Should the vision hunt decree have taken place in Sumeru instead of Inazuma in Genshin Impact? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There may be some spoilers in this post though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! So, should the vision hunt decree be in Sumeru instead? Well, maybe. It would make more sense lore-wise, since there's hardly any mention of dendro anywhere. Not only this, but only one or two characters are even theorized to have a dendro vision, and only one has it canonically. However, there are electro visions everywhere. There are many characters who have them, and it's a well-known element. But despite this, the electro nation is the one seizing visions. Contrarily, the dendro nation of Sumeru is supposed to be another open and welcoming nation like Mondstadt and Liyue. Even though there may be an in-game explanation for the lack of dendro in the rest of the world, it still feels a bit like a missed opportunity. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. We'll have to wait to see the real explanation for why there's hardly any dendro, and we can't change what's already in the game. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
