Why doesn't Oko San have a human form in Hatoful Boyfriend? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although I'm sure there's a personal reason the creator didn't give Oko San a human form, today I'll be talking about the in-game reason. First of all, Oko San is much closer to a normal bird than any of the other characters. He speaks in coos, and he isn't as intelligent as the other birds. He also lacks the level of understanding the other birds have, and he has a lot more bird-like habits. This means Oko San is just too close to being a regular bird to have a human portrait like the others. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Oko San below. Enjoy!

It's post time! The blog post for today will be a list of five cute ghost-type Pokemon, along with a picture of each. Ghost-type Pokemon are some of my favorites, and I've mentioned them a lot on this blog. However, that means I've already done posts about most of my favorite ones. So, I've decided to make a list of some of them to put them back in the limelight for just a little while. Now that that's out of the way, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Litwick
2.) Mimikyu
3.) Sinistea
4.) Polteageist
5.) Phantump

Why doesn't Azami have a human form when she's first introduced in Hatoful Boyfriend? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although Azami does have an official human form, she doesn't have one when she's first introduced in the game. Even though there are others who also don't have a human form when they're introduced, Azami is a mandatory encounter that occurs on every main route. However, it could just be because she isn't part of the main cast and it's a short encounter. It may have been easier to just not include her introduction portrait. Despite this, it's still a bit odd; especially since she does have an official human form. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Azami in her human form below so you guys can see what she looks like. Enjoy!

What time is it? Post time! Today's blog post will be about Hameln. Hameln is a Japanese song. Although it isn't originally a Vocaloid song, there have been many Vocaloid and Utauloid covers made for it. It's also a rather popular song, as well. Despite this, I haven't been able to find an English cover for it. This isn't a very big surprise though, since many popular Vocaloid and Utauloid songs are still missing English covers. Along with this, the Japanese version of the song is already popular on its own. If any of you are interested in this song, I will of course be including a link to a Kaito cover of it below. Enjoy!

This is my 1,661st blog post! I thought that was a neat number, so I was going to do a special blog post for it. In fact, I was going to find a nice Pokemon with a corresponding number for it. But, I've already done many Pokemon posts on this blog. So, this will be a sort of update post instead. As you all may have noticed, I have been trying to move away from Pokemon. It's a wonderful series, but I have almost exclusively done posts about specific Pokemon for quite some time now. There wasn't any variety on my blog, and it became mundane even for myself. Because of this, I have decided to try my best to stay away from Pokemon and focus on other topics for my blog. However, I would like to thank everyone who has supported my blog thus far. If any of you are interested in my Pokemon posts, I assure you there will be more in the future. I would also like to thank everyone for reading this unconventional post. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Nageki from Hatoful Boyfriend below for no reason other than I can. Enjoy!

Have you found the nameless song? The nameless song is a video on YouTube, and the title and uploader have no names. By clicking the video, you are taken to a song. This song is almost only found through your YouTube recommended, and those who find it through this method are said to be chosen. By watching the nameless video, you are automatically accepted into the cult; and the captions at the end of the video confirm this with the message "Welcome to the cult". Although you aren't supposed to mention the cult outside of the videos, this is mostly just a running gag. The song itself is actually really good, and there's a pinned link in the comments section that takes you to a Vocaloid version of it. This song is based on a Japanese urban legend, and it can easily be found by searching for the Kisaragi Station song. Despite its blank title and method of discovery, this song is actually very popular. Along with this, it currently has over nine million views on YouTube. If any of you are interested in this strange song, I'll be including the link for it below. It really is a good and somewhat creepy song, so please check it out! Enjoy!

What is a JRPG? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! First of all, JRPG stands for Japanese Role Playing Game. JRPGs are actually pretty well-known and common, and they can easily be found in places outside of Japan. They generally have the anime art-style as well, and some of the most popular JRPGs are Final Fantasy and Kingdom Hearts. JRPGs follow storylines similar to any other role-playing games, and many JRPGs allow you to customize your characters in one way or another. Even though these games obviously originated in Japan, their popularity and influence has been spread across the world. As always, I will be including a picture from Kingdom Hearts below so you guys can get an idea of what they look like. Enjoy!

What are magical girls? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Magical girls are a popular and well-known trope found in anime. Along with this, their influence can be found in many different shows and movies; even if they aren't anime related. Magical girls are mostly known for their transformation sequences as well, and one of the most popular magical girls is Sailor Moon. Magical girls are generally young girls who have magical powers that they were either born with, or given later in life. These powers are generally very strong and can be used to successfully move the plot along. Rumor has it there are sometimes magical boys too, but they are a much rarer species. As always, I will be including a picture of some magical girls below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

Why are there so many Sanrio characters? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, Sanrio is the company behind Hello Kitty. However, there are so many more Sanrio characters available; with even more being introduced nearly every year. But, why is this? Well, it's mostly because cute mascot characters are very popular in Japan. Sanrio is known primarily for its adorable characters, and making more gives the public a bigger variety to choose from. It also allows the creation of more merchandise, as well. This technique doesn't work for everyone though, since San-X, a rival company of Sanrio, is still almost exclusively known for Rilakkuma and a few others. More characters don't necessarily mean more money or merchandise either, especially considering less popular characters will get their plans and merchandise cancelled if they don't do well enough. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! I will once again be including a picture of Kirimichan and their friends below because I love them and Sanrio has basically tossed them aside. But, this time they will be in human form! The included picture is actually from a scrapped Sanrio collaboration. Enjoy!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokemon Grumpig. Grumpig is a psychic-type Pokemon, and it is the evolution of the Pokemon Spoink. This Pokemon can amplify its psychic powers by using the black orbs on its body. Along with this, this power allows Grumpig to gain complete control over its opponents. When Grumpig uses its psychic power, it dances in a bizarre way. As always, I will be including a picture of Grumpig below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's post time! The blog post for today will be about Anghel Higure from Hatoful Boyfriend. Anghel is one of the available love interests in the game, and he is a bleeding-heart dove. Anghel is rather eccentric, and he comes from the classroom next to the player's. He is also a member of the manga club, and his way of speaking resembles that of an rpg character. Although most of the other characters don't understand what he's saying, Anghel's strange predictions are usually accurate. Along with this, his preferred beans are the bitter black ones. As always, I will be including a picture of Anghel below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

What time is it? Post time! Today's blog post will be about Nageki Fujishiro from Hatoful Boyfriend. Nageki is a freshman, and he's one of the available love interests in the game. He is also a morning dove. He is a quiet loner who likes to read books, and he can only be found in the library. He seems to be rather mysterious as well, and he's a bit rude when you first meet him. Along with this, he doesn't have any friends. His preferred beans are the country millet ones, too. As always, I will be including a picture of Nageki in his bird and human forms below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

There's a dating sim for birds? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Hatoful Boyfriend is a somewhat popular game, and its available love interests are all birds. Although I'm a bit late to the party, this game definitely caught my interest. It's a Japanese otome game centered around your character, the only human girl in a school for birds. Although this concept is weird, the game actually has a pretty decent storyline. Your decisions affect the story pretty greatly too, and there are many different available endings and unlockables. Along with this, you do have the option to turn on human portraits for the introduction of each character so you know what they look like as a human. If any of you are interested in this game, it is available to play on the ps4 and PC. As always, I will be including a picture from Hatoful Boyfriend below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

1.) Meowstic
2.) Espurr
3.) Skitty
4.) Purrloin
5.) Meowth

Although not very much is known about the upcoming season, many people are excited for its return. It's set to release with the other summer anime series, as well. Happy St. Patrick's Day!

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the show Fire Force. Fire Force is an anime, and it is based on the manga of the same name. When humans start spontaneously combusting in the world, the Fire Force forms to take care of the so-called Infernals; the flaming walking corpses of those who caught fire. After seeing the destruction caused by the flames, Shinra Kusakabi decides to join the Fire Force. This show mainly centers around Shinra and his adventures as a member of the Fire Force. This show is an action/fantasy/slice-of-life with some comedy mixed in, as well. If any of you are interested in checking this show out for yourselves, it is currently available English subbed and dubbed on Funimation. As always, I will be including a picture from Fire Force below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's post time! Today's blog post will be about the show Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun. Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun is an anime, and it is based on the manga of the same name. This show follows Nene in her daily life. After Nene asks Hanako-Kun to grant her a wish, she becomes entangled in the world of the spirits who inhabit her school. Now she's stuck as Hanako-Kun's new assistant, and the paranormal world seems to find her wherever she goes. This anime is a fantasy slice-of-life with some comedy mixed in, as well. Although this show currently only has 12 episodes, it's still a pretty popular series. If any of you would like to check it out for yourselves, it's currently available English subbed and dubbed on Funimation. As always, I will be including a picture from Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's White Day! Happy White Day everyone! For those of you who don't know, White Day is an Asian holiday where people give back for the gifts they received on Valentine's Day. The holiday is usually based around boys giving back for the gifts they were given as well, and White Day is exactly one month after Valentine's Day. Along with this, it started in Japan. Some people believe boys are expected to repay their gifts by giving their gift-givers two or three times more than what they received, too. As a little bonus, I will be including two Genshin Impact White Day pictures that were posted on the official Genshin Impact Twitter below. Enjoy!

What time is it? Post time! The blog post for today will be about the Pokemon Horsea. Horsea is a water-type Pokemon, and it is the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Seadra. It is also the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Kingdra. This Pokemon makes its home in the shade of corals found in oceans with gentle currents. If Horsea is ever under attack, it will spray water or a special type of ink from its mouth. Along with this, it can use this ink to shoot down bug Pokemon from the surface of the water. Horsea can use its tail to stay balanced while spraying its ink, as well. If Horsea is attacked by a bigger Pokemon, it will quickly swim away to safety. As always, I will be including a picture of Horsea below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

New day, new post! Today's blog post will be about the Pokemon Larvitar. Larvitar is a rock/ground-type Pokemon, and it is the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Pupitar. It is also the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Tyranitar. This Pokemon is born deep underground. Along with this, it feeds on soil. Larvitar will only come above ground and become a pupa once it has eaten all of the soil around it, as well. After it eats enough dirt to make a large mountain, it will fall asleep so it can grow. As always, I will be including a picture of Larvitar below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Pokemon! I've talked about Pokemon a lot on this blog, and I mean a lot. But what exactly is a Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Pokemon, known as Pocket Monsters in Japan, are little animal-like creatures that exist in the world of Pokemon. Most Pokemon are very common, and can easily be found in certain areas or regions. Other Pokemon, like mythical or legendary Pokemon, are very rare. However, all Pokemon have a type and abilities. Some Pokemon have dual types, but all of them have at least one type. Along with this, there are 18 types in total. These are the ice, rock, dragon, steel, fire, electric, fairy, dark, psychic, ghost, ground, bug, flying, fighting, poison, normal, water, and grass types. Different types have different strengths and weaknesses, as well. Although Pokemon are very well-known now, the most popular and well-known Pokemon is still Pikachu. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Pikachu below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

The Devil Is A Part-Timer is getting a season 2! It's been several years since the first season ended, and it seemed like this show would never get any new episodes. But after all of this time, a new season was announced this last weekend on Twitter. Not much is known about the upcoming season, and it doesn't even have a release date. Only a trailer and some new art has been revealed so far, but many fans are still excited for the new season. As always, I will be including the link for the trailer and the new key visual below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

What makes an anime an anime? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although anime is traditionally only animation from Japan, not all Japanese animation is considered anime. Along with this, certain animation styles from other places like Korea, China, and even America can be considered anime. Instead of just being Japanese animation, anime has come to describe a specific animation style. This style of animation may have originated in Japan, but it's now being recreated by other places in the world. Other things like games can also be considered anime to a degree, and many anime YouTubers and bloggers will talk about games and shows with this animation style regardless of where they're from. Despite this, some shows still aren't considered to be anime even if they're largely influenced by it. Because of this, many people don't always know what qualifies as anime. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of 707 from Mystic Messenger below; for no reason other than I want to. Enjoy!

3, 2, 1, post time! The blog post for today will be about the Pokemon Murkrow. Murkrow is a dark/flying-type Pokemon, and it is the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Honchkrow. This Pokemon is weak to shiny things, and it will hide any shiny objects it finds in a secret location. Many people see this Pokemon as bad luck as well, and seeing it at night is a sign of misfortune. As always, I will be including a picture of Murkrow below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's time to post! Today's blog post will be a list of five cute generation 1 Pokemon, along with a picture of each. There are many cute Pokemon in the Pokemon series, but I don't give the generation 1 Pokemon nearly as much attention. So, I decided to make a list of some cute generation 1 Pokemon. These aren't my favorite Pokemon either, just some cute ones I like. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Sandslash
2.) Vulpix
3.) Jigglypuff
4.) Venonat
5.) Diglett

It's post time! Today's blog post will be about the Pokemon Pupitar. Pupitar is a rock/ground-type Pokemon, and it is the evolution of Larvitar. It is also the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Tyranitar. This Pokemon won't stay still, even while it is in its shell. Because of this, it thrashes about with amazingly destructive powers. Its shell is as tough as sheet rock as well, and its destructive thrashing can topple a mountain. Pupitar already has arms and legs inside of its hard shell, too. As always, I will be including a picture of Pupitar below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Why are some Sanrio characters so hard to find? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post. For those of you who don't know, I love Sanrio characters. However, new characters or less popular older characters are rather difficult to find. This is because the English Sanrio website only has the most popular characters on it, and this is still true even if you go to the English version of the Japanese website. Only the Japanese version of the Japanese website lists all of the existing Sanrio characters. But, why is this? Well, it's most likely because there are so many existing Sanrio characters that Sanrio doesn't want to overload their websites with obscure characters. However, this method makes finding new characters very difficult. San-X also uses this method for their website, and it's abundantly clear that characters only listed on the Japanese websites aren't nearly as popular as the ones listed on both websites. Despite this, Sanrio doesn't even list new characters on their English websites until the character gains some popularity. I personally don't think this is a very good marketing plan, since it makes finding characters very difficult. Along with this, it also makes learning about the characters difficult; which makes it so people are less interested when they see an unknown character on a product. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Kirimichan and their friends below; since Kirimichan is one of my favorites and they are no longer listed on the English websites. Enjoy!

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokemon Salazzle. Salazzle is a poison/fire-type Pokemon, and it is the evolution of female Salandit. This Pokemon emits poisonous pheromone-filled gas, and this gas attracts male Salandits. Once it attracts enough of them, Salazzle will create a reverse-harem and make them do whatever it wants. If a male Salandit doesn't bring enough food, it will be punished with a slap from Salazzle's flame-spewing palm. Along with this, competitions between these Pokemon are settled by the Salazzle with the most Salandit around it. As always, I will be including a picture of Salazzle below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Tuesday, March 2, 2021

3, 2, 1, post time! The blog post for today will be about the Pokemon Salandit. Salandit is a poison/fire-type Pokemon, and female Salandits are the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Salazzle. This Pokemon burns its bodily fluids to create a sweet-smelling poisonous gas. This gas attracts bug Pokemon, and Salandit will attack them when they get close enough. This poisonous gas can also disorient Salandit's opponents; leaving them open for attacks. Male Salandits will always do what the females tell them to as well, and they give most of their food to them. Because of this, male Salandits are too malnourished to evolve. As always, I will be including a picture of Salandit below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

There's a new character coming to Genshin Impact! Her name is Hu Tao, and she is the current Wangsheng funeral director. She will be the main character of the upcoming wish banner too, and she is a pyro character. Hu Tao also has a ghost companion as well, and her banner is set to release on March 2nd. Along with this, some new event quests are set to release later this week. As always, I will be including a picture of Hu Tao below so you guys can see what she looks like. Enjoy!
