It's time to post! This year will be Pokemon's 30th anniversary, which means the Pokemon Company is already getting ready to celebrate. There's been new merchandise made for it, and the celebration has been talked about ever since the year began. At the moment, it's unclear what all is being planned for this year's big celebration, but I'm sure it'll be something amazing. I think this would also be a good opportunity for the Pokemon Company to surprise the fans with a new Eevee evolution. Fans have been asking for a new Eevee evolution for a long time now, so this anniversary would be a good time to release one. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! Now that the Resort Hotel has been available for a while in Animal Crossing New Horizons, I'd like to talk about it. Firstly, I get a lot of repeat villagers. I see the same villagers often, which can get boring. It's also very easy to see how repetitive the dialogue can get in this game. All of the different villagers say the same exact things as the other villagers of their personality type. With the constantly changing villagers, it gets tedious, fast. The villagers also just don't remember you if you've met them outside of the Resort Hotel. For example, if you make a villager a house in Happy Home Paradise, they'll remember you the next time they see you even if they're visiting your campsite. But if a new villager visits your campsite, they'll act like they've never met you and reintroduce themselves when they stay at the hotel. It really breaks the immersion, and forces you to meet the same villager twice. Talking to hotel villagers also doesn't count towards Nook Miles or anything, even if you already know them. Hotel villagers don't learn your character's name, either. All in all, the hotel feels incomplete. It doesn't really have a purpose at all. The villagers don't know you, they only remember you if they visit the hotel more than once, they'll never learn your character's name, and they don't even count as villagers. I don't know why the hotel is even there. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Are humanoid Pokemon too strange? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Some Pokemon fans complain about humanoid Pokemon for being unnatural or weird. They also dislike when more animal-like Pokemon end up with a more human-like final evolution. However, I don't think there's anything wrong with these types of Pokemon. First of all, Pokemon aren't animals, so there's nothing really unnatural about them. I can also see why some Pokemon end up more human-like, and a lot of them end up having nice designs. I can understand why some fans don't like these Pokemon, but that's their opinion. There's nothing wrong with the majority of the humanoid Pokemon we have at the moment. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another list! For today's blog post, I will be listing five brightly colored Animal Crossing villagers, along with a picture of each. There are quite a few villagers to choose from now, so I decided to list a few of the more colorful ones for you all today. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Judy

2.) Sasha

3.) Stitches

4.) Fuchsia

5.) Marina

Why do people dislike the Vocaloid song Mimukauwa Nice Try? Well, there what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This song got a lot of negative attention when it first came out even though the song itself was pretty well liked. This is because during the music video, Miku was dressed in a skimpy outfit. People started claiming that it was wrong because the art style makes Miku look young in this video. That's a pretty dumb argument. A lot of songs and videos featuring Miku are way worse than this one. Why this one was singled out is beyond me. The creator can't help it if this is their art style. All of their music videos look like this, so claiming they're intentionally making Miku look young is wrong. The art style is just rounder and more chibi-like. Arguing that this video is wrong just because Miku wears a maid outfit is not only insulting this creator's art style, but also perpetuating the belief that people who look young have no right being depicted in any even vaguely inappropriate ways. This belief makes it so real people who look young get harassed for being in relationships because they look young, as if it's their fault they look that way. I hate the argument that a certain art style is banned from showing even adult characters in certain outfits just because it looks bad. This is just the Lucky Star art style, which was also complained about often when it was released. I think people should just let it go, it's not that big of a deal when there are songs featuring Rin in a worse way than Miku in a maid outfit. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five colorful anime series. I haven't made a list in a while, and I wanted to list a few series with a lot of colors since many anime series are usually darker and more serious. The series I'll be listing will be more lighthearted, as well. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Hamtaro

2.) Pokemon

3.) Himouto Umaru-Chan

4.) Yo-Kai Watch

5.) The Disastrous Life Of Saiki K.

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Animal Crossing New Horizons. Recently this game was updated, and the problem with crafting was finally fixed. Now you can craft multiple things at a time. However, that was the only thing they fixed! You can craft multiple things at once, but everything else can still only be done one at a time. You can only grab one thing, buy one thing, and give one thing. Things you can buy multiples of are only buy one, or buy it in bulk. This is ridiculous! Being able to choose the amount of things is just such a basic game mechanic that I have never even thought about what a game would be like without it. Why can't you choose how many things you can buy? It's frustrating, it's angering, and it's exhausting! I can't even buy Bell Vouchers because it's so tedious. Players have spent literally hours exchanging their Nook Miles for Bell Vouchers. This was a very common complaint within the fandom and all the developers did was fix one problem and ignore the rest! Now it's even more obvious how frustrating this problem is. Please, Nintendo, developers, fix this. It's not fun going through the same text over a hundred times to be able to buy things. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I don't usually outright complain about anything on this blog, but I absolutely hate this. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's the Lunar New Year! This year is the year of the fire horse. This obviously reminds me of the Pokemon Rapidash, which is a fire horse. It may be more of a fire unicorn, since it has a horn. But I think it still counts. I don't know very much about the Lunar New Year, since I don't celebrate it myself. But since all of the villagers in Animal Crossing New Horizons were talking about it today, I decided I'd talk about it too. However, I should also mention that today is the Vocaloid Kaito's birthday too! Which is a fun coincidence. So to help celebrate, here are pictures of Rapidash and Kaito. Happy birthday Kaito! And Happy Lunar New Year everyone!

Today is Festivale in Animal Crossing New Horizons! This holiday is all about feathers, and dancing. There are five feather colors in total, and these colors are green, red, blue, purple, and rainbow. You can catch these feathers with a net, as well. When you get three of any color, you can take them to Pavé for a Festivale item. However, rainbow feathers are rare, so you only need one of them per item. Every item can come in any of the five colors, and the color you get is based on what color of feathers you give Pavé. You can also trade feathers with the villagers, too. Collecting all of these feathers can get kind of boring, especially since Pavé can give you doubles. But, it's still kind of fun dressing up your character and celebrating the holiday with the villagers. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! In recent years, games where you can build, decorate, or create things have seen a sudden rise in popularity. A lot of them are cute games as well, and they often have a cozy atmosphere. Why is this? Well, it isn't actually just these types of games that are more popular. If you really look at it, it's actually games where you have full control. It's nice to play games freely with no forced stories or mandatory actions. Even games like Genshin Impact have added places where you have full control, like in the Serenitea Pot. It's becoming more and more clear that players just want to play sometimes. I think having this full control over a space helps players feel safe and in control, while still giving them the type of escapism only games can bring. I think this makes sense with how uncertain the world can be, and I also think this means games like this will only increase in popularity over time. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's Valentine's Day! That means love is in the air, even if you're single. So give someone a Valentine, or buy yourself some candy! To help celebrate this year, I'll be including the link for some official Pokemon Valentine cards that were posted on Twitter (X). I'll also be including a picture of Luvdisc, which is a Pokemon that people give to people they love. Along with this, I'll also be including a picture of my (fictional) Valentine this year, Lilia Vanrouge! Enjoy! Happy Valentine's Day everyone!

What is a bad luck Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! In the Pokemon world, there are a few Pokemon who are believed to bring good luck. Because of this, there are also Pokemon that are believed to bring bad luck. Despite this, most of the bad luck Pokemon don't even bring bad luck. Instead, they either warn others about it, or they just happen to be there when it happens. Unlike good luck Pokemon that bring good luck, most bad luck Pokemon don't bring any luck. The most well-known example of this is Absol, which was seen as a bad sign for a long time until people realized it was warning others about danger, not causing it. That's all I'll say about it in this post, since it's a simple topic. I just wanted to talk about it because it's Friday the 13th today. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

How do Timmy and Tommy make money in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! A common question fans have about this game is how Timmy and Tommy make money. They buy your items regardless of the price, so it can feel like they're losing money. However, they do sell things as well. Along with this, I think they sell the things they buy to other people. For example, we know Flick and CJ pay you more for insects and fish than Timmy and Tommy do. Because of this, I think it means Timmy and Tommy sell your things to others like this for a profit, which is why selling your things to Flick or CJ directly gives you more money. This could be a good explanation for this question. Obviously there doesn't need to be a reason because it's just a game, but this could be an in-world explanation for fans who are curious. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be giving my thoughts on the Pokemon Ditto. Ditto used to be one of my favorite Pokemon. It's a small cute wobbly little slime who doesn't really do very much. What's not to like? But as time went on, it became more and more difficult to like Ditto. Not because of the Pokemon, but because of how it's portrayed. For those of you who don't know, this Pokemon can usually transform perfectly. It's hard to tell a Ditto from whatever it's copying. This has always been the case. Until the Pokemon anime, which included a Ditto who couldn't fully transform. It could never get the faces right. This wasn't normal for Dittos, it was just this one. But now all Dittos are shown this way. Not only does it look creepy, but it's also just wrong. It ruined the uniqueness of that Ditto. Now it isn't special anymore, it's just a Ditto. This has always bothered me. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I know this won't change, but I wanted to talk about it anyways. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the combat system in Honkai Star Rail. As far as I know, Honkai Star Rail is currently the only HoYoverse game that doesn't have an open world combat system. Instead, it has a turn-based system. That means every character, including enemies, get one turn each. Your characters finish their turns, then the enemies each get a turn, and this continues until the battle is finished. Extra actions can be done at any point regardless of whose turn it is. This sounds interesting, but it's actually very boring and tedious. It gets old very fast, and I personally prefer the combat in the other games. The animations are nice, but the voice lines repeat every time, which just makes it worse. I'm not sure what could be done to fix this, especially since it's been like this for a long time now. I just wanted to talk about this because I've been playing Honkai Star Rail recently and the battles just about put me to sleep whenever I have to fight a strong enemy. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I'm sure this is because this game focuses on the story more than anything, it just bothers me. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

3, 2, 1, post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the genders of the Aeons in Honkai Star Rail. For those of you who don't know, Aeons are godlike beings, and they're all canonically genderless. This is likely because they just have no reason to have a gender. No matter how masculine or feminine one looks, they're still genderless beings. However, the one argued over the most is Yaoshi. Even though Yaoshi is one of the most ambiguous Aeons, players often argue with each other over Yaoshi being a female. This is just completely ridiculous, since Yaoshi is actually supposed to look genderless. They have both masculine and feminine traits, and they're noticeably lacking anything that would absolutely confirm their gender. For example, Yaoshi has soft features, but they have a flat chest and somewhat more masculine torso. There's masculine and feminine traits for Yaoshi, so it feels silly to argue about it just because people don't want to say "they". The Aeons aren't humans, so this shouldn't even be an argument. Many people bring up quotes from trailers that supposedly use gendered pronouns, but these are often mistranslated; because the original lines always use the genderless terms for gods when referring to Aeons. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I wanted to talk about this because it's such a silly argument to have over fictional gods who are genderless. Real genderless gods exist in religions, so I don't understand why this is even an argument. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about character types in Zenless Zone Zero. One of the reasons I like this game is because it has such a wide variety of different characters. There are so many unique designs, even if they're just background characters. However, many people believe there are only a few different types of characters in this game. The three main groups are humans, thirens, and intelligent constructs. I disagree with this though. There are a lot of different characters that aren't any of these three things, and it isn't really explained why. Because of this, I think the human category is actually human-like things. Instead of it including only humans, it includes anything that looks like a human, but doesn't fit into the other two options. This would make a lot more sense, especially since other characters are still being revealed. This would make it easier to sort characters until all of them are officially confirmed. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the HoYoPlay launcher. It's pretty well-known that HoYoverse is the one who makes Genshin Impact, Honkai Star Rail, and Zenless Zone Zero. But did you know you can easily download any HoyoVerse game you want on your computer? If you download the HoYoPlay launcher, you can easily download, remove, or update any HoYoverse game you want. Their games are all free to play, so this makes it even easier to play them. You can download the HoYoPlay launcher easily on your computer, as well. I highly recommend this for anyone who plays more than one HoYoverse game on their computer. As always, I'll be including a link for the download page below. Enjoy!

Why are Hatsune Miku, Akita Neru, and Kasane Teto used together so often? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! It's really common to see these three singing together in songs, especially recently. It started with the song Triple Baka, and they've been used together ever since. There are a few reasons why they're used together so often. Firstly, they're recognizable. Their colors also match well together, since they represent the primary colors. Along with this, they each represent something different. Hatsune Miku is a Vocaloid, Kasane Teto is an Utauloid, and Akita Neru is a fan-made Vocaloid. So using them all together is like using every part of the Vocaloid fandom. This is why they're often used for songs even to this day. Since they've been showing up together more often again, I wanted to talk about this today. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What is Hamtaro? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Hamtaro was an anime series where cute hamsters go on adventures. It's named after the main character, as well. The show only ran for a few years, and unfortunately it didn't do very well outside of Japan after the episodes stopped getting English dubbed. However, it was still very popular in the early 2000's, and you could find it on the internet pretty often. It was another big part of kawaii culture, too. Many people think it faded away and disappeared, but it didn't. In Japan, you can still get Hamtaro merchandise even to this day. Hamtaro is still pretty popular if you know where to look. Since Hamtaro is starting to become popular again, I wanted to talk about it today. I highly recommend it, since it's always been one of my favorite series. As a little bonus, here's a picture from the Hamtaro anime. Enjoy!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be listing five purple ghost-type Pokemon, along with a picture of each. I haven't listed Pokemon in a while, so I wanted to list a few today. I also tried to include ones I haven't mentioned very much before. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Gengar

2.) Sableye

3.) Drifblim

4.) Spiritomb

5.) Ceruledge

It's post time! Recently another human-like robot has been created in China. She's extremely realistic, and her name is Moya. Some people are excited, others are creeped out. This is a common problem with human-like robots. Because of this, I think these robots shouldn't look exactly like humans. Instead, I think they should look like anime characters. A big reason why anime is popular is because the characters are attractive. They're like humans, without being an exact match. I think using a face resembling anime would get rid of most of the uncanny valley effect. Not only this, but it would allow things like Vocaloids to get physical bodies so they can perform better and meet fans in real life. I also think there would be a bigger use for anime-like robots than realistic ones; like conventions, meet and greets, or fan gatherings. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why are there suddenly alien cats everywhere? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Alien cats have started widely spreading through multiple fandoms. So what are they and where did they come from? This is actually a pretty easy answer. This started with a Roblox game called Regretevator. It features an alien character called Gnarpy, who also looks like a cat. Their original design is the one seen the most often, but their design has been changed since then. Their original simple design inspired other people to make art of alien cats, and it's spread quickly because of how easy it is. This, along with the edit of the real cat that was made to look like an alien cat, is likely where all of this started. Now there are alien cats everywhere. Normally I would be including a picture of the original Gnarpy below, but their creator is in quite a bit of trouble, and I'd rather not support them. So, I'll be including a picture of their redesign instead. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post! Enjoy!

It's post time! Fans of Animal Crossing New Horizons may notice that there's a bean tossing kit in the seasonal items in the Nook Stop. These beans are for Setsubun, but a lot of players don't know what it's for. Setsubun is a traditional Japanese holiday that's meant to bring good fortune into the new year. It was originally celebrated at the start of spring, and the beans are important to the holiday. The beans are used because beans chase away oni, which are thought to bring misfortune. So tossing beans chases away the bad luck, and then good luck is invited in. There's a lot more to this holiday, but I just wanted to talk about the basics for this post. I highly recommend doing more research on this holiday, because it's very interesting. I only wanted to talk about it for anyone who was curious about the bean tossing kit in Animal Crossing New Horizons, since most players don't know what it's for. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
