It's time for yet another list! So the blog post for today will be a list of five green Pokemon, along with a picture of each. These aren't necessarily my favorites, just some of the ones I like. There isn't really any reason for this list, either. I just wanted to pick a random topic. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Grookey

2.) Spinarak

3.) Duosion

4.) Leavanny

5.) Celebi

What time is it? Post time! The blog post for today will be a rank of the current archons in Genshin Impact. Their scores will be out of ten, and it will purely be based on my opinions of them. If you feel differently, great! I'd love to hear your thoughts in the comments. But for now, here's my thoughts on them. There will be spoilers in this post, though. So proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Enjoy!

1.) Venti - 7/10 I love his design and personality, easily my favorite. But, he's a bit too absent; and alcoholic. A childish archon who only steps in when he needs to.

2.) Zhongli - 5/10 His design is great, and he has a strong personality. However, I dislike his decision to step down as the current geo archon. He clearly had a lot of say in Liyue, and him leaving pretty much leaves them defenseless and mora-less.

3.) Baal - 3/10 A tyrant archon with a tedious boss fight. Although she has a nice design, I still don't like her very much. She has a warped sense of eternity, and she willingly hurts her loyal subjects. Even if they introduce a painful backstory for her, it won't help. It's no excuse for her actions, and would most likely just make me dislike her more.

It's time for a list! So for today's blog post, I will be listing three pyro users I like from Genshin Impact; along with a picture of each. These aren't necessarily my favorites, just some of the ones I like. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Bennett

2.) Amber

3.) Klee

It's post time! So for today's blog post, I will be talking about regional variants in Pokemon. What is a regional variant? Well, a regional variant is a pre-existing Pokemon that is different in a different region. They're usually very similar to their original versions, with new traits that correspond with their region. They were introduced in Pokemon Sun and Pokemon Moon, and more have been added in Pokemon Legends: Arceus. Many fans seem to like these new Pokemon, since it's a new take on old favorites. Pokemon like Vulpix, Growlithe, and even Muk have been given regional variants. So, as always, I will be including a picture of Alolan Vulpix below as an example so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's post time! So for today's blog post, I will be listing three pictures of Umaru-Chan from Himouto Umaru-Chan. Umaru-Chan's hamster cape is one of the most recognizable articles of clothing from anime, and many people know what it is without even knowing what it comes from. I also love her cape, and wanted to include it on my blog. Since Umaru-Chan is always wearing the cape, she comes with it. So, let's get on with the pictures! Enjoy!

Is Spirited Away really Studio Ghibli's best movie? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although Studio Ghibli has made many good movies, many fans say Spirited Away is the best one. It's the one that's mentioned the most, it's more well-known than the others, and even critics can't help but praise it for its story. But is it really the best one? Personally, I don't think it is. Even though it is a good movie, there isn't really anything about it that sets it apart from the rest. There are many other Ghibli movies that are just as good, or even better than, Spirited Away. Movies like Howl's Moving Castle, Totoro, Ponyo, Arriety, Princess Mononoke, Kiki's Delivery Service, and even Porco Rosso are all just as good. In fact, I actually like quite a few Ghibli movies more than Spirited Away. Given Spirited Away's strange story and odd characters, it's hard to understand why this movie out of all of them has been given so much praise. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. This post may make it seem like I dislike the movie, but I actually do like it. I just don't quite understand the hype. Whether you do or don't agree with me, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Are the Disney dubs of Ghibli movies bad? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although people already tend to dislike English dubs of anime, they seem to especially dislike Disney's dubs. This fact is even more true when it comes to their dubs of Ghibli films. But, is this justified? Well, I'll be the first to admit that Disney does tend to change things here and there. Usually it's just a few voice lines, but many people say these changes affect the whole movie. Despite this, Disney is just trying to make the movies more enjoyable for the audience. They usually don't change the movies themselves very much, and Ghibli has worked with Disney for the dubbing and release of many of their films. The story and messages of the movies always stay the same, and any changes are usually small ones. Even though some may disagree with me on this, I personally like the Disney dubs of the Ghibli movies. When I compared the original Arriety dub with the Disney one, I actually found that they didn't change very much. Both versions had the same story and heart, and they both were enjoyable to watch. So, whether the Disney dubs are bad or not is all up to personal opinion. Even if I like them, others may be more picky when it comes to how faithful the English translation is to the original Japanese. These are also mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Whether you agree with me or disagree, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! So for today's blog post, I will be listing three magical girl anime series; along with a picture of each. Since I haven't mentioned any magical girl things on here in quite some time, I decided to list a few of the shows I know about. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Sailor Moon

2.) Glitter Force (Smile PreCure)

3.) Cardcaptor Sakura

There's a new Pokemon region! And with a new region comes new Pokemon. The newest game in the series, Pokemon Legends Arceus, has introduced the new Hisui region. As of right now, there have been four new Pokemon revealed for this region. So, I will be listing them all in this post. I will also be including a picture of each of them, as well. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Wyrdeer

2.) Basculegion

3.) Hisuian Braviary

4.) Hisuian Growlithe

Sunday, August 22, 2021

New day, new post! The blog post for today will be about the Hisuian form of the Pokemon Growlithe. Hisuian Growlithe is a fire/rock-type Pokemon, and its evolutions are currently unknown. This Pokemon has long fur that retains heat. Along with this, this fur helps Hisuian Growlithe thrive even while in frigid temperatures. Hisuian Growlithe also has a sharp horn on its head, and this horn is made out of stone. However, it isn't very sturdy; and it will break easily. Hisuian Growlithe guards its territory in pairs, as well. As always, I will be including a picture of Hisuian Growlithe below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

It's time for a list! So for today's blog post, I will be listing three electro users I like from Genshin Impact; along with a picture of each. Since I don't mention electro users on here a lot, I decided to list a few of the ones I like. These aren't necessarily my favorites, either. Just some of the ones I like. Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Razor

2.) Beidou

3.) Lisa

How old will Nageki be in Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There will be spoilers in this post though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Although there hasn't been any new information regarding the release of Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror, I'd still like to talk about it. For those of you who don't know, Mirror is supposed to follow a mirror timeline where nobody died. Because of this, it's probably safe to say Nageki won't be the same age he was in the current games. This is because of what Nageki said in Hatoful Boyfriend. In his route, he said that five years had passed since his death. His human form is said to be 15 years old. So, if he hadn't died, he should be 20 in Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror. However, he didn't look any older in the shrine date in Holiday Star. It's hard to say if this shrine date is based on Mirror, but it does seem like that's the case. Especially since Nageki mentions Hitori in his date, and Kazuaki's date is with Kazuaki-Kun. Given what we've been told in the current games, it's more likely that Nageki will be his proper age. The shrine date may have just kept his current design so as to not confuse the players too much. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. It's hard to say what things will be like in Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror if or when it is released. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's list time! So for today's blog post, I will be listing the regions of Teyvat from Genshin Impact. Since there will be seven in total, I've decided to list them in the order they are supposed to be released in. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Mondstadt

2.) Liyue

3.) Inazuma

4.) Sumeru

5.) Fontaine

6.) Natlan

7.) Snezhnaya

Why was Earwig And The Witch so poorly received? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Even though Earwig And The Witch is the newest Studio Ghibli movie, it wasn't nearly as well received as their other movies. This is mostly because it wasn't hand-drawn. Instead, it was made with CGI. It also wasn't directed by Hayao Miyazaki. Because of this, many people think it isn't as good as the other Ghibli movies. This doesn't mean it's a bad movie, especially since some people refuse to even watch it. Instead of simply viewing it as a stand-alone film, fans compare it to previous Ghibli works. Although I have yet to actually see the movie myself, I would still suggest watching the movie yourselves and making a judgement then. Judging a movie based on the animation and director alone is kind of silly, since the movie itself could be pretty good. But, that's mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What are the white triangle headbands some of the characters wear in manga and anime? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although they don't show up super often in anime, these white triangles are very recognizable. So, what do they mean? These headbands are actually corpse headbands, and they are usually there to show a character has died. More specifically, it's to show that a character is now a ghost. The root and backstory of these headbands is rather unclear, but in the modern sense they are almost exclusively used to show that someone has died and become a ghost. This is most commonly seen in anime and manga as well, and it can even be seen in some Vocaloid videos. As always, i will be including a picture of an anime character with this ghost headband below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

What is a visual novel? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although visual novels aren't strictly anime related, many visual novels are done in the anime art style. As the name suggests, a visual novel is a story-based game that usually follows a set path. Although certain things can change based on the options you choose, it normally doesn't change the main story very much. These games often have multiple different endings, and dating sims are usually visual novels. A few examples of visual novels are Hatoful Boyfriend, Mystic Messenger, and Obey Me. Since I've talked about visual novels quite a few times on this blog, I wanted to do a post explaining what they were; even if it was already kind of obvious. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! So for today's blog post, I will be listing five food Sanrio characters, along with a picture of each. Sanrio actually has a lot of food-based characters. Whether they're named after food, based on food, or literally just food, there's a lot to choose from. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Pompompurin

2.) Gudetama

3.) Kirimichan

4.) Chococat

5.) Cinnamoroll

How old are the characters in Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although some of the characters' ages are given, most of them are left up for interpretation. For example, the in-game rivals are almost always the same age as the main character; but most of the adults are left ageless. There are also cases like the battle tree in Sun and Moon. Many past trainers came back, and some of them were aged up. But others, like Wally, still looked the same. Because of this, determining the ages of the other characters is very difficult. Although fans have made some progress in trying to figure out their ages, there still hasn't been any information regarding this. It's unknown why this is, since some of the characters always have ages. It's hard to tell if the creators of Pokemon will ever give the characters official ages, especially since there are so many now. These are mostly just my thoughts on this topic, anyways. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another list! So, the blog post for today will be a list of three cryo users I like from Genshin Impact; along with a picture of each. These aren't necessarily my favorites, just some of the ones I like. These aren't really in order, either. I know I've been talking about Genshin Impact a lot recently, but I promise I'm working on some other post ideas. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Chongyun

2.) Kaeya

3.) Diona

Genshin Impact is holding a seelie event! So, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post. For those of you who don't know, the seelies featured in this event are cosmetic items. They're classified as gadgets, and equipping one will allow the little blob to float around your character's head. This will actually be a rerun event as well, and there has been a color added for the seelies. There were originally only three colors, and now there are four. The available colors are pink, yellow, blue, and purple; with purple being the newest addition. You can only choose one seelie too, so choose wisely! To obtain a seelie, you just have to participate in the lost riches event. To participate, you have to go to the locations shown on the treasure maps, and then dig where your seelie tells you to. Digging up the treasure in this event will reward you with iron coins, and you can use these coins to buy a seelie or other things in the event shop. Along with this, this event will be going on until August 16th. As always, I will be including a picture of the available seelies below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

Why does dendro play such a small part in Genshin Impact? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, dendro is one of the seven elements. Sumeru is also the nation of dendro, and they even have an archon. Not only this, but Sumeru is supposed to be the next nation added to the game. But despite this, there aren't any dendro characters. There are barely even any dendro monsters, and the dendro archon hasn't even been named yet. He's simply known as the God of Wisdom. But, why is this? It's actually unclear. There have been characters with visions from the other six elements, but there hasn't even been a mention of someone with a dendro vision. This may just be because Sumeru is a mysterious nation, but there are even electro visions. So why wouldn't there be dendro visions? There may be an explanation for it in the story of the game, but as of right now there are no given reasons for why dendro has been practically neglected this whole time. However, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the latest product for No Face from Spirited Away. Although I don't usually talk about Studio Ghibli products, this one already seems to be pretty popular. This new No Face product is a squishy, although it's known as a mugyutto. It's designed for stretching and squishing, but it's very firm. Although its design helps to keep it from tearing, the company advises against excessive stretching. There isn't very much to say about this thing, but it does come in a neat little package. The package looks like the bridge where No Face was first shown in Spirited Away. This mugyutto is currently only available on the Japanese website as well, and it's unclear if it will ever officially be released in America. But if any of you would like to check it out for yourselves, I will be including the link for the website below. Enjoy!

It's time for yet another new blog post! The blog post for today will be about Inazuma from Genshin Impact. Yes, that's right! After many tedious battles and a few days of procrastination, I have finally made it to Inazuma. Which means I can finally tell you all about it! There may be some spoilers for anyone who hasn't reached it yet though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Inazuma is the land of electro, and it is based on Japan. It's ruled by the Raiden Shogun, Baal, who is a stern and determined ruler. Inazuma is also known as the land of eternity, and Baal takes eternity very seriously. Upon arriving in Inazuma, you'll get to see the beautiful landscapes and colorful trees. You arrive by boat as well, and Inazuma is a small nation made up of a few islands. It's easy to navigate once you open up the numerous waypoints, and sometimes the waypoints are the only way to move from island to island. This is mainly because Inazuma is a closed nation, and the authorities there are rather strict. However, it's still a very beautiful nation. But, that's just my opinion. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Pikachu clones! What is a Pikachu clone? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! If any of you are active in the Pokemon community, then you already know what a Pikachu clone is. But for those of you who don't know, a Pikachu clone is a rodent Pokemon that resembles Pikachu. Along with this, they usually don't evolve. A lot of them are trying to capture the charm and popularity of Pikachu, since it is an evolving Pokemon. But, they just can't seem to do it. A few Pokemon that have been called Pikachu clones are Dedenne, Togedemaru, Emolga, and Pachirisu. There are quite a few other Pikachu clones, but I won't be listing them all on here. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Her world is filled with mochi and tempura, and she is very friendly. Along with this, she loves taking her pet Ebi for walks. Cogimyun has many friends, as well. As always, I will be including a picture of Cogimyun below so you guys can see what she looks like. Enjoy!

It's time for yet another list! So, the blog post for today will be a list of five more new-ish anime for beginners. If you've read my last beginners anime list, then you already know I have nothing more to add. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) My Hero Academia

2.) One Punch Man

3.) Fire Force

4.) Blue Exorcist

5.) Soul Eater

Monday, August 2, 2021

It's post time! However, today's blog post will be a little different. There will be some spoilers for Genshin Impact in this post though, so proceed with caution. If you all haven't noticed, I haven't been talking about Inazuma from Genshin Impact since its release. This is because I haven't accessed it yet. You see, Inazuma is unlocked through the main story quest. Despite trying to access it since its release, I still haven't managed to finish the story quest. Instead, I have been stuck on the quest We Will Be Reunited since the release of Inazuma. Although all of the story quests have their trials, We Will Be Reunited is by far the most difficult and tedious one yet. Not only do you have to teleport all across the map to reach the different quest areas, but there's also just a lot of fighting. The quest centers around the Abyss Order, so there are a lot of abyss mages. But, there's also a lot of ruin guards. There's way too many enemies at some points, and at other points it's just tedious to fight them all. It makes sense for a game to get more difficult as it progresses, but some of the side quests just feel like when a teacher says there's only one question but it ends up having ten different parts. Not to mention the fact that you have to fight the same exact abyss herald multiple different times just because it kept escaping. This may just be me ranting a bit, but this is the story quest right before Inazuma. It shouldn't be so difficult for players to unlock a new region. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Sunday, August 1, 2021

It's list time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five new, or at least relatively new, anime for beginners. There are a lot of anime that have come out in the past few years or so that are actually really good. They're a good starting point for beginners too, and they're worth a watch even if you're already an anime fan. Now that that's out of the way, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) That Time I Got Reincarnated As A Slime

2.) Toilet-Bound Hanako-Kun

3.) Miss Kobayashi's Dragon Maid

4.) The Devil Is A Part-Timer

5.) Himouto Umaru-Chan
