It's Halloween! That means there's a special Halloween event in Animal Crossing New Horizons! Until midnight tonight, you can trick or treat, give Villagers candy, and meet Jack, the Czar Of Halloween. Giving Jack and the Villagers candy gives you special rewards. But if you don't give the Villagers candy, you'll get tricked!

Since this is a Halloween post, I'd also like to mention that today is L's birthday. Happy birthday L! I think this is rather fitting, since Death Note is a good Halloween series. To help celebrate, here's a picture of L. Enjoy!

One more thing! Here's a picture of a cute spooky Pokemon figure for the holiday (the picture is from the official Pokemon Center website). Enjoy! Happy Halloween!

It's the day before Halloween! So for today's blog post, I'll be talking about the spookiest place in Genshin Impact. That place, is Wuwang Hill. Wuwang Hill is an area located in Liyue, and it has the most unsettling atmosphere. It's always dark and gray, regardless of what time it is. It's known for its weird ghost stories, and even spooky blue wisps will randomly appear on the hill. This haunted hill is avoided by any travelers who can help it, and even players are unsettled by the eerie atmosphere. If you venture into this unknown territory, you may just end up becoming one of the many ghosts of Wuwang Hill. As always, I'll be including a picture of this area below. Enjoy!

It's time for a list! It's nearing the end of October, which means fall is well underway. I was going to list some orange Pokemon, to represent the changing leaves. However, I've decided to list five ice-type Pokemon instead, to represent the upcoming cold season. The nights are already getting much colder these days, so I figured it was appropriate for the season. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Dewgong

2.) Snorunt

3.) Spheal

4.) Snom

5.) Chien-Pao

Will Hatoful Boyfriend: Mirror ever be released? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, there was supposed to be another Hatoful Boyfriend game that followed a mirror timeline, as opposed to the timeline we have now. However, it was delayed a few years ago. After that, there was almost no news about the upcoming game. There was no mention of it until a year ago, when Hato Moa stated on Twitter that Hatoful Boyfriend: Mirror was delayed again after there was trouble with the program that was being used to make the game. There have been delays since Hato Moa has been working on Sushi Ben, as well. Because of this, there still isn't any news regarding the potential release of this game. It's a bit frustrating to not receive any updates for this game even years later. However, I still have some hope that it will eventually be released. In the meantime, there are some short Hatoful Boyfriend manga available to read if you've fully played both games. Hato Moa also occasionally still makes art for the characters, and there is the official Hatoful Boyfriend shop for merchandise; which also sometimes gets some new or exclusive items. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, here's a recent picture of Nageki. Enjoy!

Why do so many anime series only have one season? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! It's happened to every anime fan at some point. They find an anime they like, they start binge-watching it, and suddenly it's over. The endless dread of finding a good series only to realize it will never be renewed for more episodes is a common problem. But why is this? Well, it's because anime shows are usually made one season at a time. After the season is released, the company tracks how well it does. If it gains a decent fanbase, then that means it can be profitable. But if it doesn't, then that means it was likely a flop and won't be renewed. However, that doesn't mean it'll never be renewed. Sometimes if a show flops at first but gains a massive fanbase later, they'll start making new seasons for it. This doesn't happen as often, but it does happen. Sometimes if a show does well enough, it'll be renewed before the first season is even over. But this isn't as common, either. Personally I've been hoping for more episodes of Servamp, so I know what it's like to be hit with the disappointment of that lonely one season. But, I digress. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Why aren't there more sidekicks in Twisted Wonderland? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! This may seem like an odd question, but some of the most popular and well-known Disney sidekicks are missing from Twisted Wonderland. This may be so the amount of characters isn't too overwhelming, but I disagree. Events are constantly adding more characters, so the amount of characters in Twisted Wonderland is a lot by now. I don't think the missing sidekicks should be permanent characters, but I still think they should be added; at least for special events. Especially characters like Iago from Aladdin and Pain and Panic from Hercules. These three in particular have a pretty big fanbase, so it would make sense to start with them. I think this would go over really well with fans who were disappointed to see they were missing. I'm sure the creators were originally trying to prevent overcrowding. But Night Raven College is a school, so of course there would be a lot of people there. These are mostly just my thoughts on this topic, though. I don't know if we'll ever see any sidekicks added to the game, but hopefully we do see them at some point. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about my least favorite design in anime. I'm talking about the nose drip. Nose drips are usually added to younger or childish characters to make them seem even more childish. Although some people find them really cute, others find them disgusting. I personally really don't like them, because I think they ruin a good character design. Nose drips aren't super common character designs, but they are in things like Pokemon or Animal Crossing. There's not very much to say about them, other than fans always have mixed opinions when a character has a nose drip. I personally don't see why anyone would find snot cute, but I suppose it works for some characters. For those of you who have no idea what I'm talking about, I'll be including a picture of the Pokemon Cubchoo below. Enjoy!

Where did Leona get his scar in Twisted Wonderland? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! However, there will be some spoilers, so proceed with caution! This is a pretty common question within the Twisted Wonderland fandom. Despite this, we actually don't have an answer for it. Leona has been asked a few times where his scar came from, but the answer is always the same. He either says he doesn't know, or he doesn't remember. It's hard to tell if this is true or not, especially since getting a scar across the eye seems pretty unforgettable. It's more likely he just doesn't want to talk about it, or he doesn't want anyone to know how he got it. Fans have made a few theories about it, but so far we don't know where his scar came from. As a side note, in a previous post I mentioned that I don't believe any of the newer Lion King media was canon to the games. However, this isn't true. The Cloudcalling On The Savanna event did include the Lion Guard from the show of the same name. It confirmed that Leona is  leader of the guard because he's the second born, which is what was originally stated in the Lion Guard. Along with this, Leona also has the Lion Guard symbol tattooed on his left arm. Since this is a Leona post, I wanted to include this information here. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I'll be talking about if the Lion King movies are canon to Twisted Wonderland. But first, there may be some spoilers in this post, so proceed with caution! It's a common opinion among Disney fans that the Lion King movies and shows are some of the best sequels. There's always a lot of effort put into the animated Lion King movies and shows, so they seem more canon than other Disney sequels. Because of this, it would make sense if they were included in Twisted Wonderland. But personally, I don't think they are. Much like the other dorms, it seems like Savanaclaw, as well as Leona, is based only on the original Lion King movie. This is pretty clear with the inclusion of Leona's older brother, who's based on Mufasa. Since Leona still has an older brother, then it can only be based on the original Lion King movie. It would be confusing to include anything from the other movies, since pretty much all of them are based on what happened during Simba's reign. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another new blog post! Today's blog post will be about the language Villagers speak in Animal Crossing. Many fans have theorized that Animal Crossing Villagers are actually speaking English that's been sped up. This is because when you talk to them, you can occasionally hear them saying English words. However, they're actually speaking their own language called Animalese. It's a language that was meant to be unintelligible, because each letter is pronounced individually instead of the whole word. This is why numbers can be heard, and why occasionally you can hear the words being pronounced correctly. The Animalese spoken changes based on the game language, because the Villagers are saying the words you're reading, but they're instead pronouncing each letter phonetically. This is actually pretty interesting, and explains why fans think the Villagers are just speaking sped up English even though they aren't. I wanted to talk about this because it's a common question within the fandom, and I think the answer is pretty cool. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be listing three cute creatures from Genshin Impact; along with a picture of each. There are a lot of cute things in Genshin Impact. So, I wanted to list a few of them today. That's all there is to it! Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Fungi

2.) Saurians

3.) Melusine

Miraculous Ladybug is becoming an anime! For those of you who don't know, the Miraculous series was originally supposed to be an anime. However, the idea was scrapped, and they chose to animate it a different way instead. The original anime art-style was very popular with fans though, and it seems like the creators were listening! Because the original anime designs are supposed to be making a comeback in an upcoming movie! The movie will be called Miraculous World: Tokyo, and it features a slightly different anime art-style. This will likely go over well with fans, who were very disappointed when the original anime version was scrapped. As of right now, there's not much known about this project. But hopefully, it won't disappoint! As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing my favorite elements from Genshin Impact. There are seven elements in total in Genshin Impact, and each one has a unique reaction when mixed with the other elements. However, today I only wanted to list my top three favorites, along with a reason for each one. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Anemo - This one is my top favorite. That's because it mixes really well with the other elements, and I also love that it's based on wind and freedom.

2.) Pyro - This one is just really fun to use with anemo, and it also works well on its own.

3.) Dendro - I don't use this one as much in-game, but I really like the concept. It works well with the other elements, and I like its connection to nature.

What is Picrew? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! To put it simply, Picrew is a well-known Japanese website that has a lot of avatar makers on it. Along with this, it's very popular in the anime community. This is because almost all of the avatar makers use the anime art-style. However, this is also a user-based platform. All of the available makers are created by actual independent artists. I highly recommend this website for those who want to make some nice avatars or profile pictures, especially since there's a very wide variety of available avatar makers on the website now. But first! Please remember that these are made by people. So always read the conditions of use before using the pictures for anything, and always give credit when possible if you do use them. As always, I'll be including the link for the Picrew website below for anyone who wants to check it out. Enjoy!

New day, new list! For today's blog post, I will be listing five more games that I've never played. There are so many games out there, so I haven't played them all. But sometimes even popular games sneak past me! So, I wanted to list a few games that I'm interested in playing, but I've never played before. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Fate/Stay Night

2.) Mario Kart 8 Deluxe

3.) Super Smash Bros Ultimate

4.) Super Mario Odyssey

5.) Kirby And The Forgotten Land

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Crunchyroll. Crunchyroll is one of the biggest and well-known anime streaming services around. It's been active for many years, and it has always had a large selection of anime. However, they had only specialized in English subbed anime. They had almost no dubbed titles, which made it less accessible for anime fans. On the other hand, Funimation specialized in both subbed and dubbed anime. So when it came time for Funimation to shut down, Crunchyroll happily agreed to a merger; which heavily expanded their subbed and dubbed anime selections. It is important to note that they didn't transfer all of the titles though, so some of them haven't been added to Crunchyroll yet. But as for new series, Crunchyroll is usually the place to go for fresh releases of popular series, especially after the Funimation merger. I highly recommend checking this platform out if you haven't yet. But remember that it is a paid subscription service, so there's a limited supply of free episodes to watch. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

More pumpkin Pokemon stencils have been released for Halloween! Every year, the official Pokemon website releases free pumpkin stencils to use for carving jack-o'-lanterns, and this year's stencils have been released. These ones are based on dragon-type Pokemon, and there are eleven in total. All but one of them are silhouette designs, as well. Along with this, they feature a variety of different dragon-type Pokemon. To use these designs, simply download the ones you want, print them out, and use them as a guide for carving your pumpkins. There are a lot of pumpkin stencils available now, so take a look at some of the previous years if you're not interested in the dragon-type ones! As always, I'll be including the link for the stencils below so you all can see what they look like. Enjoy!

It's time for more random Pokemon! I haven't done this in a while, so I wanted to list some more random Pokemon today. As always, these are randomly chosen Pokemon to keep the lists fresh. There will be five Pokemon, as well as a picture of each. So, let's get on with the list already! Enjoy!

1.) Tinkatuff

2.) Cascoon

3.) Fraxure

4.) Cresselia

5.) Eelektrik

It's time for a list! Today I will be listing five of my favorite RPGs. I love these games, but I haven't talked about them in quite a while. So, I wanted to list some of my favorites today. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Kingdom Hearts

2.) Final Fantasy

3.) Dark Cloud

4.) Genshin Impact

5.) Tales Of Symphonia

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Bell Vouchers from Animal Crossing New Horizons. There are so many articles online about how to easily make bells in Animal Crossing, but they almost never mention these. Bell Vouchers are by far one of the easiest ways to get a little extra money. They cost 500 Nook Miles each, but they sell for 3,000 bells. The longer you play the game, the more you'll notice that you end up getting absolutely flooded by Nook Miles after a while. There's so many Nook Miles and all you can use them for is the Redeem Nook Miles section of the Nook Stop. There's no limit to how many Bell Vouchers you can buy either, so you can easily use your extra Nook Miles for a major bell boost. I recommend using this method for some quick bells, even though it's a little tedious to buy only one at a time. It's really useful to be able to turn your Nook Miles into extra money. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

When will the English version of Twisted Wonderland get the Nightmare Before Christmas event? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Many fans are looking forward to this event, but they worry about when it'll be coming to the English version. Some fans think it'll take a year, but I disagree. It usually takes a few months for events to be translated. Along with this, even seasonal events aren't released at specific times for the English version. Instead, they're usually released as soon as possible. This is likely to avoid potential spoilers, and so the English fans aren't too far behind the Japanese fans. Because of this, I believe this event will likely be released in English in a few months. That's still a long wait, but not nearly as long as a year. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I do hope this event is released very soon, because I'm really looking forward to it. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be listing five more trio costume ideas for Halloween. I had a bit of fun listing some costume ideas in the last list, so I decided to list some more today. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Whisper, Jibanyan, and Nate from Yo-kai Watch

2.) Hamtaro, Oxnard, and Bijou from Hamtaro

3.) The Squirtle Gang from Pokemon

4.) Eevee Evolutions from Pokemon

5.) Azul, Jade, and Floyd from Twisted Wonderland

Wednesday, October 9, 2024

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing some characters that would make for fun couples costumes for Halloween. Specifically, they're costumes you can dress up as with your friends, not your partner. Not everyone has a partner, but it's still fun to match on Halloween! So, I wanted to list some friend matches instead. Along with this, I'll also be listing them in sets of three in case you have more than one friend who wants to participate. Halloween is fast approaching, but there's still time to get your costumes! So hopefully this post will give you all some inspiration! Now then, on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) The Vocaloids Rin and Len Kagamine, and Hatsune Miku

2.) Jessie, James, and Meowth from Pokemon

3.) L, Light, and Misa from Death Note

4.) The Vocaloids Meiko, Kaito, and Megurine Luka

5.) Ash, Brock, and Misty from Pokemon

It's October! And because I haven't mentioned this yet, that means it's spooky season in Animal Crossing New Horizons! That's right! For all of October, you can get spooky items for your island. This includes Halloween-themed DIY recipes, a piece of candy and a special Halloween item in the Nook Store each day, and Halloween-themed clothes at the clothing store. This gives you plenty of ways to decorate your island and your character for the holiday! During the month of October, you can receive spooky DIY recipes from balloons and villagers, as well. You can also buy pumpkin starts from the store, which you'll need for your different Halloween recipes. Along with this, you can grow different pumpkin colors for the Halloween season, which you'll also need to customize the spooky recipes you can get. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Monday, October 7, 2024

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Disney movie I'd most like to see as a Halloween event in Twisted Wonderland. Special events in Twisted Wonderland are known for adding movies that aren't included in the base game. However, they usually include very popular or well-known movies; like Lilo And Stitch and The Hunchback Of Notre Dame. But there's one often overlooked movie that I'd like to see as a Halloween event. That movie, is The Black Cauldron. This movie is largely forgotten and ignored because it's much darker and more serious than other Disney films. But I think this darker atmosphere would be great for a Halloween event. Twisted Wonderland is already made for older audiences, so adding a movie like The Black Cauldron wouldn't be an issue. It would also bring more attention to this forgotten classic, and I think it would be fun to see how an event including this would turn out. I know this isn't likely because The Black Cauldron isn't very popular or well-known, but I'd still like to see it someday. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Sunday, October 6, 2024

Are the live action Disney movies included in Twisted Wonderland? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Twisted Wonderland is almost exclusively based on the classic animated Disney movies. However, some of those movies have gotten additional lore through the live action movies. So, does this have any effect on Twisted Wonderland? Personally, I don't think so. It doesn't seem like Twisted Wonderland includes anything outside of the original movies. This includes the animated sequels, as well. The only thing I've noticed that isn't from the original film is Maleficent being a fae. As some fans may know, this detail was never stated in the original film. However, I believe there was just no reason to include it in the original movie. There wasn't a lot of information given for Maleficent in Sleeping Beauty, so we didn't really know what she was. I think it makes sense for her to be a fae, so I don't mind that they decided to include this in Twisted Wonderland. I also don't mind that they choose not to include other things that were added outside of the original movies, because that gives them a chance to expand upon the world of Twisted Wonderland itself. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

Saturday, October 5, 2024

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five things that I think would make for interesting Pokemon designs. There are a lot of different Pokemon, but there's still a lot of untapped potential. So, I wanted to list some that I think would be interesting. I'll also be giving a little reason for each choice. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Shark - I know there are a couple shark Pokemon already, but I think there are far more shark types that haven't even been considered yet.

2.) Pillow - I think a pillow Pokemon would be adorable, especially since we already have some that are based on plushies.

3.) Blanket - I have no idea how this would work, I just think it'd be pretty interesting to see some sort of flat Pokemon. I'm just using a blanket as a stand-in for flat.

4.) Hammer - We don't have very many object Pokemon, but I think the ones we do have are always pretty creative. So, I'd like to see how this would turn out.

5.) Platypus - This is one of the most interesting animals, and it doesn't have a Pokemon. Which is pretty disappointing because I think a platypus Pokemon would be cool.

Friday, October 4, 2024

Who are the members of Diasomnia based on in Twisted Wonderland? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! But first! There will be spoilers in this post. So proceed with caution! Diasomnia is one of the most mysterious dorms in Twisted Wonderland. Only one character is even confirmed to be based on someone. So who are the rest? Firstly, Malleus Draconia is the one who's been confirmed to be based on Maleficent. So, he's the easiest. The next easy one is Lilia Vanrouge. He often talks about losing things and not being able to find them again, he likes to travel, and his talent is babysitting. These are all references to Maleficent's Goons, who failed to find baby Aurora after traveling across the land. Along with this, Lilia's general mask is also directly based on the Goons. The next one is Silver. Given the fact that he's often sleeping, as well as trained to use a sword, he's likely the Spinning Wheel, which contained the sleeping curse. He could even be named Silver because specifically the needle of the Spinning Wheel is what contained the curse. Lastly, many fans often think Sebek Zigvolt is based on Maleficent's magic. I disagree. Her magic in the original film is actually purple, not green. The only green magic Maleficent casts is the fire near the end of the movie. However, this could just be an error. Aside from Maleficent's magic, I'm not sure of what else Sebek could symbolize. Especially since he protects Malleus, is very loud and in charge, and doesn't like humans. Which could be references to how Maleficent's magic protected her, and how the green flames were used against a human. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Hopefully we'll eventually get official confirmation on who or what these characters are based on. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Eeveelutions. For those of you who don't know, Eeveelutions is the name fans gave to evolutions of the Pokemon Eevee. Eeveelutions have always been really popular, but we haven't gotten a new one in ages. Despite this, fans are constantly making fan arts for the missing types, as well as requesting for a new one to be added. But despite this, there hasn't been any word of any possible new Eeveelutions. There's been no sign of possible regional variants, or new evolutions. This doesn't make very much sense at all, since Eevee is known for being the evolution Pokemon. Not only this, but Eevee has become something like a second mascot for Pokemon. It's become very popular, and a lot of fans have been practically begging for this Pokemon to get more variants or evolutions. But as of right now, nothing has been said regarding this Pokemon. So for now, we'll just have to work with the Eeveelutions we already have. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Pokemon Meowsy. Meowsy, or Konya, is a scrapped beta Pokemon. It was supposed to be a normal-type, as well as the pre-evolution of the Pokemon Meowth. That's right, Meowth was originally supposed to have a baby form. This cute little kitten was obviously eventually scrapped. However, it's still pretty popular within the Pokemon fandom. There's quite a bit of fanart for it out there, and a lot of people have requested for it to be added to the games. I personally really like this little guy, and I hope it's eventually added. Since Meowth has gotten a few different variants now, hopefully they'll finally add Meowsy as well. As always, I'll be including a picture of its sprite below so you all can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Tuesday, October 1, 2024

It's October 1st! That means it's the start of the Halloween season. So, I would like to list five spooky movies that I'd like to see as Halloween events in Twisted Wonderland. Of course, some of these are rather obscure, so I don't expect to see them. But, I would be interested in what it would be like to have them in the game. Along with this, there aren't many fully spooky or scary Disney movies, so I'm also including the ones with spooky, scary, or unsettling characters or imagery. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) The Black Cauldron

2.) The Sword In The Stone (Specifically Madam Mim)

3.) The Adventures Of Ichabod Crane And Mr.Toad (Specifically The Legend Of Sleepy Hollow)

4.) Dumbo

5.) Frankenweenie (I added this one because of the recent addition of The Nightmare Before Christmas)
