The blog post for today will be about Espeon from Pokémon. Espeon is a psychic-type Pokémon, and it is one of the many final evolutions of Eevee. Espeon is very loyal to its trainer, but only if it thinks its trainer is worthy. It is said that it developed precognitive powers so it could protect its trainer. This Pokémon also has very sensitive fur, and it can use this fur to sense air currents. This ability lets Espeon predict the weather, and it can even use its fur to predict its opponent's next move. The red gem on Espeon's forehead also helps it use its psychic powers. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Espeon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Although I normally start out with the topic of the blog post first, the topic of this blog post is a major spoiler for the Death Note series. Because of this, I figured I would start out with the spoiler warning first. Well, there will be spoilers in this post! So, proceed with caution! Now that that's out of the way, on with the post! Would L have been able to catch Kira if he wasn't killed? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! First of all, Light's plan wouldn't have even succeeded without his manipulation of Rem. So if she had decided to not kill Watari and L, neither of them would have died at all. Unless Misa used her Shinigami eyes to see their names, that is. However, Misa would have had to see their faces again to do that. She was also under surveillance during that period of time, which would make it hard for her to write in her Death Note. So having Misa kill them instead would be unlikely. Along with this, L was already certain of Kira's identity, so he just needed enough evidence to prove Light was guilty. Since he was so close to the answer the entire time, it would not have been very hard to produce the proof he needed. Because of this, I personally think L would have been able to catch Kira if his life hadn't been cut short. But, these are just my thoughts on it. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoy this blog post!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about the finger puppets Near uses in Death Note. But first of all, I would like to mention that there may be some spoilers for the series in this post. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Although the finger puppets Near uses in the series don't seem very important at first, they actually play a big role in Near's theories. He often uses them to show his plans step-by-step, and he even hand-made each one so he could accurately represent each person in his plans. Along with this, the finger puppets also show the negative parts of Near. Since Near is the one who made the finger puppets, he made each one of them represent his feelings toward that person. For example, since he respects L but doesn't like him as a person, he made the finger puppet of L look ugly. But since he really does like Mello, he worked very hard on the finger puppet of Mello. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Near with his Near, L, and Mello finger puppets below so you guys can see what they look like. Enjoy!

It's time for round two of Death Note Fun Facts! Since I had originally intended on yesterday's list including ten Fun Facts instead of five, I decided to split it into two posts so the list wouldn't be too long. Much like with yesterday's blog post, there may be some spoilers in this post. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the list!

1.) Although most people think L sits in a peculiar position, he claims his deductive reasoning would drop by 40% if he sat normally. Because of this, he is rarely ever seen sitting in a normal position.

2.) L, Mello, and Near all have unusual habits. For example, L fidgets and plays with his food, Near twirls his hair, and Mello is always seen eating chocolate, to name a few.

3.) There were multiple Nendoroid figures made for the series, including one for Misa, L, and Light.

4.) Although Watari's real name wasn't directly mentioned in the series, it can be seen on a newspaper in the anime. Along with this, all of the character's real names are revealed in the book Death Note 13: How To Read.

5.) If a human has the Shinigami Eyes, they can only tell what a person's name and life span is if more than half of that person's face is visible. However, if the hidden parts of that person's face are still basically visible, then the human with the Shinigami Eyes will still be able to see their name and life span.

Well, those are all of the Fun Facts I have for Death Note right now. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoy this blog post!

Today's blog post will be a list of five Fun Facts for some of the characters from Death Note. I know that I have done separate blog posts for most of the characters from Death Note already, but this list will be a bit different. Instead, I will be listing a few little Fun Facts that you guys may or may not have already known. There may be a few spoilers in this post as well. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post!

1.) L's true name was never revealed in the original manga or anime. But, it was revealed in Death Note 13:How To Read, which included a "True Name Card" with L's name on it.

2.) When the characters are thinking to themselves in the anime, they are usually portrayed with different colors. This was shown with characters like Light (whose color is red), L (whose color is blue), and Matsuda (whose color is yellow).

3.) The Shinigami were originally supposed to look like attractive rock stars, but Takeshi Obata didn't want to make it look like Ryuk was the main character instead of Light.

4.) Throughout the series, the only food Mello is shown eating is chocolate.

5.) Near has a tendency to smile when he gets something right.

Those are all of the Fun Facts I have for Death Note for now. But, I hope you guys still enjoyed this blog post!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about Shiny Magikarp and Shiny Gyarados from Pokémon. Much like with my other post about the Shiny versions of the Eevee evolutions, I will be giving my thoughts on Shiny Magikarp and Shiny Gyarados compared to their normal forms. I will also be including a picture of Shiny Magikarp and Shiny Gyarados compared to their normal forms below as well. Now then, on with the post! since Shiny forms of Pokémon are generally based on their color, that's what I'll be focusing on. When it comes to Shiny Magikarp and Shiny Gyarados, their new color schemes are actually quite nice. Magikarp's golden Shiny form is very bright and unique compared to its usual red coloring. On the other hand, Gyarados's new red color makes it very easy to tell it apart from its normal blue counterpart. Along with this, its Shiny form perfectly reflects Magikarp's normal colors. Because of this, it makes it easy to tell that Gyarados evolves from Magikarp. So, I personally believe both Magikarp's and Gyarados's Shiny forms are very nice compared to their normal forms, since its very easy to tell them apart. The colors used for them also match their designs well. But, these are just my thoughts on it. As I said before, I will be including a picture of the normal forms and Shiny forms of Magikarp and Gyarados. Enjoy!

The normal forms are on the left, and the Shiny forms are on the right.

The blog post for today will be about Jolteon from Pokémon. Jolteon is an electric-type Pokémon, and it is one of the many final evolutions for Eevee. Since Jolteon only generates a small amount of electricity, most of its electricity comes from the static electricity in its fur. This static electricity lets Jolteon use thunder bolts. It can gather the negative ions in the air to create thunder bolts as well. Jolteon is a sensitive Pokémon too, and it charges electricity when its mood changes. When Jolteon is filled with electricity, all of its hair stands on end. It can also use this hair to fight its opponents, since the hair is as sharp as needles. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Jolteon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Tuesday, July 24, 2018

Today's blog post will actually be a bit different. For today's blog post, I will be giving my thoughts on all of the Shiny versions of the evolutions of Eevee. I might talk about the Shiny versions of other Pokémon in the future, but I'll just be focusing on the Eeveelutions for now. I will also include a picture of all of the original and Shiny versions of the Eeveelutions below. Now then, on with the post! If you guys don't know, Shiny versions of Pokémon are special because Shiny Pokémon are a different color than their normal counterparts. So when it comes to Shiny Pokémon, it's important to make sure they still look good with their color change. Although Vaporeon, Jolteon, Umbreon, Sylveon, and Espeon have very bright and vibrant color changes that set them apart from their normal versions, the other Eeveelutions aren't as good. When it comes to Glaceon, Flareon, and Leafeon, their colors are very similar to their original versions. Because of this, it makes it a bit hard to see if it really is a Shiny Pokémon or not. Even though Eevee's Shiny form is clearly different from the original one, the colors are much duller. I personally think it would have been better if Eevee's Shiny form was brighter instead of duller. Although Eevee is known for being the evolution Pokémon, some people do like to leave it as Eevee. But, its Shiny form almost makes you want to evolve it. However, these are just my thoughts on it. As I said before, I will be including a picture of all of the Shiny and normal forms of the Eeveelutions below. Enjoy!

The normal Eeveelutions are on the left, and the Shiny Eeveelutions are on the right.

I had to include this picture separately because Sylveon was not included in the other picture. But, the normal form is still on the left, and the Shiny form is still on the right.

For today's blog post, I will be listing five English covers of Vocaloid songs, along with their links. Although I have listed English covers of songs sung by Vocaloids before, this list will be different. Instead, I will be listing some English covers of Vocaloid songs sung by people. These aren't exactly my favorite covers either, just some of the ones I like. Now then, on with the list!

1.) Alien Alien by Rachie

2.) Hide And Seek by Lizz Robinett

The blog post for today will be about the Vocaloid Daito. Daito is a fan-made Vocaloid, and he is a derivative of the official Vocaloid Kaito. Daito is very friendly, and he loves cute things. He is also playful, caring, and stubborn. Oddly enough, he also loves touching hair. Although he doesn't like brushing his own hair, he likes it if someone else brushes his hair for him. Daito is also 18 years old, and he is 5 feet and 7 inches tall. Unfortunately, Daito isn't very popular. This is most likely because of his lack of songs. Even though he had a voice, his creator lost the configuration for it. Because of this, he most likely won't be getting any more songs. But, I will still be including a link to a song sung by him below so you guys can hear what he sounds like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will actually be a bit different from my other posts. Instead of talking about a character or show in general, today I will be talking about the new voice actors for the English dub of Yokai Watch. If you guys don't know, Yokai Watch is going to have new voice actors for the English dub version of the series starting from the most recent season, season 3. Although a lot of people have already started complaining about the new voice actors, there's a good chance the old ones won't be coming back. But are the new voice actors really that bad? Even though it can be a bit difficult getting used to new voices coming from the characters you've already been watching, it's not always a bad thing. Sometimes the new voices suit the characters better than the old ones. However, I'm not sure if that's the case here. I personally think the old voices suited the characters much better. But, that doesn't mean we shouldn't give the new voices a chance. Since these new voices have just recently been introduced, I'm sure we all just need to get used to hearing them! But, it's still disappointing to see the old voice actors leave. These are mostly just my thoughts on it though. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoy this post!

It's blog post time! Today's post will be about Leafeon from Pokémon. Leafeon is a grass-type Pokémon, and it is one of the many final evolutions for Eevee. This Pokémon is closer to being a plant instead of an actual Pokémon. Because of this, it can use photosynthesis to give itself energy and nutrition. It can also use photosynthesis to constantly surround itself with clean air. Since Leafeon uses photosynthesis, it can often be seen laying in bright, sunny spots. Unlike most other Pokémon, Leafeon usually doesn't like to fight. However, it will fight if it has to. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Leafeon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be listing three anime references in The Amazing World Of Gumball. The Amazing World Of Gumball is a very popular cartoon, and it actually has a lot of anime references in it. So, I will be listing a few of them today. Now then, on with the list!

This first reference is from the episode The Matchmaker. In this picture, Gumball is making a face similar to the face Joey Wheeler often makes in Yu-Gi-Oh.

This next picture is from the episode The Pest. As you can see, Gumball is going Super Saiyan like the characters in Dragon Ball.

This last reference is actually a link for a video. In the video, Larry is copying the theme song for Cowboy Bebop, and it is from the episode The Spinoffs. I will obviously be including the link for it below as well. Enjoy!

The link for the video of the last anime reference: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=CoEtJ97Omo0

Well, that's all of the anime references I have from The Amazing World Of Gumball for now. But, I hope you guys still enjoy this post!

The blog post for today will be about Glaceon from Pokémon. Glaceon is an ice-type Pokémon, and it is one of the many final evolutions for Eevee. Glaceon can control its body temperature at will. Because of this, it can lower its body temperature to freeze the air around it to create a diamond-dust flurry. It can also lower its own body temperature to freeze its fur. Its frozen fur then turns into needles it can fire for protection. Unfortunately, I couldn't find very much more information about Glaceon. But, I will be including a picture of it below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Tuesday, July 17, 2018

Today's blog post is about Vaporeon from Pokémon. Vaporeon is a water type Pokémon, and it is one of the many final evolutions of Eevee. Much like the other evolutions of Eevee, Vaporeon spontaneously mutated. This mutation gave it fins and a tail. Because of this, it can live in water. It can also freely control water too. Its cells are very similar to water as well, and it can melt while it is in water. Vaporeon can predict rain with its fins too. When its fins start to tremble, it means rain will come within a few hours. This Pokémon prefers to rest, and live, on beautiful lake shores with clean, clear water as well. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Vaporeon below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be listing five English Vocaloid songs, along with their links. Although I wanted to do a list of songs by one specific Vocaloid, I couldn't decide on one for the post. So, I just decided to list a few English songs I like. These aren't exactly my favorite songs either, just some of the ones I like. Now then, on with the list!

1.) Choose Me by Oliver, Fukase, and Len Kagamine
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2NRT8u58n2I

2.) Last Night, Good Night by Oliver
Link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xEx_0-g_eLM

4.) Circles by Gumi

5.) Dream by Megurine Luka

Is the mystery guy from the prologue actually Unknown in Mystic Messenger? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There may be a couple of spoilers in this post though. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! If you guys don't know, there is a way to get a picture from Unknown during the prologue chat with him. But, is this actually a picture of Unknown? Well, it is revealed later in the game that Unknown has a different hair and eye color than the one in the picture. However, he could just be wearing a disguise so the MC doesn't know what he looks like. It could also be a picture he found on the internet he used to try to trick the MC into trusting him as well. It's hard to say if it really is a picture of him or not, since he wouldn't be recognizable if he was wearing a disguise. Along with this, I don't think Cheritz will ever tell us if it is or isn't him, since it's such a minor part of the game. But, this is mostly just my thoughts on it anyways. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of the mystery guy below. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about Bakura Ryou from Yu-Gi-Oh. Even though I've already done a few posts about Yu-Gi-Oh characters recently, it seems as though I haven't done a post about Bakura yet. Since he's one of the main characters, I figured it would be a good idea to do a blog post about him. Now then, on with the post! Bakura is a kind and soft-spoken boy, and he is the owner of the Millennium Ring. He is also a classmate and friend of Yugi, Tea, Tristan, and Joey. Even though he doesn't show up very much in the beginning of the series, he ends up being one of the main characters. Interestingly enough, he was actually given a British-English accent in the English Dub of the anime. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Bakura below so you guys can see what he looks like. Enjoy!

Today's blog post is about Kuriboh from Yu-Gi-Oh. However, I would like to mention that there will be some spoilers in this post. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Although Kuriboh is originally a Duel Monsters card, today's post will actually be about the character instead. Kuriboh is a gentle and fun-loving Duel Monsters spirit who helps Yugi and Yami quite a few times throughout their journey. He is also a brave and useful little Duel Monster as well. If someone insults him for having low attack points, he will become either very mad to the point of charging, or he will become melancholy. Even though Yami and Yugi summoned Kuriboh multiple times during their duels, his first major appearance was in the Virtual World, where Yami accidentally summoned him to be his Deck Master. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Kuriboh below. Enjoy!

Kuriboh with Yami Yugi.

For today's blog post, I will be talking about Miho Nosaka from Yu-Gi-Oh. Miho Nosaka was a main character in the original Yu-Gi-Oh anime made by Toei Animation, which is often referred to as Season Zero by fans outside of Japan. Although she wasn't added to the main cast in the second Yu-Gi-Oh anime, she did play a big part in Season Zero. Miho was a classmate of Anzu (Tea), Honda (Tristan), Yugi, and Jonouchi (Joey), and she was also one of their friends. She was a cheerful girl who was also a bit stubborn at times. She can be quite naïve too, and she can sometimes be a bit oblivious to the feelings of others around her. However, she is still very loyal to her friends, and she cares deeply about their safety. If anyone hurts her friends, she will become serious and go to their defense. Even though she was given a bigger role in Season Zero, she was completely removed from the much more well-known series Duel Monsters. This is most likely because she didn't play a very big role in the manga, so the creators of Duel Monsters wanted to go back to the original format of three main characters. But, that's just my thoughts on why they removed her. If any of you guys would like to see what she looks like, I will be including a picture of Miho below. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about the Vocaloid Akita Nero. Akita Nero is a fan-made Vocaloid, and he is a derivative of Len Kagamine. If you guys haven't noticed, his name is very similar to Akita Neru's, who is a Hatsune Miku derivative that has been officially recognized by Crypton Future Media. This is because Akita Nero is often portrayed as either Neru's little brother, or her gender swap. Whatever the case may be, neither of these have been officially confirmed yet. Although his age is also considered to be unofficial, he is usually portrayed as being 13 years old. He is usually depicted as being more open and a bit vain as well, which is quite different from Neru's tsundere personality. However, a lot of the information I found about him is considered unofficial on his wiki page. But, that doesn't mean a lot of his fans don't consider it to be official. He is a fan-made Vocaloid after all. Along with this, Nero still has a pretty big fan base, even though he isn't as popular as Akita Neru. If any of you guys would like to hear what his voice sounds like, I will include a link to a song sung by him below. Enjoy!

The link to the song sung by Akita Nero: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy82qmIcg_s

Was Matsuda useful during the events of Death Note? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! But before I continue, I would like to mention that there will be some spoilers for the series in this post. I'll try not to give away too many major spoilers though. So, proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Throughout the series, Matsuda is often mocked for his lack of experience. He also seems to be a bit clueless, and he often acts before he thinks. He was a rookie at the start of the case after all. But does this mean he wasn't useful during the Kira investigation? I personally think he was actually helpful with quite a few parts of the investigation. But, he was also a bit oblivious while doing so. He did play a big role in finding out information about the Yotsuba Kira by infiltrating Yotsuba's headquarters, but he also ended up having to fake his own death to escape getting killed by Kira. Along with this, he played a big role in finally catching the Yotsuba Kira as well. But these are only a few things he helped with. Even though Matsuda can be a bit naïve and oblivious at times, he can also be useful at certain points of the investigation too. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on it. I hope you guys still enjoy this post though! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Matsuda below. Enjoy!

Why aren't the Vocaloids Meiko and Kaito more popular? Although Kaito is my favorite Vocaloid, I often forget about Meiko because of her lack of popularity. Both of these Vocaloids have a very small song selection in the Project Diva games, and they don't get very many songs in the live concerts. Even though Rin, Len, and Luka have very little songs as well, they get much better treatment compared to Kaito and Meiko. In Project Diva X, Kaito and Meiko didn't even get one solo song! So, why is this? Both Kaito and Meiko still have a fairly large fan base, and both of them have nice designs and good voices. Even though Crypton Future Media tends to focus on Miku, this is no reason to forget about the other Vocaloids. When Kaito and Meiko were neglected in Project Diva X, a lot of fans were upset over it. The fans were already upset over the lack of songs for Kaito and Meiko in previous games, so it's hard to say why Crypton has been giving them so little attention. I'm sure they just want to focus on Miku, but this kind of behavior is just going to upset fans of the other Vocaloids. I personally think Kaito and Meiko would be more popular if Crypton gave them more attention. In fact, all of the other Crypton Vocaloids could use more attention, since they are all being neglected for the sake of making Miku the star. But, these are mostly just my opinions on it. I hope you guys still enjoy this post though! As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of all of the Crypton Vocaloids below. Enjoy!

From left to right, Rin and Len Kagamine, Hatsune Miku, and Megurine Luka are in the front. Kaito and Meiko are in the back.

Today's blog post will be about the second season of the Aggretsuko anime. Although the new season isn't going to come out for quite some time, Sanrio has recently announced that this series has been green lit for a second season! The new season is set for 2019, but a specific date hasn't been set for it yet. This anime series has quickly become very popular, and fans were eagerly waiting to see if this new anime would be renewed for another season. Although it's good to see that this unique slice-of-life anime really is getting another season, it seems as though we'll have to wait for the actual release date. But, it is coming back to Netflix as a Netflix original. It will most likely be available with both English dubbed and English subbed versions of it again as well. As a little bonus, I will be including the link for the official English dubbed season 2 announcement trailer for it below. Enjoy!

For today's blog post, I will be talking about Mystic Messenger's 2nd Anniversary event. If you guys don't know, Mystic Messenger's 2nd anniversary is coming up! To celebrate this, Cheritz is holding three events. The first event is on July 9th. To participate in this event, all you have to do is access the game on July 9th. The prize for doing this is Max Speed for 24 hours, along with a surprise gift for everyone who accesses the game. The second event is at the end of July, and it goes from July 31st to August 9th. For this event, you have to access the game everyday during the event. When you access Mystic Messenger during this event, different characters from the game will share little episodes with you that will tell you what happened during their summer vacation. Along with this, you will also get a small prize everyday you access the game during the event period, and there might also be a special prize for those who access the game everyday! For the third and final event, Cheritz is holding a Tumblr and Twitter event. For this event, all you have to do is upload a picture of any Mystic Messenger character in swimwear to Twitter or Tumblr with the event hashtag.. The quality and format of the picture doesn't matter, as long as the character is in swimwear. The event goes from July 2nd to August 1st. The prize for this event is a large pillow of a secret character. If any of you guys would like to read all of the rules and event details for yourselves, I will include the link to Cheritz's official Tumblr page below. I will also include the swimwear event hashtag below as well. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about the Gudetama short videos. As you guys may know, Gudetama is a popular and well-known Sanrio character. Although Gudetama currently has a lot of merchandise available, they also have official short videos available on Sanrio's YouTube account. These little shorts are usually less than a minute long. Each one obviously features Gudetama as the main character too, along with a boy that usually talks to Gudetama. There are also a few other characters that often appear in the episodes. But since I haven't noticed any names being given to the other characters yet, I can't really tell you guys what their names are. I couldn't find names for them anywhere either. However, there is a man in a yellow suit named Nisetama-san who often appears in the Gudetama episodes. He also appears at the end of every episode. If any of you guys would like to check these episodes out for yourselves, I will include the link for Sanrio's Gudetama playlist on YouTube below. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about Emolga from Pokémon. Emolga is an electric/flying type Pokémon. This Pokémon can glide by using its cape-like membrane, and it also releases electricity while it is gliding. Along with this, the electricity created in the pouches on Emolga's cheeks is usually stored in its "cape". Since electricity usually scatters around while Emolga is gliding, bird Pokémon usually stay away from it. This means it can keep all of the food it collects. This Pokémon can also use its electricity to grill its bugs and berries to make a meal out of them. Emolga usually live in the treetops as well. In the Alola region, Emolga will often make their nests in holes left behind by Pikipek. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Emolga below so you guys can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

Since yesterday's blog post was about kuuderes, I figured I would talk about danderes in today's post. Danderes are another popular character type. But, danderes are a bit different from the other -dere types. Danderes are actually very shy and quiet when they are around people. They are often insecure too, and they hardly ever speak. Because of this, they will often stay shy, even if they want to be sociable. They are usually very shy around their crushes as well. However, they do tend to act differently around people they are familiar with. Despite this, they will usually still act quiet and soft-spoken. A popular example of a dandere is Hinata Hyuga from Naruto. Even though she starts out quiet and soft-spoken in the beginning of the series, she slowly starts becoming bolder as the series progresses. Since there isn't much more to say about danderes, I'll end it here. As a little bonus, I will be including a picture of Hinata below. Enjoy!

Today's blog post will be about kuuderes in anime and manga. Since I have talked about yanderes and tsunderes in past blog posts, I thought it would be a good idea to make a post about kuuderes as well. First of all, kuuderes are mostly known for acting cool and emotionless. That is where the "kuu" part of its name comes from, since the word "kuu" sounds like the English word "cool". Although this term is usually used for female characters, it can be used for male characters as well. Kuudere characters also rarely ever show their emotions. Even though they do show their emotions occasionally, it's usually only around people the character trusts. Unlike how tsunderes usually switch from being cold and mean to being more sweet and loving, kuuderes usually only stay cold and blunt. If this character type does like another character, they will often either be afraid to admit it, or they won't want to admit it. Although there is more to say about this character type, it's a bit hard to put it all into one post. I also don't want to make this post too long. So, I'll end it here. But, I hope you guys still enjoy this post!

Is Haku from Naruto a boy or a girl? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Haku is actually a boy, and he only appeared for a few episodes in the first and second parts of the Naruto series. However, his appearance made it very difficult for fans to tell if he was a boy or a girl. Naruto himself even said he thought Haku was prettier than Sakura. This is because Haku had very feminine facial features, and he wore very ambiguous clothing. He also wore a pink sleeveless kimono when he wasn't wearing his other outfit. Along with this, he had long black hair that was usually tied up in a bun as well. It became even harder to determine his gender in the second part of the series, where he was shown wearing lipstick, even in the flashbacks. But, he did tell Naruto in the first part of the series that he was a boy. As a little bonus, I will be including two pictures of Haku below, along with the link for the clip of Haku telling Naruto his true gender. Enjoy!

The blog post for today will be about The Gwiyomi Song. The Gwiyomi Song is a popular K-Pop song from 2013. Even though this song isn't really anime-related, Zen did sing a part of it in Mystic Messenger during one of his phone calls. However, I actually decided to mention this song on here because of how many videos have been made based on this song. Now then, on with the post! This song was originally sang by the K-Pop singer Hari. This song was actually based on the Gwiyomi Player gestures made by Jung Ilhoon, who is a member of the music group BtoB. The gestures for the "cute way of counting" were done on the T.V. show MTV Diary in 2012. In February of 2013, the Gwiyomi Song was released. Not long after that, the song became a viral sensation. There are now many different videos available of people replicating the Gwiyomi Song hand gestures themselves. As a little bonus, I will be including links for the original video, the English subtitled video, and Zen singing the song below. Enjoy!

* Before I list the links, I would like to make a couple of notes. First of all, since there are so many different videos for this song, I'm not sure if the link I included for the original song is the original music video. But, it is the correct song. I would also like to mention that the video with English subtitles lists the word "oppa" as "brother". Although that is correct, the term "oppa" can also be used by girls to refer to boys older than them. The word does mean more than this, but this is basically what it means. Now then, on with the links!
