This wallpaper is very popular within the community, and a lot of players still look for it to this day. It's an animated wall with heavy rain and lightning, which is raining over a small cityscape at the bottom of the wallpaper. It's sold by Saharah, and it's available at her shop on Harv's Island. Although this wallpaper is fine on its own, many fans also make windows for it. Using customized glow in the dark stickers can actually allow players to make some pretty creative designs with this wallpaper. Many people love the look of rain, so it isn't surprising that this wallpaper has become so popular. I recommend getting it if you can, because it doesn't appear at Saharah's shop very often.
