Animation memes are a common type of short video on YouTube and TikTok, and they usually feature characters synced in time with a song clip. They're very popular in the anime community, and there are a lot of them in the anime art style, even for non-anime media. They can feature official characters, or original characters, as well. Animation memes are actually a really good way to support independent artists, while also discovering new shows, games, or even original stories. They can be repetitive if you watch a lot of them based on the same song, since they usually have a set theme that artists change to fit the characters they're using. I recommend looking into them, since a lot of them have amazing art styles. They also often feature popular anime characters, so that's a bonus. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic.
