So how do you know if they're reliable or not? Well, one way to tell is by checking to see if other leakers have given the same information. If they haven't, then you should take the information with a grain of salt. It's also usually pretty fake if the leak was heard from a friend or someone "in the company". Although that doesn't happen super often, it does occasionally happen. There are a few pretty well-known and reliable leakers as well, which will often show up on the Genshin Impact leaks subreddit. Mihoyo has been really cracking down on leaks recently too, so honest leaks will often pop up during Mihoyo's breaks.
