Happy New Year! It's New Year's Eve! By the stroke of midnight, the new year will have begun. For today's blog post, I will be talking about Shuichi Saihara from Danganronpa. Shuichi is the Ultimate Detective, and he was first introduced in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. Shuichi is a kind and serious boy who often doubts his worthiness of being a detective. Even though he seems to be a skilled detective, he doesn't believe it himself. He's often quite hard on himself, and he has a rather self-conscious personality. However, he does gain more confidence in himself later in the game. He is also quite supportive of the people around him as well. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Shuichi below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about Izana from Fire Emblem Fates. There may be a couple spoilers in this post too, so proceed with caution. Now then, on with the post! Izana is a minor character, and he is the archduke of Izumo. He is also a descendant of the Gods. Despite this, he has a very cheerful, laid-back, and joking personality. He seems to be quite proud of his appearance as well, and he has won the "Best Hair" award five times. Izana is also a fortune teller. It's unknown if his fortunes are completely accurate or not though. His birthday is also on December 29th as well. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Izana below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about the avatar from Fire Emblem Fates. There may be a few spoilers for the game in this post too, so proceed with caution. Now then, on with the post! The default name of the Fire Emblem Fates avatar is Corrin. Although their name, gender, and appearance is customizable, there are official male and female designs available for them as well. The avatar is a descendant of the Hoshidan royal family. However, they were raised by the royal family of Nohr instead. Because of this, the avatar actually has two sets of siblings from the two different families. As for their personality, the avatar is a kind and charismatic person with good leadership skills. They are also very social, and they care deeply for those they love. They are said to have a way with animals as well. As a little bonus, I will be including pictures of the official male and female avatar designs below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the game Fire Emblem Fates. Fire Emblem Fates is the fourteenth installment of the Fire Emblem series, and it was released internationally in 2016. This game is a tactical Japanese role playing game, and it has three different ways to play the game; Classic Mode, Casual Mode, and Phoenix Mode. The classic mode makes a character die permanently if they are killed in battle, the casual mode lets a character be revived in the next chapter, and phoenix mode revives a fallen ally in the next turn. The story obviously follows the avatar as well. The avatar can be customized however the player wants too, including their gender and birthday. The story of the game is also a branching story that is greatly changed depending on which side the player decides to choose. Even though it isn't the newest title in the series, I would very much recommend playing this game. It has a good storyline and a variety of good characters. But, these are just my thoughts on the game. Since it came out a few years ago, I can't exactly give a set price for it. Nonetheless, I hope you guys enjoyed this blog post!

It's Jaehee's birthday today in Mystic Messenger! Because of this, Cheritz has set up a special event for her! Although Jaehee's birthday is today, the event is from December 26th to December 28th. All you have to do for this event is access the game at any point in time during the event period. For the first part of the event, there will be a new special picture available. Secondly, there will be a gift of 40 hourglasses for accessing the game for her birthday. There will also be random intro chats available, and Jaehee will be answering questions she received from the Ask Me Anything. For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokémon Delibird. Since today is Christmas Eve, I decided to do today's post about a Christmas-like Pokémon.  Although Delibird isn't directly related to Christmas, its design is reminiscent of Santa Claus. Delibird is an ice/flying-type Pokémon, and it doesn't evolve. This Pokémon uses its tail like a sack to carry its food around. It carries food around all day, and it even helped a famous explorer reach the peak of the world's highest mountain by sharing its food with them. Along with this, Delibird prefers the cold, and it nests on the edge of sharp cliffs. Delibird is also associated with presents, and it can use them to attack. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Delibird below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about Matatabi from Naruto Shippuden. Matatabi is one of the nine tailed beasts, and it is the two-tails. It is a cat-like tailed beast as well, and its jinchuriki was Yugito Nii. Matatabi has been shown to be quite respectful and polite towards others, especially when it is compared to the other tailed beasts. Matatabi is also covered in blue flames, and it has two different colored eyes. Matatabi is very fast too, and it obviously has the ability to create blue flames. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Matatabi below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about the Monokubs from Danganronpa. There may be a few spoilers in this post though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! The Monokubs are a group of five robotic bear cubs who all have a similar design to Monokuma. They were introduced in Danganronpa V3: Killing Harmony. They also claim to be the children of Monokuma. The five Monokubs are the red and white Monotaro, the more mechanical looking Monodam, the blue and white Monokid, the pink and white girl Monophanie, and the glasses-wearing white and tiger-striped Monosuke. The leader of the Monokubs is Monotaro. They all have very different personalities from each other as well, and all of them (except for Monodam) have different items they are often seen with. Monotaro has a scarf, Monokid has a guitar, Monosuke has his glasses, and Monophanie has a flower. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of the Monokubs below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

Why do different events take place in the different routes of Mystic Messenger? Well that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There will be some spoilers in this post too, so proceed with caution! Now then, an with the post! Although I know different events take place in Mystic Messenger based on the MC's involvement with each of the members, what about the events that are out of the MC's control? For example, Echo Girl and Sarah Choi are only antagonists in Zen's and Jumin's routes. Aside from that, they don't really have any involvement in the game. However, Zen ends up hurting his ankle in multiple routes. But, why is this? I can only assume that the problems that happen in the different routes are simply tests for the player, but that wouldn't be an in-game answer for this. It's hard to say why different things like this happen in the different routes, since the MC would have no involvement with these problems on different routes. Although these things could still happen without the characters mentioning them, that wouldn't make very much sense either. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic anyways. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoyed this blog post!

The blog post for today will be about Shukaku from Naruto Shippuden. Shukaku is the one tailed beast, and it is a tanuki. Its Jinchuriki used to be Gaara. Shukaku can influence sand, and it can influence its Jinchuriki while they are sleeping. It also has a childish and short-tempered personality. Shukaku is responsible for Gaara's insomnia as well, and it would threaten to go on a killing spree if he ever fell into a deep sleep. Along with this, Shukaku has a deep hatred for humans. For today's blog post, I will be talking about Sarah Choi from Mystic Messenger. Even though Sarah is only a minor character in the game, she does play a large role in Jumin's route. So, I figured I would do a blog post about her anyways. There will be some spoilers in this post as well, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! First of all, Sarah Choi is one of the main antagonists of Jumin's route, and she is the self-proclaimed fiancé of Jumin Han. Not very much is known about her personality, but she seems to be quite greedy when it comes to money. She also acts like an upbeat and caring person, and she would even joke about how cold Jumin was towards her. She's also quite defensive about her reputation, and she threatens to sue people who put it on the line. However, she does seem to be quite loyal to her sister, and she even went through plastic surgery to help with her sister's plan. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Sarah below so you guys can see what she looks like. Enjoy!

Why is Zen an actor in Mystic Messenger? Well that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There may be some spoilers in this post as well, so proceed with caution! Now then on with the post! First of all, Zen is obviously an actor because he loves acting and singing. However, he tends to turn down modeling jobs he gets. But, why is this? Despite acting like a narcissist, Zen actually prefers acting because he would rather have people notice his skills instead of his looks. Since people usually notice his looks above anything else, Zen works hard to become a famous actor so people pay more attention to his career. Although this post doesn't seem very long, there's really not very much more to say about this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoyed this blog post! Today's blog post will be about the games Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee and Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu. These games are the most recent installments in the line of Pokémon games, and they take place in the Kanto region. Depending on which game you pick, Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee and Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu feature either Eevee or Pikachu as your starter Pokémon. Much like previous Pokémon games, you can choose the names of your character and your in-game rival. You can also choose what your character looks like too. Along with this, you can pick different outfits and hairstyles for your partner Pokémon. Unlike other Pokémon games, Pokémon: Let's Go Eevee and Pokémon: Let's Go Pikachu allows you to see wild Pokémon in the grass before you encounter them. If any of you guys are interested in either of these games, they are both available on the Nintendo Switch for about $60 each. The blog post for today will be about Kitsunes. Since Kitsunes appear often in anime, I decided to do a blog post about them. First of all, the word kitsune means fox in Japanese. However, the word can also refer to the fox Yokai. A good example of a Kitsune in anime is Kyubi from Yokai Watch. In the anime, Kyubi is seen transforming into a human boy. This is because Kitsunes have the ability to shape-shift into humans. They also have powers of illusion, and they are usually associated with fire. This can be seen with the Pokémon Ninetales, a fire-type fox Pokémon that is based off of Kitsunes. Kitsunes are often shown to have nine tails as well. However, nine is actually the limit of how many tails a Kitsune can have. Just like a normal fox, a Kitsune starts out with one tail. But, they get more tails with age and experience. There is much more to say about Kitsunes, but I don't want to make this post too long. These are the basics of Kitsunes as well. Nonetheless, I will be including a picture of Kyubi from Yokai Watch and Ninetales from Pokémon as examples of what Kitsunes look like below. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about Kirby. Since Kirby is obviously a part of everything in the Kirby franchise, I can't really list one thing Kirby is a part of. Kirby is a small, round, and pink creature, and he is the protagonist of the Kirby series. He has appeared in several games, and he appeared in the anime Kirby: Right Back At Ya. Kirby has the ability to act like a vacuum and suck in enemies. He can then use these enemies against other enemies. Under certain circumstances, Kirby can also copy the abilities of other characters. Copying different abilities usually gives Kirby a slightly different appearance as well. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Kirby below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about yet another Mystic Messenger event. This upcoming event is for Christmas, and it will be done in three parts. For the first part of the update, the entry screen will feature new artwork for Christmas. Secondly, the 2016 Christmas DLC will have a discount of 30%. This discount will start on December 11th and end on December 31st. For the last part of the Christmas event, there will be new intro chats with the characters available on December 24th and December 25th. I know this doesn't seem like very much, but I'm just the messenger! It's also quite a bit more than it seems, because people who haven't yet played the Christmas DLC will be able to try it now, and there's always quite a few available intro chats for Christmas as well. The blog post for today will be about the show Your Lie In April. Your Lie In April is an anime that is based on the manga of the same name, and it currently has 22 episodes. This show mainly centers around Kousei Arima, a piano prodigy who has lost the will to play piano. As he goes through his life seeing the world in monochrome colors, he runs into Kaori Miyazono, a girl who helps him see the colors of the world again. Through this meeting, Kaori helps Kousei find the will to play the music he loves. This show is a romance, drama, and slice-of-life anime with some comedy mixed in as well. Your Lie In April is a fairly popular show, and I would actually recommend watching it too. It has a good storyline and powerful music. But if any of you would like to check it out for yourselves, it is currently available on Crunchyroll and Netflix.

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokémon Charmeleon. Charmeleon is a fire-type Pokémon, and it is the pre-evolution of Charizard. It also evolves from Charmander. This Pokémon has very sharp claws. It uses these claws to battle mercilessly against its enemy. If it encounters a strong enemy, Charmeleon will become aggressive. While it is in this state, the flame on the end of its tail will flare with a bluish white color. Charmeleon also has a very hot-headed nature, and it will only calm down when it wins. If it swings its tail, the surrounding temperature will rise to unbearable levels. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Charmeleon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about the Pokémon Charmander. Charmander is a fire-type Pokémon, and it is the pre-evolution of Charmeleon and Charizard. This Pokémon was one of the three original starter Pokémon in the games. The flame on the end of Charmander's tail can tell how Charmander is feeling. If it is happy, the flame will waver. But if Charmander is angry, the flame will burn fiercely. Along with this, Charmander could die if its flame ever goes out. Because of this, the flame on its tail will burn brightly if Charmander is healthy, or weakly if Charmander is weak. It is said steam spouts of the end of its tail when it rains as well. The blog post for today will be about Gabumon from Digimon. Gabumon is a Reptile Digimon that is covered in a fur pelt. It Digivolves from Tsunomon, and it can Digivolve into Garurumon. Because Gabumon Digivolves from Tsunomon, Gabumon's partner in the anime is also Matt Ishida. The fur pelt Gabumon wears is made from the data Garurumon leaves behind. Since Garurumon is a feared Digimon, the fur pelt Gabumon wears helps to protect it. Although Gabumon usually has a very shy and timid personality, it acts completely different when it is wearing its fur pelt. For today's blog post, I will be talking about Tsunomon from Digimon. Tsunomon is a lesser Digimon that Digivolves from Punimon, and it has many other possible Digivolutions. One of its most well-known Digivolutions is Gabumon. In the anime, Tsunomon's partner is Matt Ishida. Tsunomon is a small, round Digimon, and it is covered in orange fur. Since it is still quite young, Tsunomon has a very playful personality. Along with this, Tsunomon loves pranks. However, it hasn't awakened its fighting instincts yet. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Tsunomon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's time for yet another blog post! Today's blog post will be about the dusk form of the Pokémon Lycanroc. The dusk form of Lycanroc is a rock-type Pokémon, and it is the evolution of Rockruff. This Pokémon was introduced in the Ultra Sun and Ultra Moon games. Unlike the normal midday and midnight forms of Lycanroc, the dusk form is actually more like a mixture of both forms. Because of this, it has spikes around its neck like the midday form, and the fur around its neck is similar to the midnight form. It also walks on all four legs like the midday form of Lycanroc, and its fur is orange instead of red or brown. It also has green eyes instead of red or blue eyes as well. Dusk form Lycanroc has an intense fighting spirit too, and this Lycanroc form is said to be rare in the Alola region. The blog post for today will be about Yugi's mother from Yu-Gi-Oh. She is obviously Yugi's mother, and she is the daughter-in-law of Solomon Muto. In the anime, she has a calmer personality than her manga counterpart. Yugi's mother only appears briefly in the Japanese version of the anime, and she was completely cut out of the English dub. She also appears in the manga as well. Some fans who haven't watched the English subbed version of the anime are unaware of her existence, and it's not clear why she was cut out in the first place. Because of her short appearance, not very much is known about her. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Yugi's mother below so you guys can see what she looks like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about Arthur Hawkins from Yu-Gi-Oh. Arthur Hawkins is an archeologist, and he is also a friend of Yugi's grandfather, Solomon. He is the grandfather of Rebecca Hawkins as well. Much like Rebecca, Arthur's last name was Hopkins in the original Japanese version. In the original Japanese version, Arthur is said to be from America as well. He is also the one who gave Solomon his prized Blue Eyes White Dragon card. Despite not appearing very much, Arthur actually ends up playing a decently sized role in the anime. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Arthur below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about Rebecca Hawkins from Yu-Gi-Oh. Rebecca is the Granddaughter of Arthur Hawkins. In the original Japanese version, Rebecca is the 12 year old American Duel Monsters champion. However, she is the 8 year old Intercontinental Champion in the English dub. Rebecca is a very intelligent girl, and she even ended up in college later in the series. During her first appearance in the anime, she was often seen carrying a teddy bear. However, she is later seen with glasses instead of a teddy bear. She also has a crush on Yugi, and she even thought of him as her boyfriend later in the series. As a little bonus, I will be including two pictures of Rebecca below so you guys can see what she looks like with and without her glasses. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about Guzma from Pokémon. Guzma is a Pokémon Trainer, and he is also the leader of Team Skull. His main Pokémon is Golisopod, and he was introduced in the Sun And Moon games. However, despite his popularity, it seems as though he won't be making an appearance in the anime. The other Team Skull grunts did end up making in appearance in the anime though. Although, he did appear in a Pokémon manga. Guzma is a fearless leader who thinks of himself as the strongest trainer in the region. He also holds all of Team Skull together. He isn't exactly a kind leader though, since all of the Team Skull grunts have to buy their team uniforms themselves. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Guzma below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokémon Beedrill. Beedrill is a bug/poison-type Pokémon, and it is the final evolution for Weedle and Kakuna. This Pokémon will attack in a furious swarm if anyone ever ventures too close to its nest. This is because Beedrill are extremely territorial. No one should ever go near a Beedrill nest for their own safety. Beedrill also has three large poisonous stingers. There is one on each of its arms and one on its tail. It uses these stingers to attack and take down its prey. In its Mega Evolved form, its legs also become stingers. The stingers it already had have become much larger as well. Today's blog post will be about the Pokémon Deoxys. Deoxys is a Legendary psychic-type Pokémon, and it doesn't evolve. This Pokémon emerged from a virus that came from outer space. The DNA of this virus underwent a sudden mutation after it was hit with a laser beam. This resulted in the creation of Deoxys. It is also a highly intelligent Pokémon, and it has psychokinetic powers. Deoxys has the ability to shoot lasers from the crystalline organ on its chest too. This organ also appears to be its brain. Unlike most other Pokémon, Deoxys has three different forms aside from its normal form as well. These are its Attack, Defense, and Speed forms. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of all of Deoxys's forms below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the show Cheer Boys. Cheer Boys is an anime that is based on the manga of the same name. As the name suggests, this show focuses on an all-men cheerleading team called Breakers. However, this show mainly centers around two friends named Haruki Bando and Kazuma Hashimoto. In the beginning of the show, Haruki and Kazuma were originally taking part in judo. But when they decided to quit, they started something quite different; cheerleading! This show follows their journey as they start their own cheerleading team and gather members. Cheer Boys is a slice-of-life anime with some comedy mixed in as well. Even though this show doesn't seem to be very popular right now, I actually would recommend checking it out. It's quite entertaining, and I think it's fun to watch how the story plays out. But if any of you guys want to check it out for yourselves, it's currently available English subbed on Crunchyroll and English dubbed on Funimation.

Sakuma is one of the main characters, and he is one of the members of the men's cheerleading club, The Breakers. Sakuma is a short boy with pink hair, and his nickname is Saku. He is also a bubbly boy who is always polite. Although he will speak his mind if he doesn't agree with someone, he will always be very polite while doing it. He has also taken ballet in the past, which made him very flexible and light-weighted. If he is passionate about something, he'll always give it his all. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Sakuma below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokémon Mewtwo. Mewtwo is a psychic-type Pokémon, and it doesn't evolve. As Mewtwo's name suggests, it is supposed to be a clone of the legendary Pokémon Mew. However, it doesn't seem to know very much about emotions. This is mostly because of all of the experiments that were done on it. Since it has a cold heart, it only focuses on fighting. It is said to have the most savage heart among any of the other Pokémon as well. Unlike most of the other Pokémon, Mewtwo actually has two mega evolutions. These are his X and Y forms, and they can only be done by using either Mewtwonite X or Mewtwonite Y. The blog post for today will be about Toadal Dude from Yokai Watch. Toadal Dude is a water attribute Classic Yokai from the tough tribe. Toadal Dude is a very laid back and nonchalant Yokai who is very free-spirited. He tends to use slang while he is talking as well. He also enjoys eating spicy food, which is a direct contrast from his rival, Arachnus. Much like Arachnus, Toadal Dude was first introduced to the anime in the first Yokai Watch movie. However, he only appeared as a background character. Along with this, he only appeared in the movie for a short amount of time. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Toadal Dude below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

Would it have been better if Ryuk kept his original design in Death Note? Well that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There may be some spoilers in this post as well, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! For those of you who don't know, Shinigami were originally supposed to look like "attractive rock stars" in the Death Note series. However, this idea was scrapped because the creators didn't want Ryuk to outshine Light. But would it have been better if it wasn't scrapped? Although a lot of people like Ryuk the way he is, a lot of people also like the idea of what he was supposed to look like. Even though we don't have any official concept art for his original design, some people have created their own version of him. If Ryuk's more humanoid form was official, there's a good chance he would be a more popular character than Light. If all of the Shinigami had more human-like appearances, Light most likely would've had a very small fan-base. Since Light is the main character, it's actually a good thing Ryuk turned out the way he did. But, it still would've been pretty cool to find out Ryuk was just wearing a mask the whole time. Today is Thanksgiving Day! Happy Thanksgiving everyone! As per usual, this means this post will be a special Thanksgiving Day post. Since Thanksgiving is an American holiday, there isn't really any anime that has a Thanksgiving theme to it. However, a couple anime balloons did make it into this year's Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade! So, I'll be talking about those instead. For those of you who don't know, the Macy's Thanksgiving Day Parade is a huge televised parade held especially for Thanksgiving every year in New York City. As the name suggests, the Macy's company is responsible for this parade. Although most of the floats and balloons aren't based on anime, two of the balloons actually are based on anime characters. These two balloons are Goku from Dragon Ball Z, and Pikachu from Pokémon. Along with this, Hello Kitty often makes an appearance in the parade. But, I didn't see her this year. However, I will still be including pictures of the Goku, Pikachu, and one of the Hello Kitty balloons below so you guys can see what they look like. As a little bonus, I will also be including a Thanksgiving themed anime picture as well. Enjoy!
