What does the word nyan mean? Well, that's what this blog post is here for. You've most likely heard the word nyan before, since it's one of the more common Japanese words. There's Nyan Cat, the Hatsune Miku song Nyanyanyanyanyanyanya, and the word nyan is also used by Anime characters or Neko girls. Jibanyan and other cat Yokai (from Yokai Watch) also have the word nyan at the end of their names. Now, on to the definition. The word nyan is a Japanese onomatopoeia for the sound a cat makes, much like the English word meow. So, it makes perfect sense that it is associated with cats, for obvious reasons.

The blog post for today will be about Turnip Head from the movie Howl's Moving Castle. Turnip Head is a cursed scarecrow, and he is one of the main characters. Turnip Head doesn't say anything while he's cursed (because he's a scarecrow). But, he still shows kindness by helping Sophie and the others. He also seems to take a liking to Sophie after she helped him out of a bush, as shown when he brings her a cane and retrieves her shawl. Turnip Head appears in various points throughout the movie, and he enjoys helping Sophie and Markl along the way.

Today's blog post is about Beyond Birthday from the light novel Death Note Another Note: The Los Angeles BB Murder Cases. He is the 2nd child who was taken into Wammy's House in hopes of him becoming L's successor. Beyond Birthday only appears in this light novel, since it is a prequel to the Death Note series. No one actually knows what Beyond Birthday looks like, either. A lot of people thinks he looks like L, but he was actually wearing thick make-up. His true appearance is unclear because there were no official pictures of him, as well. Beyond Birthday is a murderer. However, he only killed people who would die at that specific given day and time. He could see a person's death date because he was born with the power of the Shinigami eyes. He also has quite the affinity for jam, and he's quite intelligent, as well.

Today's blog post is about Awashima from the show Nura: Rise Of The Yokai Clan. Awashima is a Yokai, and he is one of the Yokai from the Tono Village. Much like how some of the other Yokai change forms at night, Awashima changes at night as well. He is a male Yokai during the day, but he changes into a female Yokai during the night. He doesn't like being looked down upon or underestimated because of his female form, since he considers himself to be male at heart. While he was in his female form, Awashima explained that his name comes from Izanami's (a "heavenly angel") and Izanagi's (a "raging demon") second child, which was neither a male or a female. Because of this, he has one technique called Perfect Motherhood, Izanami, and a technique called Perfect Fatherhood, Izanagi. He also has a technique he can use while in his female form called Dance Of The Battle Maiden.

Well, it's time for a new post! Today's blog post will be about the Rasengan from the show Naruto Shippuden. The Rasengan is one of Naruto Uzumaki's signature moves, and it is one of the most recognizable Jutsus from the show. It is also one of Naruto's strongest Jutsus. The Rasengan is a ball of chakra that is formed and then held in the user's hand. The Rasengan doesn't need any hand signs to perform it, either. It's also quite powerful. When someone is hit with the Rasengan, it grinds into them, and then throws them along it's trajectory before it finally deals more damage by bursting. The Rasengan can differ in how much damage it can deal based on how big the user makes it, too. The bigger the Rasengan is, the more damage it will deal. There are many different versions and alterations of the Rasengan (such as the Rasenshuriken) that are more powerful than the original, as well.

The shadow clones can also perform their own Jutsus, including the Shadow Clone Jutsu. They can also bleed, but they will usually just disperse if they are hit hard enough, or if the original user releases the Jutsu. The memories of all of the shadow clones are also transferred to the Jutsu user after the shadow clone has dispersed, as well.

Absol is often called the "disaster Pokemon" because a disaster, such as an earthquake, would hit soon after an Absol was seen. It also usually lives in a mountain environment, and it barely ever comes down from the mountains. Absol doesn't usually evolve. But, it does later gain the ability to mega evolve into Mega Absol.

Well, it's time for another blog post! Today's blog post is about the Shadow Realm from the show Yu-Gi-Oh. The Shadow Realm plays a big part in the show, and it is mentioned several times throughout the original Yu-Gi-Oh series. The Shadow Realm is often described as a place of eternal torment, and a person usually can not come back if they are sent there. Shadow Games can also be played using the Shadow Realm. In a Shadow Game, a player uses their own energy in order to summon monsters, thus putting a lot of strain on that person's body. If someone were to lose a Shadow Game, their mind would be banished to the Shadow Realm. A person's mind or soul can also be transported to the Shadow Realm with one of the seven Millenium Items.

Welcome to Pokemon Go 101, where I will be your sensei! Now, take a seat and let the class begin! Today's class is about Pokestops and Pokegyms in Pokemon Go. Now, I know the game gives you all of the needed information for these, but I'm still going to tell you about it anyways. Let's begin! Pokestops and Pokegyms are real world locations that can be interacted with on the Pokemon Go app. At Pokestops, you can tap on the Pokestop and spin the picture when you get close enough to it. This will cause the Pokestop to give you items, or sometimes even Pokemon eggs, that you can tap on to pick up. The Pokestops are represented as blue cubes that change to blue circles when you are close enough to interact with it. At Pokegyms, you can take over the gym for your team by battling the people defending the gym. This lowers the gym's prestige level. Then, you can assign one of your Pokemon to defend that gym for your team. You can also assign one of your Pokemon to an open gym to claim it, and you can train your Pokemon at friendly gyms. Pokegyms are represented by the symbol of the team currently controlling it, or it will  be gray if it is an open gym.

Today's blog post is about the Alolan form of Exeguttor from the show Pokemon. Exeguttor's Alolan form is much different compared to the original form of Exeguttor. It's Alolan form is much taller, and it also weighs quite a bit more. The Alolan Exeggutor also has a tail with a small fourth head attached to it. This fourth head has the ability to control the tail independently using it's own will. The Alolan Exxegutor is also a grass/dragon type. Unlike the original Exeggutor, which is a grass/psychic type. The people of Alola also claim that this Alolan form of Exeguttor is actually the true form of Exeggutor, since it is so much bigger than the original Exeguttor.

Today's blog post will be about the different Teams in Pokemon Go. In Pokemon Go, there are three different teams you can choose from once you are strong enough. Team Instinct (the yellow team) is run by Spark, and it's logo resembles Zapdos. Team Valor (the red team) is run by Candela, and it's logo resembles Moltres. Finally, Team Mystic (the blue team) is run by Blanche, and it's logo resembles Articuno. Each team leader also believes in different things when it comes to training Pokemon, as well. Today's blog post is about Pokemon Go. I know I'm a little late with this trend. But, I'm still going to do a post about it anyways. On with the post! Pokemon Go is a free cellphone app, and it's actually a very popular app. In Pokemon Go, you get to be a real life Pokemon trainer. You can catch Pokemon, take over or train at gyms, and collect items at Pokestops in your area. With Pokemon Go, you actually have to step outside and walk around to move your avatar. You can also have one of the Pokemon you caught accompany you as your buddy. With the AR feature on, the app makes it look like the Pokemon and Pokeball are actually there. Plus, you can choose to join one of three teams when you get strong enough. The three teams are Team Instinct, Team Valor, and Team Mystic. Pokemon Go also hosts various real-time events throughout the year, as well.
