does have an English dub now. I've been watching it since, and it's actually really similar to the original Japanese. Some of the dialogue is a little awkward, but this series translates very well. Maybe this is because half of it is the word "nya". It was even given an English version for the ending theme, which is very cute and upbeat. For those of you who may not know, this series is about the secret life of tiny cats who live in banana peels. It's very cute and wholesome, and I recommend it if you have a little extra time. Especially now, since the English dub is available for free on Tubi. The episodes average at about three minutes each, so it's perfect for whenever you have a little extra time to watch some anime. But if you prefer the subbed version, that's available on Crunchyroll with a subscription. But I personally recommend at least starting with the English dub because it's currently available for free, so you can see if you'd even like it first. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!
