It's post time! Animal Crossing has always been a series that centers around community. Since fans are looking forward to the next game in the series, I think it's time for villagers to get individual personalities. I know there are a lot of villagers, but that isn't an excuse. There are other games with more characters who all have unique personalities. Giving them all the same personalities is lazy, and it's a big part of why fans get bored with the games. It's time for villagers to be unique, and it's time for it to matter who's on your island. At the moment, it doesn't really matter who's on your island because they all share the same base personalities. If there's going to be another new game, this needs to change. I'm sure this would be too difficult to fix in the current game, but there's no reason it shouldn't be fixed in the next game. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! Animal Crossing New Horizons has a lot of different clothes to choose from, but when it comes to your player character there aren't many options. There aren't many hair styles, eye shapes, mouth shapes, nose shapes, or available colors. This makes it difficult to customize your character the way you want to. Even though there are wigs to add more hairstyles, you can't wear hats with wigs, so it isn't really very helpful. I think it would be nice if Animal Crossing could focus on making your player character more customizable instead of just focusing on clothes. I'd also like to see more customization spaces for custom clothing, and it would be nice to see more dress options and the ability to make custom pants and shoes. Animal Crossing is all about creativity and being yourself, so I think it would be better if there were more ways to show who you are in the game. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why were shows like Invader Zim and My Little Pony popular in the anime fandom? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Neither of these shows are anime, but in the earlier days of the anime community it was common to see them anyways. People would often make anime fan art of these shows, and they would often be included with anime. This is especially surprising because these shows are nothing alike. However, Invader Zim, My Little Pony, and anime were all popular in the scene and emo communities. Because of this, these things, and even other things like Homestuck, would all be grouped together in the same areas. This is why you can still sometimes find things for Invader Zim, My Little Pony, and Homestuck being labeled as anime or scene despite having no relation to anime. I wanted to talk about this because I thought it would clear up some confusion for newer fans. As always, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! In Animal Crossing New Horizons, you can make and buy Medicine. This medicine is used for wasp stings, but it can also be given to sick villagers. However, I think it would've been a nice detail if the player character could get sick too. For example, if they were in the rain for too long, then they would be sick the next day. They would look sick and occasionally sneeze, and the player could either cure themself with medicine, or talk to a villager and be given medicine. This would be a good way to add another use for the medicine, and it would make the game a little more realistic. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. It may be an odd thing to want in a game, but I think it would be a nice addition as a small way to teach consequences. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! Food is a big part of any culture, so it's common to see Japanese foods in anime, manga, and videogames. Because of this, people outside of Japan may not recognize popular Japanese foods. So for today's blog post, I'll be listing five Japanese foods commonly seen in anime. I'll also be giving a short explanation of what they are. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Dorayaki - Soft honey pancakes with a sweet filling in-between.

2.) Ramen - Noodle soup often topped with things like meat, vegetables, or eggs.

3.) Taiyaki - Fish shaped bread, typically with a sweet filling.

4.) Mochi - Soft, round, rice desserts traditionally filled with red bean paste, but can also be stuffed with other things like chocolate or ice cream.

5.) Purin - The Japanese version of something similar to flan, it's a sweet custard topped with caramel sauce.

It's post time! Recently I've noticed a problem with series and games that run for a long time. After a while, it feels like you don't know anything about it anymore. If you take a break from something or can't keep up with it for some reason, you're left behind. Then the more lost you are, the harder it is to get back into it. You can't just jump right in because you've already missed so much. It makes it hard to enjoy things even if you used to love them. It's difficult to find a balance between being an active fan and not getting burned out. I wanted to talk about this because I've noticed I've been missing out on a lot of things even if I take short breaks. It's hard not to feel overwhelmed when there's always more that needs to be caught up to. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! Creating new characters has always been really common in the anime community. So for today's blog post, I would like to give some advice on how to make one of my favorite character types: the lazy one! Lazy characters are usually burned out or naturally laid-back. So to create one, their appearance usually makes it obvious what their personality will be. They usually wear comfortable clothes like hoodies, sweatpants, t-shirts, shorts, or pajamas. If they have accessories, it's usually something like a sleep mask, a scarf, or a pillow. Their eyes are usually half closed, and they don't smile very often. Along with this, they usually have messy hair that's either short or layered. It's common to see characters who look like this, but for today's example I'll be including a picture of Belphegor from Obey Me below. Enjoy!

It's post time! To help celebrate the 30th anniversary, Pokemon has released free phone wallpapers. They can be downloaded on the official Pokemon website, as well. They're a bit simple, but they're also kind of cluttered. They include a lot of different Pokemon so they look a little overwhelming. However, I think they're a nice gift for Pokemon fans. There's seven in total, and there's a few different designs. As always, I will be including the link for the official website below for anyone who wants to download these wallpapers. Enjoy!

New day, new post! Since plushies have always been popular with anime fans, it isn't a surprise that Pokemon plushies are some of the most popular ones. There are a lot of different types of Pokemon plushies, but I think there could be more. I think it would be fun to see Pokemon plushies that are made based on their type. For example, fire-type Pokemon plushies could be heated plushies, and rock-type plushies could be weighted plushies. Ice-type plushies could be cold plushies, grass-type plushies could be floral scented, and so on. I think this would be really creative, and I'm sure it would be popular with Pokemon fans. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Monday, April 20, 2026

It's post time! The games Undertale and Deltarune have always been popular in their own way, but they've also always been popular with anime fans. This is because both games have a lot of anime themes and references in them. This makes it easy for anime fans to find the easter eggs, which makes playing them more rewarding for these fans. I think these games are good choices for anime fans, especially since they have a large fan base even in Japan. It's easy to find anime fan art for Undertale and Deltarune, too. Because of this, I think anime fans should play at least one of these games at some point. However, they're both good games even without the included anime references. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! Even though Animal Crossing games have always been popular, they aren't made to last. Animal Crossing has always been built on relationships with others and the community around them. But the company making the games doesn't value this message. Instead, they encourage players to abandon these relationships so they can play the next game. Everything you build, everyone you meet, and all of the bonds you create mean nothing in a game made to be temporary. These games aren't meant to be around for a long time. They're made to eventually bore you so you look forward to the next game in the series. Why does it matter who you get close with if this friendship will only be lost later? This game series could've been a beautiful experience. But instead, it's temporary. It's a distraction, an escape, and a temporary dream that's always going to end. This is upsetting because so much could have come from this series. But now, people can't wait to put it down and see what's going to come next. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post.

It's post time! I don't often talk about electric-type Pokemon, so I wanted to talk about them today. Part of the reason I don't talk about electric-type Pokemon is because most of them I don't find interesting enough. However, I think they have potential. Using the electric-type could be a fun way to introduce Pokemon who can light up. Pokemon who can channel electricity in different colors, similar to colored lights. This would be really fun to see, and could introduce things like rave Pokemon, nightlight Pokemon, siren Pokemon, or really anything that could use colored lights. Electric-type Pokemon usually don't light up, which I think is a really big missed opportunity. I'd love to see some more creative designs for this type because there are so many things that could be done with it. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why don't Pokemon wear clothes? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Sometimes Pokemon will wear cute clothes or accessories, but usually they don't. Obviously this is because most Pokemon are similar to animals. But there are other Pokemon who are more like humans. Despite this, those Pokemon usually evolve to look like they're wearing clothes. Because of this, it would be difficult for a Pokemon like that to wear regular clothes. They would have to have custom clothes made, which would make it difficult for trainers to get clothes for their Pokemon. It's just easier to put accessories on them and nothing else. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Thursday, April 16, 2026

Why do Pokemon fans usually dislike human-like Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although there are some popular human-like Pokemon, for the most part fans often complain about them. I think this is because they're not human enough. They're like humans, but they aren't. They don't wear clothes, they don't speak, and they're forced to eat on the ground with the other Pokemon. I've always seen human-like Pokemon as something like a missing link. Since humans evolved from Pokemon, then human-like Pokemon are the step in-between. I think that's what the problem is. It's fine if they don't wear clothes, since they are still Pokemon. But, it feels like they should be able to speak like humans or eat with humans. Pokemon are already very smart, and human-like Pokemon are pretty much almost humans. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! Recently Nintendo gave Animal Crossing New Horizons fans a little surprise for the 25th anniversary. Everyone received a note and a special leaf statue in the game. This is nice, however, it feels a bit disappointing. I think the leaf statue should have at least said 25 on it somewhere so fans would remember what it was for. Instead it's just a giant green leaf that lights up. I feel like without the note, a lot of fans wouldn't see it as anything other than a leaf. There are so many things that could've been good for the 25th anniversary of Animal Crossing. 25 years is a long time! And all fans got was a leaf and a note. Even for really important things, somehow the creators still manage to fall short. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Hopefully fans can find ways to celebrate the anniversary on their own. As always, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! Happy 25th Anniversary Animal Crossing!

Tuesday, April 14, 2026

New day, new post! Since new Pokemon are often being released whenever new games come out, I think fans would like to see darker Pokemon. Pokemon fans have gotten older, and more fans like to see more mature Pokemon designs. Ones that look cooler, have darker colors, and look more mature tend to be more popular with older fans than the softer and cuter ones. Personally I like a variety of different Pokemon and I usually prefer the cuter ones, but most fans aren't like that. Because of this, I think it would be a good idea for new ghost-type, dark-type, or poison-type Pokemon to be released. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! After fully finishing the game John Doe +, I decided to come back to talk about it again. Before I only finished the original endings, now I have completed the full game. However, my opinion hasn't changed much. The last few endings are longer, but they're just as repetitive and they take ages to get. This is a bit frustrating, since the only change between them is how they end. I do like how they played out, even if they were repetitive. But I still think this game lacks content. The majority of the lore was added by the creator after the game came out, and it can't be found in the game at all. I understand the game is short, but since the creator has abandoned it a lot of newer fans won't understand anything. I suppose I'll raise my score to a 6/10, but I'm only adding one point for creativity. I'd also like to mention that my favorite ending was Ending 7: Dream Come True. It was just cute. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for a list! Recently I've been watching a few new anime series. So for today's blog post, I wanted to list three more I'd like to watch. I'm a bit tired, so it's a short list today. These are just a few of the ones I'm looking forward to watching some day. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Bungo Stray Dogs

2.) Delicious In Dungeon

3.) The Apothecary Diaries

Saturday, April 11, 2026

It's post time! Since I said before I would talk about the indie games I wanted to play if I played them, today I will be talking about John Doe. First of all, I know this game can't be downloaded at this time. The creator has fully taken it down, which I'll be talking about more later. However, I managed to download John Doe +, which was lucky. John Doe + is considered the full game because it has seven endings in total; while the original only had four endings. This game still has a large fan base, which is part of why I wanted to play it. However, after playing it, it's actually a bit disappointing. The game is extremely short and repetitive. The only way to get new endings is to play through the same day over and over. The main dialogue barely changes at all, and the only change is the endings. It's hard to get them all at once because the repeating day is only about five minutes long, and there are barely any options. It's easy to get repeat endings without a guide, but with a guide this game can be finished in under an hour. It's had no new content since the plus update, and the creator has abandoned it entirely. This happens, and I'm not very surprised. But I do disagree with their decision to punish all of their fans by taking the downloads down and telling fans not to reupload or share it if they already have it. I've never seen a creator punish their loyal fans like this, and honestly I don't see why there are still fans after this. I think I would've liked the game better if the creator had handled the situation in a more mature way. But as it is, the creator is immature and the game lacks content. If you haven't had the chance to play it yourself, I recommend reading or watching someone else's playthrough. This game is a 5/10 for me, even if I like John Doe as a character. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Today is my 3,500th blog post! Well, technically yesterday was my 3,500th post, but I still wanted to mention it. Since I have talked about indie games on here a few times now, I would like to list a few I've been wanting to play. I'll only be listing three, since I think trying to list thirty five of them would be nearly impossible. If I play these games, I may review them in the future. But for now, they're just on my list because they sound interesting. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Mushroom Oasis

2.) Freak Circus

3.) John Doe

Why are animated video game adaptations usually more popular than live action ones? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! When it comes to video game adaptations, usually animated versions go over better with fans than live action ones. This usually depends on the type of game. For example, if a game looks more like an anime or cartoon, people often don't want to see it in live action. But if it already looks realistic, people don't mind it being live action. This is because many people play games because of the art style they use. I prefer the anime art style, so I would want the movies or shows based on the game to have the same art style. I don't play games with a certain art style so I can imagine what they would look like as real people, just like I don't watch anime so I can imagine what they'd look like as real people. Many other fans feel the same way, which is why they usually dismiss live action versions before they even come out. There are a few exceptions to this, but for the most part, fans prefer animation. I don't think the companies making the adaptations care about what fans prefer, but I wanted to talk about this anyways. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! For a long time now, fans have been unhappy with a lot of the newer Pokemon games. They all seem repetitive at this point, and it takes way too long for mainline games to be released. So at this point, is it worth it to be a Pokemon fan? There are so many Pokemon competitors that are, in some ways, better than the actual Pokemon games. There are games with more stories, more interesting monsters, different mechanics, and they often listen to their fans. The question is, do we still like Pokemon because it's good, or just because it's nostalgic? I think if Pokemon doesn't keep up with other games, it'll just continue to lose fans. I don't want this to happen, since I do still like Pokemon. But I also hope it'll get better to keep the fans entertained. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Tuesday, April 7, 2026

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will once again be talking about Animal Crossing New Horizons. Recently I've talked about why it bothers me that villagers can't wear pants. This post will be similar to that. However, this time I'll be talking about outfits. There are outfits in the game that are full body outfits, which means they're shirts and pants together. However, when you give one to a villager, it turns into a dress when they put it on. This bothers me, because I would've loved to see villagers wear things like overalls, onesies, or suits. But instead they turn into dresses even on the boys. It honestly looks a bit silly, and it just further shows why villagers should just wear pants. I really hope they fix this in the future. I personally don't understand why it was made this way. It must've been much harder to turn outfits into dresses, especially since they had to make new designs for each one. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Monday, April 6, 2026

It's post time! One of the things that bothers me in anime is when a young character turns into an entirely different character when they grow up. There have been a lot of times when a younger teen or child character looks and acts completely different after they become an adult. Yes, people change. People grow up and mature, but they're still the same person. They should grow up gradually like people do in real life, not all at once. There's also nothing wrong with a character still looking young and not fully grown after they turn 18, since 18 year olds often still look young. Another thing that bothers me is when an adult character looks young and the creator ends up making them look completely different in future games or animations. This usually happens because fans complain about it, as if adults are not allowed to look young. I know anime isn't always realistic, but I think it has a problem with young characters and young looking characters. I know this is only going to get worse, especially since people label anyone young looking as bait; which just creates more problems for real people who look young naturally. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's Easter! That means it's Bunny Day in Animal Crossing New Horizons! However, that also means it's time for this year's special post! I was going to list some bunny Pokemon for the holiday. But when I looked into it, there aren't very many bunny Pokemon to choose from. This is surprising to me, since rabbits are actually really popular animals even in Japan. So instead, I'll only be listing two bunny Pokemon for the holiday. Enjoy! Happy Easter everyone!

Is anime for adults? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Many people say anime is for children and teenagers, since many series center around teenagers. However, there are a lot of different anime these days. There's even anime and games meant specifically for adults. No matter how old you get, there's usually anime available for you. Along with this, many newer anime and games feature characters that don't age, so you'll never really get too old for them. Some series even age up their characters as their audience grows. You don't have to be limited to younger characters when there are a lot of other things to choose from. Not only this, but even series like Pokemon have started including older adult characters for their older fans to enjoy. Personally one of my favorite series that features an older protagonist is That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime. It's a funny series, and the main character is now about forty years old, including his previous life. So as long as you like anime, you'll be able to find things to like. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Friday, April 3, 2026

New day, new post! Recently I talked about the fact that villagers can't wear pants in Animal Crossing New Horizons. To be more specific, they can't wear pants, shoes, or socks. I think the reason this bothers myself and other fans is because other characters do wear them. I think it would be less weird if none of the animals could wear pants or shoes. But since some characters do wear pants, skirts, or shoes, it makes the villagers stand out in a bad way. It makes the other characters look more natural while making the villagers look out of place. Since villagers can wear shirts, dresses, hats, glasses, and other accessories, it feels odd to draw the line at pants. I would even understand them not wearing shoes, but to make it so you can give villagers pants, skirts, and shorts even though they can't wear them feels like the wrong choice. I hope one day they'll fix this in the future, but for now I don't like it. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! Nintendo has a major problem with its fanbase. This company hates the people who buy their products. This may seem harsh, but it's true. They force people to spend more money than necessary, they completely break consoles for no reason, they end services for older consoles, they only update older games so you'll buy the new ones, and the list goes on and on. I honestly don't understand why Nintendo still has fans. I stopped using Nintendo products for a few years, until I got a Nintendo Switch not long ago. But when I finally got it, it wasn't that great. That was for two reasons. One, the games were very expensive. And two, they brought out new games and systems far too soon after recent releases. They push away their fans who can't afford new things like they're above the "poor commoners". They act like if you can't afford their products, you don't deserve to have them. In a time when you can get cheap or free games on other devices, why are we, as consumers, still putting up with companies who treat their consumers this way? It's demeaning and has only gotten worse with time. Nintendo continues to get worse because they know their loyal fans will always come crawling back no matter what they do. Honestly, it's a bit disgusting. And it'll never change as long as they still have people buying their subpar products. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's April Fool's Day! So today, I will be talking about the Whoopee Cushion from Animal Crossing New Horizons. This is just about the only thing that is used to celebrate April Fool's Day in the game. It's available in three colors, and can be purchased from the Nook Shopping store. The colors it comes in are green, yellow, and red, and it's considered a seat. It can be customized into any of these colors, as well. When you sit on it, it does exactly what you would expect it to. It can't be placed on anything, which defeats the purpose of a whoopee cushion. But it's still a pretty neat thing. I think April Fool's Day would've been a good time to add something special, like a special jester outfit or jester mask for the holiday. However, I doubt that's going to happen. As always, here's a picture of the red whoopee cushion. Enjoy! Happy April Fool's Day!

And here's a picture of Fool's Gold from Identity V for April "Fool's" Day. Enjoy!

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about sleep Pokemon. There aren't very many Pokemon in this category, even if you also include things like dream Pokemon, or night Pokemon. There are barely any Pokemon based on sleep. I think this is a missed opportunity. A lot of things could be done with this. There could be Pokemon who cause sleep, effect sleep, or Pokemon who cause certain dreams. I know there are a few Pokemon like this already, but I don't think this has been explored enough. I think it would be really interesting to see more Pokemon based on this, even if it's unlikely. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! Animal Crossing New Horizons players may have noticed that the tourists from the hotel wear the clothes from the mannequins. But did you know you can change the outfits on the mannequins? Not only this, but you can even put custom designs on them! This is a really neat feature that I actually really like. You can also put hats and accessories on the mannequins, as well. This makes it easy for you to see what villagers look like wearing these things. Players have been disappointed before by the way some villagers wear certain things. But if you put it on the mannequins, you can see how it'll look on the tourists first! This makes it much more convenient and easy to test different clothes and accessories on different types of villagers. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! Since Bunny Day is coming soon in Animal Crossing New Horizons, Zipper T. Bunny is once again bouncing around on the island. For those of you who don't know, Zipper is similar to the Easter bunny. He hides eggs on the island and holds a celebration on Bunny Day. However, Zipper has always been an odd character for me, and a lot of other fans think he's odd as well. In a game that's filled with animals, why is this one bunny not a bunny? He's very clearly in a bunny suit, which feels like a strange choice in this series. Not only this, but fans find him creepy because we don't know who he is. We know it's someone in a suit, but we don't know who's in the suit. This makes players feel uncomfortable with him because he's the only character like this. Maybe he would feel more normal if we knew who was in the suit, but the creators have never said who it is. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why do Pokemon fans prefer animal-like Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For a long time now, Pokemon fans have preferred to see Pokemon that look like animals. I think there are a couple of reasons for this. Firstly, I think fans see Pokemon as animals instead of monsters. Even though Pokemon aren't animals, there are a lot of animal-like Pokemon. Secondly, I think fans prefer cuter Pokemon. A lot of animal-like Pokemon are considered to be really cute. Since cute Pokemon sell better than other ones, it's more likely we'll get more cute animal-like Pokemon, and the cycle continues. Personally I like to see a variety of different Pokemon, but I know not all Pokemon fans are like this. Regardless, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why don't villagers wear pants in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This may seem like an odd question, but quite a few of the other characters wear pants; which means it's not impossible to make the villagers wear pants. I think it would also look more natural for them to wear full outfits instead of just shirts or dresses. It's a weird design choice for them to not wear pants, especially since you can give them clothes they can't even wear. I've never understood this, and I always hoped they would fix it in the future. But as it is, I don't think they'll ever fix it. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Thursday, March 26, 2026

Should there be more animal Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There are already a lot of animal Pokemon. But since a lot of fans complain about Pokemon based on other things, I can see why the Pokemon Company would want to add even more. There are also still a lot of animals to choose from, as well. Sure fan-made Pokemon can make it difficult to create certain designs, but there's still a lot of other possibilities. I don't think it would be a bad thing to make more Pokemon based on animals, especially since they usually go over well with fans. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! Many Pokemon fans love mega evolutions. They're cool, temporary, and now there are more of them than ever. But in the Pokemon world, mega evolving a Pokemon is actually a bad thing. Not only does it make them too powerful, but it's also very painful for the Pokemon. This is mentioned in several Pokedex entries in the games, so I'm surprised it's never mentioned in the anime. If mega evolution really is so painful, I don't understand why it's treated like a normal thing for Pokemon to go through. It's even encouraged, even in the games. Maybe the creators thought this detail would make players not want to use mega evolutions anymore, so they've decided to bury it. I just think it's odd to add this and then not do anything with it. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Recently in the anime community I've noticed a growing problem. Characters aren't allowed to be who they are anymore. Feminine men have to be gay, masculine women have to be gay, men who wear women's clothes have to be trans, and women who wear men's clothes have to be trans. Fans push and push for these things and get angry and attack the creators when they aren't true. Gone are the days when characters could be characters and headcanons stayed in the fandom. My question is, why are these types of fans never happy with what they have? Why do they want people to be uncomfortable in their own bodies? Why are they threatened by people not changing genders when they change their clothes? Why do they want to force their ideas on things that don't need to be changed? It bothers me immensely that they would rather see a character be "inclusive" than to see a character who's authentic to who they are and who they were made to be. Luckily at the moment it's only a minority of anime fans who are like this. But where does it end? If they're willing to go so far as to attack the creators for not affirming their headcanons, then why would they stop with real people? Why wouldn't they push these feelings on real people who are just trying to be happy as the person they are? This is why these types of fans have become dangerous to the community. Be happy with what you have or find a character who has what you want. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I wanted to talk about this because it's a serious topic and it's becoming a real problem. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post.

What time is it? Post time! Even though I like a lot of cute creatures from a lot of different series, one of my all time favorite cuties is actually the teddy demons from Sleepy Princess In The Demon Castle. I also really love the eggplant seals from this series, but my favorites are the teddy demons. They have very simple designs, which makes them even cuter. They're adorable, innocent, and seeing them and hearing their cute noises always makes me happy. As a matter of fact, I actually started watching this anime because of these cute things. I'm glad I did, since I do recommend it if you like fantasy and comedy series. But since the teddy demons are what brought me to it, I wanted to talk about them again on my blog. Obviously, these are just my thoughts on this topic. But as a little bonus, here's a picture of the teddy demons wearing pants. Enjoy!

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about why Astolfo from the Fate series is my favorite femboy. Since femboys have become more popular these days, I'd like to talk about why Astolfo is my favorite. Femboys always end up being the same exact cookie cutter character no matter what. They're feminine, gay, hardly mention that they are a boy even though they still identify as a boy, and they're basically just another straight girl who the creators made into a boy so they can say they're "inclusive". Obviously not all characters are like this, but most of them are. But Astolfo isn't like that. Astolfo likes men, but he also likes women. He's proud to be a man, and even though he's feminine, he can also be manly. Astolfo is a good example of a femboy because he's not just "this is basically a straight girl but we changed our minds the last second". He's an actual character, he's clearly a man, but he loves being able to be cute. What he wears doesn't shape his personality, it's just part of who he is. There are quite a few straight or bi femboys, so making them all gay stereotypes is just boring; and it makes people believe all feminine men are gay when that isn't true. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. As a little bonus, here's a picture of Astolfo. Enjoy!

It's post time! Every anime fan knows that cats are by far the most popular animal in this community. This is because cats are extremely well-loved in Japan. However, they aren't the only popular animals in the anime community. There are a few others that are common to see, and I myself have noticed six common ones. This isn't based on data, but rather what I've noticed shows up the most in merchandise and anime. So based on what I've noticed, in no particular order, Shiba Inu dogs, Husky dogs, bears, mice, foxes, and seals are also considered very cute in this community. So if you aren't a cat fan, don't worry! There are other animals you could pick from instead. I wanted to talk about this because it's really common to see cats everywhere in the anime community even though there are other popular animals. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! I know Pokemon has pretty much always been a popular game series. But why are the older games not available on the Nintendo Switch Online apps? Other big series like Mario, Kirby, and Legend Of Zelda are on there. So why isn't Pokemon? I know they recently released Fire Red and Leaf Green for the Nintendo Switch, which is why I don't understand why they weren't already available. Of course they do only cost twenty dollars each, but it still feels like the Pokemon Company is being greedy with their games. Instead of letting fans play it as long as they have an active Nintendo Switch Online account, they want you to buy the same games over and over again. It feels unfair, even if it's a one time purchase. Why can't we play older Pokemon games like we can play the other older Nintendo games? I don't understand this decision at all, but I still hope they will one day include Pokemon games on the Nintendo Switch Online apps. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! The problem with anime these days is that it's become too popular. This means a lot of companies just see it as a way to make money, so streaming services will get exclusive series in hopes it'll be good enough to draw people in. This makes it difficult for anime fans to enjoy new or popular series because they can't afford to pay for another streaming service. I think this is unfair, especially since there are streaming services especially for anime so fans can access it more easily. I think it's fine if an anime is on multiple streaming services, but it's unfair when they're exclusive to one. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! Many fans of Animal Crossing New Horizons have wondered where players get the books and magazines villagers are often seen reading. These are obtainable from Redd's Raffle on Harv's Island, and there are a few different versions you can get. There are five different books and four different magazines, and they can be used forever without breaking. You can get doubles, since it's random. However, you can also take the books and magazines to Cyrus, who is also on Harv's Island, and he'll customize them for you. These items are called the pocketbook and the pocket magazine, as well. They can be tedious to get because it's random, but being able to customize it makes it much easier to get them all. I wanted to talk about this since a lot of players still don't know where you can get them. As always, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's St. Patrick's Day! So for today's blog post, I will be listing five green grass-type Pokemon, along with a picture of each. I thought this would be a good way to celebrate the holiday. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy! Happy St. Patrick's Day!

1.) Celebi

2.) Chikorita

3.) Petilil

4.) Skiploom

5.) Budew

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Twisted Wonderland Nesoberi Mega plush. I was recently able to buy one of these, and it just arrived today so I wanted to talk about it. I obviously got the Lilia Vanrouge one, so that's what I'll be talking about. This plushie was quite a bit bigger than I expected, so that was a nice surprise. Most of it is dye-printed, which means the designs are dyed directly onto the fabric. It's extremely detailed as well, which was also a nice surprise. Even details that are hidden by his clothes were still included on the plushie. The fabric for his hair and face is soft, but the rest of it is mostly felt or a type of slippery fabric similar to an athletic jacket. His ears are pointed, but they're a little too round in my opinion. The biggest complaint I have with this plushie is that the streaks in his hair are vinyl. I really don't like this because vinyl always peels eventually. It would've been better to use fabric for it, especially since the streaks are much too light. They should be a darker pink than they actually are. This could be manually fixed with fabric, I just don't understand why they would use fabric and dye for everything else and then use this vinyl for the streaks. If they'd used actual fabric for it, he'd get a perfect score. But as it is, this plushie is an 8/10 for me. Especially since this plushie costs at least thirty dollars. As always, I'll be including a picture of the plushie below so you all can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Why do anime fans dislike live action remakes? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! A lot of anime fans don't like live action versions of anime series for a few reasons. First of all, a lot of people watch anime because it's anime. Anime has a really good art style that many people love, so making it live action ruins that. It's also difficult to recreate many scenes in a way that makes it look as good as it did in animation. Live action versions are also just unnecessary. Why make the same thing twice? Along with this, a lot of live action projects are just cheap cash grabs being made by people who don't watch, like, or appreciate the original source material. It's almost always awful and most of them are just trying to get money from something that already has fans. I'm looking at you, Netflix Death Note. Anime fans like anime because it's anime, not because we secretly want to watch real people try to cosplay as the thing we'd rather be watching. I think companies should just give up the live action thing and just let us enjoy things as they are. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Pokemon games. Since Pokemon has been around for a long time now, the games have gotten a bit confusing. So, I'll explain. With Pokemon games, there are mainline games, and spin-off games. Mainline games are story-based and usually take a lot longer to make. Spin-off games are more for exploring the world instead. There are spin-off games that are like mainline games, since they have a similar format but are set in different time periods or alternate universes. There's more to it than this, but these are the basics, so I'll end it here. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Friday, March 13, 2026

It's post time! Since today is Friday the 13th again, I'd like to talk about Pokemon. Since there aren't really any bad luck Pokemon, I think it would be a good idea if ghost-type Pokemon were more common on Friday the 13th. It would make sense for ghost-type Pokemon to become more common on days associated with bad luck, especially since a lot of ghost Pokemon are associated with superstitions and causing mischief. Although I'd like to see actual bad luck Pokemon, I don't think that'll happen any time soon. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Was Harv's Island unnecessary in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Harv's Island is where all of the shops that aren't on your island are. However, I think it wasn't needed. There's more than enough space on the main island for these shops. But even if you don't want them all at once, they could switch out throughout the week. You could have a few shops on your island at a time, one building with multiple shops, or even just all of the shops at once. But instead, you have to fly to a different island every time you need anything from a different shop. It's a waste of time, and it's extremely tedious. Because of this, I think Harv's Island shouldn't have existed. Especially since the creators could've just made the main island bigger if they were worried the shops would take up too much space. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Wednesday, March 11, 2026

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about items in Animal Crossing New Horizons. One of my biggest pet peeves with this game is items that have different colors, but can't be customized normally. There are items in the game that come in different colors, but the colors can't be changed at a regular workbench. Instead, you either have to wait for the different color to pop up in the store, which is basically not ever going to happen, or you have to buy it and take it to Cyrus on Harv's Island. This is so frustrating because it means you have to go all the way to a different island every time you want something in a different color. You can almost never just buy it that way, and you can't do it yourself either. I don't understand why we can customize some things and not others. It makes no sense and it would've been easier to just make everything like this customizable. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Tuesday, March 10, 2026

It's post time! One of the things fans were looking forward to with the newest Animal Crossing New Horizons update was the possibility of more custom design slots. There's a surprisingly small amount of custom design spaces in this game. Since they only cover one tile when you use them for your island, many things require multiple custom design spaces to make one full design. This means you can run out of spaces extremely fast. Not only this, but you can run out of custom clothing spaces pretty fast too. But unfortunately, we weren't given more design slots. In fact, fans didn't get very much of anything with the update, and we likely won't get anything else since Nintendo is pushing the next game in the series instead. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What is heterochromia? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This is something that's somewhat common to see in anime, since it's a good way to make a character stand out. Heterochromia is when each eye is a different color. It's a real condition, but you'll see it much more often in anime than you will in real life. Characters with different colored eyes are usually very popular, since it's a popular design choice. It's a good way to make a character look unique, so many artists like to give their characters these eyes. As always, here's a picture of Obanai Iguro from Demon Slayer as an example. Enjoy!

Does Sanrio have too many collaborations? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Sanrio partners up with other brands all the time, so there are a lot of different things that Sanrio has made by now. This is good for some reasons, like if someone likes Sanrio and something else, there's a good chance it exists. However, this makes it nearly impossible for collectors. By this point, there's just no way anyone could collect everything Sanrio has made, there's too much of it. This means anyone who collects Sanrio will have to be causal collectors, because no one could ever collect everything. Because of this, I think the question of whether they have too many collaborations or not really depends on the person. Personally I think there is way too much sometimes, but other times I like some of their new merchandise. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Should there be more animal-like Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! One of the most common complaints from Pokemon fans are Pokemon who don't look like animals. There are Pokemon who look human-like, ones who look like objects, ones that look like food, and ones that don't really look like anything. Even though some fans complain about this, I think this is what makes them interesting. You never know what to expect. Pokemon have never been animals, they're literally Pocket Monsters. Even though the name was changed, we shouldn't forget that Pokemon can be anything. There are animal-like Pokemon, but Pokemon aren't animals; so I don't think there should be more of them that look like animals when there are already so many that do. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Friday, March 6, 2026

It's time to post! For a while now, the Pokemon company has started making Pokemon who are beautiful to look at, but are actually very dangerous and terrifying. Why is this? Well, this is actually very common to see in real animals. Since a lot of Pokemon fans are older now, it makes it much easier to include these scary details in Pokedex entries. Many children don't read Pokedex entries, so they're really more for older fans now. I think this allows the creators to be more creative with the traits they give Pokemon. It allows them to lean into more darker themes, as well. I think this is why dangerous Pokemon have become more common to see with time. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For a long time, game companies have been forcing fans to buy new consoles by only releasing games for the new consoles. Not only does this push away current fans, but it also makes it so people feel pressured to spend money they may not even have. This is why a lot of people are starting to prefer computer games. Many computer games can be played even on older computers, and now most modern controllers are compatible with computers too. Why buy a new system when you can play on something you already own? Even mobile games have gotten better these days, and a lot of them are free to play; which makes it even easier to play a different game instead of the ones that may not be available to you. If gaming companies want people to buy their games, then they should make it so everyone can buy and play them instead of immediately pushing away their current fans as soon as they release a new console. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Wednesday, March 4, 2026

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I'd like to talk about how people watch anime in the community. A lot of anime fans only watch mainstream anime, but they ignore the less popular ones. Other anime fans are the opposite of this. But as anime continues to grow in popularity, I think it's important for fans to explore a lot of different types of anime. Many good series get overlooked and forgotten because people ignore them. Because of this, I think if an anime sounds interesting, it should be watched regardless of how popular it is. Some fans only want safe popular things, and others want unique things. But I think anime should be enjoyed regardless of how many people like it. It doesn't really matter if something is popular or not, or what other people think about it, what matters is if you like it. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For a long time, fans of Fate/Grand Order have debated about the gender of Enkidu. Most of the fans agree he's a man, others think he's genderless, and some think he's a girl. If you've noticed, I'm calling him a male. This is because recently this year's Chaldea Boys collection has been revealed, and one of the featured characters is Enkidu. That's right, the game itself has finally confirmed that Enkidu is a male. This is especially true because the announcement specified that this collection is for males only. So to put the argument to rest, Enkidu is a male. This won't change much in the fandom, but I wanted to talk about it anyways. Fans have asked about this quite a bit before, so it's nice to finally have an answer. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! And in case you don't believe me, here's a screenshot from the official announcement. Enjoy!

Will there ever be a new Pokemon type? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! We haven't gotten a new permanent Pokemon type in a very long time. This is likely because the ones we have are enough. However, there are a lot of things that would make a good new type. Adding a new type would also make the games more interesting. Many fans complain about the fact that battles have become stale. No matter what a Pokemon is, if you know its type, you can easily win battles with it. Because of this, I think adding even one more new type would bring people back to the games. Despite this, I think it's very unlikely that this will ever happen. New types have almost never been added because they change the games too much. I think we may never get a new type, mainly because it would be too much work to add it; and the Pokemon company does not seem to like extra work. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Sunday, March 1, 2026

Why are games announced so long before their release dates? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Games have always been announced months before they actually come out. This is so they can advertise the game and get fans excited for it, because then they're more likely to buy it right away. However, recently they've been announcing games years in advance. This is a really bad marketing decision. Nobody wants to wait that long for anything, and many people end up just forgetting about it after months of waiting. Not only this, but it gives people too much time to raise their expectations. Fans will always be disappointed by anything that makes them wait that long. This is because people believe if you have to wait that long, it must be for a really amazing reason. So if a game is just an average game, even if it's a good game, people will always find something wrong with it. Because of this, I don't know why companies think it's a good idea to announce their games this far in advance; especially since it will only cause the game to fall short of expectations. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Raymond's glasses in Animal Crossing New Horizons. For those of you who don't know, Raymond wears special glasses that you can't actually get in the game. This has always bothered me because those are actually based on a very popular type of glasses. It wouldn't be difficult to add them to the game either, because the simple sunglasses already use these frames. All they would have to do is remove the lenses from those frames, which I think is likely what they did for Raymond's glasses, since they look almost exactly like the simple sunglasses. It's so disappointing to know they could have added this popular glasses shape to the game, but they didn't. I also hate the argument that they could add it to a later game because not everyone can afford to immediately buy the next game, especially with recent prices. It's also difficult to just move on to a whole new game after spending so much time and effort building the island and becoming friends with the villagers. Why does it matter if the next game has it if this game doesn't, when this game is the one everyone already owns? But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. As always, I'll be including a picture of the simple sunglasses below, as well as a picture of Raymond for comparison. Enjoy!

Pokemon Winds and Pokemon Waves has been announced! As always, this means the new starter Pokemon have been revealed! The games won't be coming out for another year, so there's no point getting excited about them yet. Because of this, I'll be talking about the new starter Pokemon today. There are three starters, and they are the grass starter Browt, the fire starter Pombon, and the water starter Gecqua. Browt is a chick, Pombon is a puppy, and Gecqua is a gecko. They're pretty adorable, and I actually like all of the designs this time. Other fans are also excited to see them, and I can see why. My favorite this time is Pombon, but they're all very cute. I only hope their evolutions don't ruin them. As always, here's a picture of the three new starters. Enjoy!

Why do Pokemon fans want to see a new Eevee evolution? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For a while, Eevee was getting new evolutions pretty often. But since then, we haven't gotten another one in a long time. Despite this, fans are still hoping it'll happen. This is because Eevee is the evolution Pokemon. It's supposed to be able to change based on its environment, which is why it's odd for it to only have a few evolutions. There's still a lot of types that are available for Eevee evolutions, too. For example, there isn't an Eevee evolution for one of my favorite types, the ghost type. There are so many things that could be done with this Pokemon that it feels like a waste to stop with only a handful of evolutions. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why are otaku characters usually unemployed in anime and manga? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Within this media, it's common to see characters who like anime or videogames without jobs. This is because in Japan, people who like these things are usually seen as shut-ins or hermits. They're often shown to be living off of family or friends, and they usually don't do anything; including chores or outdoor activities. There are some otaku characters that do have jobs, but they usually don't. This is a stereotype that made it all the way to America, since real life otakus are often portrayed like this too. But if anime has gotten more popular, why is this still a stereotype? Well, many people who say they like anime, manga, or videogames are either casual fans, or only say they like them to look cool. They don't actually see themselves as a fan, so they don't care about the stereotype. Others who are real anime fans see this and say "I'm not like that, so I think it's funny". Because of this, even though there are a lot of anime fans who aren't like this, no one really cares enough to change this common character trope. The unemployed otaku has become such a common thing to see in Japanese media that no one cares about it anymore, and it isn't seen as hurtful or disrespectful like it originally was. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! This year will be Pokemon's 30th anniversary, which means the Pokemon Company is already getting ready to celebrate. There's been new merchandise made for it, and the celebration has been talked about ever since the year began. At the moment, it's unclear what all is being planned for this year's big celebration, but I'm sure it'll be something amazing. I think this would also be a good opportunity for the Pokemon Company to surprise the fans with a new Eevee evolution. Fans have been asking for a new Eevee evolution for a long time now, so this anniversary would be a good time to release one. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! Now that the Resort Hotel has been available for a while in Animal Crossing New Horizons, I'd like to talk about it. Firstly, I get a lot of repeat villagers. I see the same villagers often, which can get boring. It's also very easy to see how repetitive the dialogue can get in this game. All of the different villagers say the same exact things as the other villagers of their personality type. With the constantly changing villagers, it gets tedious, fast. The villagers also just don't remember you if you've met them outside of the Resort Hotel. For example, if you make a villager a house in Happy Home Paradise, they'll remember you the next time they see you even if they're visiting your campsite. But if a new villager visits your campsite, they'll act like they've never met you and reintroduce themselves when they stay at the hotel. It really breaks the immersion, and forces you to meet the same villager twice. Talking to hotel villagers also doesn't count towards Nook Miles or anything, even if you already know them. Hotel villagers don't learn your character's name, either. All in all, the hotel feels incomplete. It doesn't really have a purpose at all. The villagers don't know you, they only remember you if they visit the hotel more than once, they'll never learn your character's name, and they don't even count as villagers. I don't know why the hotel is even there. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Are humanoid Pokemon too strange? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Some Pokemon fans complain about humanoid Pokemon for being unnatural or weird. They also dislike when more animal-like Pokemon end up with a more human-like final evolution. However, I don't think there's anything wrong with these types of Pokemon. First of all, Pokemon aren't animals, so there's nothing really unnatural about them. I can also see why some Pokemon end up more human-like, and a lot of them end up having nice designs. I can understand why some fans don't like these Pokemon, but that's their opinion. There's nothing wrong with the majority of the humanoid Pokemon we have at the moment. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another list! For today's blog post, I will be listing five brightly colored Animal Crossing villagers, along with a picture of each. There are quite a few villagers to choose from now, so I decided to list a few of the more colorful ones for you all today. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Judy

2.) Sasha

3.) Stitches

Why do people dislike the Vocaloid song Mimukauwa Nice Try? Well, there what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This song got a lot of negative attention when it first came out even though the song itself was pretty well liked. This is because during the music video, Miku was dressed in a skimpy outfit. People started claiming that it was wrong because the art style makes Miku look young in this video. That's a pretty dumb argument. A lot of songs and videos featuring Miku are way worse than this one. Why this one was singled out is beyond me. The creator can't help it if this is their art style. All of their music videos look like this, so claiming they're intentionally making Miku look young is wrong. The art style is just rounder and more chibi-like. Arguing that this video is wrong just because Miku wears a maid outfit is not only insulting this creator's art style, but also perpetuating the belief that people who look young have no right being depicted in any even vaguely inappropriate ways. This belief makes it so real people who look young get harassed for being in relationships because they look young, as if it's their fault they look that way. I hate the argument that a certain art style is banned from showing even adult characters in certain outfits just because it looks bad. This is just the Lucky Star art style, which was also complained about often when it was released. I think people should just let it go, it's not that big of a deal when there are songs featuring Rin in a worse way than Miku in a maid outfit. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five colorful anime series. I haven't made a list in a while, and I wanted to list a few series with a lot of colors since many anime series are usually darker and more serious. The series I'll be listing will be more lighthearted, as well. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Hamtaro

2.) Pokemon

3.) Himouto Umaru-Chan

4.) Yo-Kai Watch

5.) The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K.

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Animal Crossing New Horizons. Recently this game was updated, and the problem with crafting was finally fixed. Now you can craft multiple things at a time. However, that was the only thing they fixed! You can craft multiple things at once, but everything else can still only be done one at a time. You can only grab one thing, buy one thing, and give one thing. Things you can buy multiples of are only buy one, or buy it in bulk. This is ridiculous! Being able to choose the amount of things is just such a basic game mechanic that I have never even thought about what a game would be like without it. Why can't you choose how many things you can buy? It's frustrating, it's angering, and it's exhausting! I can't even buy Bell Vouchers because it's so tedious. Players have spent literally hours exchanging their Nook Miles for Bell Vouchers. This was a very common complaint within the fandom and all the developers did was fix one problem and ignore the rest! Now it's even more obvious how frustrating this problem is. Please, Nintendo, developers, fix this. It's not fun going through the same text over a hundred times to be able to buy things. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I don't usually outright complain about anything on this blog, but I absolutely hate this. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's the Lunar New Year! This year is the year of the fire horse. This obviously reminds me of the Pokemon Rapidash, which is a fire horse. It may be more of a fire unicorn, since it has a horn. But I think it still counts. I don't know very much about the Lunar New Year, since I don't celebrate it myself. But since all of the villagers in Animal Crossing New Horizons were talking about it today, I decided I'd talk about it too. However, I should also mention that today is the Vocaloid Kaito's birthday too! Which is a fun coincidence. So to help celebrate, here are pictures of Rapidash and Kaito. Happy birthday Kaito! And Happy Lunar New Year everyone!

Today is Festivale in Animal Crossing New Horizons! This holiday is all about feathers, and dancing. There are five feather colors in total, and these colors are green, red, blue, purple, and rainbow. You can catch these feathers with a net, as well. When you get three of any color, you can take them to Pavé for a Festivale item. However, rainbow feathers are rare, so you only need one of them per item. Every item can come in any of the five colors, and the color you get is based on what color of feathers you give Pavé. You can also trade feathers with the villagers, too. Collecting all of these feathers can get kind of boring, especially since Pavé can give you doubles. But, it's still kind of fun dressing up your character and celebrating the holiday with the villagers. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! In recent years, games where you can build, decorate, or create things have seen a sudden rise in popularity. A lot of them are cute games as well, and they often have a cozy atmosphere. Why is this? Well, it isn't actually just these types of games that are more popular. If you really look at it, it's actually games where you have full control. It's nice to play games freely with no forced stories or mandatory actions. Even games like Genshin Impact have added places where you have full control, like in the Serenitea Pot. It's becoming more and more clear that players just want to play sometimes. I think having this full control over a space helps players feel safe and in control, while still giving them the type of escapism only games can bring. I think this makes sense with how uncertain the world can be, and I also think this means games like this will only increase in popularity over time. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's Valentine's Day! That means love is in the air, even if you're single. So give someone a Valentine, or buy yourself some candy! To help celebrate this year, I'll be including the link for some official Pokemon Valentine cards that were posted on Twitter (X). I'll also be including a picture of Luvdisc, which is a Pokemon that people give to people they love. Along with this, I'll also be including a picture of my (fictional) Valentine this year, Lilia Vanrouge! Enjoy! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

What is a bad luck Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! In the Pokemon world, there are a few Pokemon who are believed to bring good luck. Because of this, there are also Pokemon that are believed to bring bad luck. Despite this, most of the bad luck Pokemon don't even bring bad luck. Instead, they either warn others about it, or they just happen to be there when it happens. Unlike good luck Pokemon that bring good luck, most bad luck Pokemon don't bring any luck. The most well-known example of this is Absol, which was seen as a bad sign for a long time until people realized it was warning others about danger, not causing it. That's all I'll say about it in this post, since it's a simple topic. I just wanted to talk about it because it's Friday the 13th today. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

How do Timmy and Tommy make money in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! A common question fans have about this game is how Timmy and Tommy make money. They buy your items regardless of the price, so it can feel like they're losing money. However, they do sell things as well. Along with this, I think they sell the things they buy to other people. For example, we know Flick and CJ pay you more for insects and fish than Timmy and Tommy do. Because of this, I think it means Timmy and Tommy sell your things to others like this for a profit, which is why selling your things to Flick or CJ directly gives you more money. This could be a good explanation for this question. Obviously there doesn't need to be a reason because it's just a game, but this could be an in-world explanation for fans who are curious. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be giving my thoughts on the Pokemon Ditto. Ditto used to be one of my favorite Pokemon. It's a small cute wobbly little slime who doesn't really do very much. What's not to like? But as time went on, it became more and more difficult to like Ditto. Not because of the Pokemon, but because of how it's portrayed. For those of you who don't know, this Pokemon can usually transform perfectly. It's hard to tell a Ditto from whatever it's copying. This has always been the case. Until the Pokemon anime, which included a Ditto who couldn't fully transform. It could never get the faces right. This wasn't normal for Dittos, it was just this one. But now all Dittos are shown this way. Not only does it look creepy, but it's also just wrong. It ruined the uniqueness of that Ditto. Now it isn't special anymore, it's just a Ditto. This has always bothered me. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I know this won't change, but I wanted to talk about it anyways. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the combat system in Honkai Star Rail. As far as I know, Honkai Star Rail is currently the only HoYoverse game that doesn't have an open world combat system. Instead, it has a turn-based system. That means every character, including enemies, get one turn each. Your characters finish their turns, then the enemies each get a turn, and this continues until the battle is finished. Extra actions can be done at any point regardless of whose turn it is. This sounds interesting, but it's actually very boring and tedious. It gets old very fast, and I personally prefer the combat in the other games. The animations are nice, but the voice lines repeat every time, which just makes it worse. I'm not sure what could be done to fix this, especially since it's been like this for a long time now. I just wanted to talk about this because I've been playing Honkai Star Rail recently and the battles just about put me to sleep whenever I have to fight a strong enemy. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I'm sure this is because this game focuses on the story more than anything, it just bothers me. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the genders of the Aeons in Honkai Star Rail. For those of you who don't know, Aeons are godlike beings, and they're all canonically genderless. This is likely because they just have no reason to have a gender. No matter how masculine or feminine one looks, they're still genderless beings. However, the one argued over the most is Yaoshi. Even though Yaoshi is one of the most ambiguous Aeons, players often argue with each other over Yaoshi being a female. This is just completely ridiculous, since Yaoshi is actually supposed to look genderless. They have both masculine and feminine traits, and they're noticeably lacking anything that would absolutely confirm their gender. For example, Yaoshi has soft features, but they have a flat chest and somewhat more masculine torso. There's masculine and feminine traits for Yaoshi, so it feels silly to argue about it just because people don't want to say "they". The Aeons aren't humans, so this shouldn't even be an argument. Many people bring up quotes from trailers that supposedly use gendered pronouns, but these are often mistranslated; because the original lines always use the genderless terms for gods when referring to Aeons. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I wanted to talk about this because it's such a silly argument to have over fictional gods who are genderless. Real genderless gods exist in religions, so I don't understand why this is even an argument. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
