It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the secret songs in Animal Crossing New Horizons. There are four secret songs in total. These are Animal City, Drivin', Farewell, and K.K. Birthday. K.K. Birthday is the easiest one to get, you just listen to K.K. Slider's concert on your birthday. But to get the other three, you have to request them. You can request one song at a time, and you request it by talking to K.K. Slider, choosing the option "give me that one song", and then typing out the song. The song has to be requested by its specific name, which means you have to capitalize it correctly, and Drivin' has to include the apostrophe. When you request it, K.K. Slider will act surprised, then he'll play the song for you, and put it in your pocket when the concert is over. I wanted to talk about this because some players still don't know that this is how you get these songs. Regardless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! One of the most common complaints with Animal Crossing New Horizons is that it gets boring after a long time. So, I'd like to give some tips on how to keep things interesting. Along with this, I'll be listing them to keep things organized, as well. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!
1.) If you play with more than one person, you can play mini games. You can bury surprises, or use the gameshow items to play different games; like trivia games or games of chance. There are a lot of different things you can do with other players.
2.) If you have an island by yourself, you can make spare accounts to create more houses. You can use these houses for a lot of things! Things like shops, cafes, libraries, and even outdoor spaces.
3.) You can redecorate as often as you want. You can make seasonal islands, themed islands, or something completely unique. I'm not suggesting you fully reset your island, but you can fix it up or change anything you want at any point. Along with this, you can also make slumber islands if you do want to start from scratch.
That's all I have for now. I just wanted to point out that there are still a lot of things you could do if things are getting too stale. This game does have a lot to offer, even if you feel like you've done it all by now. Regardless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's almost Halloween! Normally I would talk about new Pokemon pumpkin stencils, but it doesn't seem like they've been released just yet. But that's okay! Because there are a lot of ones to choose from already. Pokemon pumpkin stencils have been being released for a long time now, so there are a lot of different pumpkin stencils available. These stencils are free to use, as well. You just choose the stencils you want, download them, print them out, and then they can be used to carve your pumpkins for Halloween. You can choose any stencils they've released too, since they're all still available on the official Pokemon website. As always, I'll be including the link for the pumpkin stencils on the official Pokemon website below. Enjoy!

New day, new post! One of the biggest problems with modern anime is that every new anime is seen as a replacement for an anime that already exists. If it has parts that are similar to a different anime, then it gets compared to other older anime. New anime series are almost always seen as copies, replacements, or unoriginal. This makes it incredibly difficult to make new things, but it also makes it difficult for anyone to give new things a chance. If a more casual anime fan hears something like "this show is just [insert well-known anime] but with [insert difference here]", then they'll be less likely to watch it because they'll believe it's an exact copy of the anime it's being compared to. This isn't the case, but it's why so many anime struggle to take off. If we want more anime, then we have to actually give them a chance when they come out. We'd have more long-running series if we showed interest when the anime first released instead of begging for content after it's been over for years. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! One of my least favorite tropes in anime is when a character is small and cute, and then there's a time skip or they aren't seen for a while, and when they're shown again, they look completely different. I hate this for a few reasons. Firstly, I like cute characters. A lot of people like cute characters. This trope doesn't even exclusively happen to child characters, which makes it even more frustrating. It happens more often to boy characters, as well. There are so few cute looking boys in anime, and they almost always have them "grow up" and look completely different before the end of the series. They even do it to small adult characters, which doesn't even make sense. Along with this, they make the character look and act so differently that it's not the same character. People grow up, yes. But adults are already grown, and mid to late teenagers don't change that much by the time they're grown. It isn't a "glow up", it's a disappointment. I'm not the only one who feels this way, either. It's not weird to want a character you've gotten used to seeing one way to continue looking the way you expect them to. More points are removed if all of the other characters still look the same, and it's only the one childlike character they changed. That's just a targeted attack at that point. There are adults who look young and small, so there's no reason to do this in the first place. Along with this, since it usually happens to boy characters, it sends the message that men who look like this, short and young-looking, aren't attractive at all and you're the minority if you think they are attractive. This is why men have confidence issues. Because men who aren't traditionally masculine are seen as a problem to be fixed instead of just another man. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why is anime always associated with videogames? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! When someone likes to watch anime, people usually assume they also like playing videogames; even though that isn't always true. So why is this? Firstly, it's just really common for anime fans to also like things like manga and videogames. It's so common that it's become a stereotype. This is because there are a lot of videogames that appeal to anime fans. Videogames from Japan usually also use the anime art style, so it's not a surprise for fans of anime to be drawn to videogames too. It's also common for anime series to become videogames, which blurs the lines even more. It's easy for anime fans to like videogames too, because anime and videogames are so closely related. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why have anime fans started to dislike seeing romance in anime? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! It's become increasingly obvious that anime fans, usually don't want to see romance in their shows. So why is this? There's actually quite a few reasons. The biggest reason is that there are specific anime made for fans of romance. So seeing it being forced into an action anime is just annoying. Canon romance also ruins potential ships, and it can ruin the flow of the plot. Basically, if it isn't a romance, fans don't want to see it anymore. I understand why this is. I was also getting sick of seeing romance being forced into anime that focused on magic or fighting. It's just something that doesn't belong. I'm sure not all fans feel this way, but most fans do. That's why we're starting to see less and less anime series including romance in them. People who show up for fighting or danger, don't usually care about who likes who. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
