These plushies are very cute and colorful, and there's actually quite a few of them. The collection features Hello Kitty, My Melody, Badtz-Maru, Kiki, Lala, Pompompurin, Pochacco, and Kuromi. Each character is wearing a pastel baby outfit, and the plushies are about $34.70 each. That's quite a bit, even for a Sanrio plushie. It's almost the Chinese New Year! For those of you who don't know, this year is the year of the tiger. To help celebrate, Sanrio has created some special plushies for the occasion. The plushies feature Sanrio characters in fuzzy tiger costumes, and they're about $28 each. Although that's a bit pricy for one plush, they are special edition. There's currently plushies for Hello Kitty and My Melody as well, but the Hello Kitty version is sold out as of right now. As always, I will be including the link for the My Melody version below. New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about a new Genshin Impact leak regarding the upcoming character Ayato. Ayato is Ayaka's older brother, as well as the head of the Kamisato clan. Although there have been some leaks for him before, none of them have revealed his appearance. Until now, that is. I usually don't talk about leaks on here, but this leak has been confirmed by two leakers. The picture is supposed to be from the 2.5 livestream as well, and it's said to be from a cutscene from the game. Even though it isn't a very clear image, it does give a very good first look at the upcoming character. As always, I will be including the picture below so you guys can see what it looks like. It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about unhealthy ship dynamics. I don't mention shipping on here very often, so I'll give a brief explanation of what it is. Shipping is when anime fans put two characters in a romantic relationship. Sometimes it becomes canon to the story, and sometimes they never happen. However, not every ship is a good ship. Even popular ships can have very unhealthy dynamics. Just because characters get along sometimes, that doesn't mean they're "meant to be together". I know these are just characters, but it reflects on real life too. Ships like Natsu x Lucy and Naruto x Sakura make it seem like abuse is fine. Sakura and Lucy are very aggressive and have physically hit their respective boys very hard, which isn't really funny or okay. Ships involving child characters are also rather creepy, even if they're both children. Mindset matters a lot as well, especially since even a character who's thousands of years old can still have the mind of a child. I'm not saying characters can't be shipped together at all; it's just important to look at them and see it as if they were actual people. Because as silly as it sounds, these pairings can affect people and how they see their own relationships. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

How do normal citizens survive in Teyvat? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, Teyvat is the world of Genshin Impact. Although vision holders survive the world mostly fine, it's much more difficult for those who don't have those powers. This can be seen with some of the adventurers and hunters we have to save from monsters while we're exploring. Along with this, every nation has guards regularly patrolling the surrounding areas to keep the cities safe. So how do ordinary people survive? Well, many of the ones who can't defend themselves stay in the well-patrolled cities. Along with this, adventurers and hunters usually don't go by themselves. Many of the commissions and bounties instruct us to take care of the monsters who seem too dangerous or get too close to the city, as well. This means the adventurers who are able to take care of enemies are the ones who help keep the area safe. This is why we don't often see people outside of city limits. Most of the time we only see traces of people, which were left behind by people who fled the area. This means the people of Teyvat who don't have visions either live in cities, learn to fight, or learn to flee. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to discuss it because I've seen people ask about it before, and nobody really came to a conclusive answer. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

The official website is where I was getting all of my previous information before the game's release. However, it was only available in Japanese then. It's time for an announcement! After years of waiting, Twisted Wonderland has finally received an official English release! Now I am a bit late with this news, but I only just discovered it myself. After all, Disney's Twisted Wonderland seemed like it would never make its way out of Japan. But as of about ten days ago, it was released globally for international audiences. Fans who have played the original Japanese version say this English adaptation is pretty faithful, too. This game is free to play and available on the app store. However, it should be noted that there are some in app purchases available. Along with this, it's a rhythm game that features characters based on the original Disney villains. Those who have been following my blog for a while would know that I've actually been talking about the game before it was even released, so it's safe to say I'm very excited about the official English release. What time is it? Post time! I am back once again to talk about Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror. Yes, I have mentioned it a few times now. No, I will not forget that it still hasn't been released. This game was supposed to be the third installment to the series, and it was announced a few years ago. However, it was only mentioned once or twice and never again. Despite this fact, fans were absolutely thrilled that there would be another installment in the series. It's been quite some time now, and Hatoful Boyfriend has recently been rediscovered by many fans new and old. But despite this, many people seem to have forgotten that there is supposed to be another game for it. Barely anyone has mentioned Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror recently, and even the creator hasn't said anything about it. Even if it's still in production, it would be nice to have some sort of news for it. I've been checking back every few months, but I never notice any changes regarding it. Hopefully we'll get some new information soon. But, that's all I can say for now. It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about some planned Sanrio merchandise that hasn't gone over well with the fans. I can't find very much information regarding this topic, since I could only find a couple articles and the original announcement tweet has since been deleted. However, Sanrio was going to be collaborating with a Japanese clothing brand called Its'Demo, and they were going to release some new merchandise for My Melody's mother. All seemed to be going well until fans noticed the phrases on the shirts. Although the new merchandise was supposed to be very cute, it featured terrible advice. Everyone was outraged, but I think the bad life advice was intentional. After all, it's merchandise of My Melody's mother, not My Melody herself. Mothers are known for advice, and not all of them can be good at it. The reason it seems so old fashioned is because it is. She's an older character from an older time, but people are treating her like a young character who has to abide by all of the new rules. It's all just for a bit of fun anyways, and people with half a brain wouldn't follow bad advice. I personally think it's just a weird choice to put such odd phrases on merchandise. But for those of you wondering what this awful, maddening, world-shattering advice is, I'll include the list below. Please note that there are twelve phrases and I'm relatively certain they were translated from Japanese. Enjoy!

It's time for another new post! Since I've talked about some of my favorite Genshin Impact characters on here before, I decided to review my three favorites. I like characters based on design, gameplay, and story. So I'll give a little explanation for my favorites. Now then, on with the list!

1.) The Traveler - Yes, it's true. I love the traveler. I use Aether because he's my favorite twin. He has a nice design, and he's really easy to use. He's super simple to ascend and level up, and I've used his anemo ability since the beginning.

2.) Venti - I haven't gotten to play as him very much yet, but I still really like him. He's relatively easy to use, his wind currents are really convenient, he's fun, and I love his design. His personality is also great and he has a neat story.

3.) Xiao - Xiao is easily one of my favorites. He's really strong, pretty fast, he lowers your stamina consumption for climbing, and he can plunge attack from any height. He's pretty easy to control, too. He also has a deep story and a fantastic design. Some people may pick on him for his height and such, but he fits in perfectly on my team of short boys.

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the pity levels in Genshin Impact. Firstly, pity is what builds up when you wish on banners. Every ten pulls is a guaranteed four star weapon or character, and every 90 pulls is a guaranteed five star. However, what they don't often tell you is that you don't usually get the banner character after 90 pulls. This is actually just the 50/50, which means the probability of getting the banner character is 50%. You normally just get a standard five star after 90 pulls, such as Dilic, Jean, and Qiqi. To get a guaranteed banner character, you have to pull 180 times. This is a bit difficult for free to play players, since you have to skip a lot of banners for the character you want. However, wishing on other banners and not getting the five star does add to your pity; which will then roll over to the next banner. Once you get the banner character (which is the featured five star for that banner), your pity level will reset completely. Normally I talk about how unfair such a high pity level is, but this time I just wanted to explain what it is. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Is the Lesser Lord Kusanali really the dendro archon in Genshin Impact? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although many fans were disappointed when it was revealed that the dendro archon will also be a girl, something just doesn't quite add up. Firstly, it's been stated that the dendro archon doesn't do anything. But despite this, the citizens still worship the Lesser Lord Kusanali; and she even gives them blessings to help their crops. Along with this, Lesser Lord Kusanali is known as the Flower God, even though the dendro archon is the God Of Wisdom. It's also a bit strange to call your archon the lesser lord, even if they are still relatively young. This, along with many other things, is making it seem like there's another archon behind the scenes. If any of you would be interested in a more in-depth look at this theory, I'll be including the link for a very helpful reddit post below. Should there be playable little boy characters in Genshin Impact? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Although many people have complained about the lack of variety when it comes to character models, there is still one current character model that hasn't been used. That model, is the one for small boys. There are no playable boy children yet, and quite a few people are upset about it. However, there are currently only four short characters as it is; one of which isn't even a child. Since there are far less boys than girls in the game anyways, it isn't a surprise that none of the short characters are boys. Even though it would be nice to see the first short boy character, we likely won't be getting one soon. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I'd personally like to see what a short boy character would look like, but I wouldn't be surprised if it doesn't happen anytime soon. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! As many of you may know, Naruto is no longer airing. Instead, Boruto is now carrying on the franchise. But since the change of characters, the new series isn't really all that popular. This can be seen with pretty much every recent collaboration. Whenever the series collaborates with someone else, they always use the original Naruto characters. For example, Naruto has recently collaborated with the game Fortnite. Naruto has, not Boruto. Along with this, Naruto and Naruto Shippuden has collaborated with Sanrio to make some new products. Although I'm sure fans are ecstatic to still be getting content after the end of the series, it kind of makes Boruto a little pointless. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Are there too many polearm characters in Genshin Impact? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, many fans have been complaining that there are too many polearm characters now. They've even gone on to say that every new five star is a polearm character. However, this isn't true at all. Firstly, almost every weapon at the moment has at least 9 or 10 users. The only exception to this rule as of right now is the catalyst, which only has 8 users. It's a bit ridiculous to say there are too many polearm characters when the weapon users are actually pretty balanced. The only reason it seems like more is because more polearm users are being released to help balance out the number of characters using it. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just don't see what the issue is, since all of the current weapons have about the same number of users in the game. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I am once again back to talk about Genshin Impact's gacha system. First of all, gacha systems as a whole are usually pretty bad. However, Genshin Impact's gacha is a new level of pain. Not only is their pity level insanely high, but wishes also cost a ton of real physical money if you're not a free to play player. The worst part is, wishing on the main character banner doesn't even guarantee you the five star you wanted if you finally get one. I have never seen a gacha game give you something from one of the other options until Genshin Impact. The standard banner characters should stay in the standard banner. That's the whole reason why they use different fates. I'm not just an angry fan, either. I've played gacha games before and I've never had this issue. Just earning primogems is already agonizing, especially since Mihoyo is a bit stingy with them. This means getting a different five star character on the main temporary banner, even if it's a character you like, makes it feel like you just reached into the apple bin at the grocery store and somehow pulled out a fish. Players spend months saving up their primogems, only to lose it all on characters that shouldn't even be in that banner. The four star characters and the weapons are supposed to be there. The standard wish five stars that never go away, are not. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I just wanted to talk about this again after losing all of my primogems to Diluc; a character I wanted very much until that happened. In a way, I suppose this unfair addition makes people despise their formerly favorite characters. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! So for today's blog post, I will be talking about my opinion of Shen He in Genshin Impact. I'll try not to spoil anything, since the new world quest was just released. For those of you who don't know, Shen He is a newly released character. She is the disciple of Cloud Retainer, but many people thought she would be Cloud Retainer. If not her, then they at least assumed she would be an adeptus. However, she's just a human. Although her character is fine, thinking of what could've been is a bit irritating. The game keeps going on about how she's like an adeptus, but she isn't an adeptus. Which is, a bit ridiculous. It would've made more sense if they just made another adeptus instead. Not only that, but Mihoyo was constantly hinting at Shen He and Cloud Retainer's relation when they already knew how many fans thought they were the same. Instead of further confirming the fact that adepti also have human forms, they made a human character who has abilities no human could ever have. They explain it away with training, but her being a human in the first place just doesn't make sense. Her very existence implies that every human has the possibility of being as strong as an adeptus, they just don't try hard enough. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. I may have gotten a bit carried away, but I don't understand why they would make her a human when they very clearly just made another adeptus. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

The new Genshin Impact update is upon us! Not only will it have the return of the Lantern Rite, but there will be some new banners too! The new update will see the return of Xiao, Zhongli, and Ganyu. Along with this, it will also have the release of Shen He and Yunjin. Since the Lantern Rite is based on the Chinese New Year, the new update will center around Liyue. As per every major update, there should also be some free primogems as compensation for the server maintenance and bug fixes. Well, that's all I have for this post. As many of you may know, the actress Betty White recently passed away just a few weeks before her 100th birthday. Many people are upset about this, for good reason. So as a little sign of remembrance, I will be talking about her role in the movie Ponyo. This is still an anime blog, after all. I'm sure many Ghibli fans remember Betty White's role in the English dub of the movie Ponyo. But for those of you who don't remember, she voiced a side character named Yoshie. Yoshie was one of the women at the old folks home that Sosuke's mother worked at. Although she didn't appear very much throughout the movie, Betty White did like getting to voice a character in Ponyo. Even if it isn't one of her more well-known roles, many Ghibli fans have still enjoyed it. Rest in peace, Betty White. We already miss you.

It's the New Year! So to help celebrate, I will be talking about some of the things that are coming up in Genshin Impact. Not only will there be new character banners, but the Lantern Rite event will be returning as well. Along with this, Keqing and Ningguang will also be getting new character skins.
