Why is Homestuck popular in the anime fandom? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Homestuck isn't an anime, and it doesn't really use the anime art style. Sometimes there are pictures in it that somewhat resemble anime, but it still isn't anime. But since it was popular in the scene community, it eventually snuck its way into the anime community like Invader Zim and My Little Pony did. It's a weird part of internet history, and newer fans don't know anything about it. Even I didn't learn about it until after it happened. Now that Homestuck is starting to gain popularity again, maybe more people will learn about this. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic.
