What is Idia in Twisted Wonderland? Well, I'm back to talk about this question again! Spoilers ahead though! So proceed with caution! Although it's been implied that Idia Shroud is a human, I find this difficult to believe. He's even been called a human before. However, it's important to note that he is based on Hades from Hercules, who is a god. It may be true that not all of the characters are exactly like their original counterparts, they're still really close. Leona may look mostly human, but he is still a lion. Ruggie is also a hyena, and Malleus is a fae. Idia also has some not-so-human features. He has flaming hair, sharp teeth, and blue lips. He also has yellow eyes, but that can be excused because other human characters have unnatural hair colors and such as well. Even though Idia tries to keep a low profile, he clearly stands out when compared to the other students. He also admits here and there that his appearance has been known to startle people or chase them away; specifically his flaming hair. So, what is he? There's a chance he's some sort of god or demigod, since he's based on Hades. I would like to mention that there's word he's from a cursed family, but personally I don't think that specifically would change his appearance so drastically; even if it was inherited. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. It's really difficult for me to accept he's just a human like the others, especially since he's so different in comparison.
