Genshin Impact will be getting an important new update soon! Later this month, Genshin Impact will require American players to verify their age to make sure they're adults. This is a necessary step to prevent children from buying loot boxes without permission. If you don't verify your account in time, it will become heavily restricted and suspended until you do verify it. There's a chance they'll also need to do this with their other games, but right now only Genshin Impact will be affected. The verification won't be necessary until May 20th, so please be sure to check into Genshin Impact and verify your age after that date, and before July 18th.
