3, 2, 1, post time! The blog post for today will be about a news article. Although news articles generally don't have anything to do with anime, this particular article is talking about an anime related topic. According to it, a public school has recently had students writing in their own Death Notes. Even though this seems harmless, they're taking it very seriously. As ridiculous as this situation sounds, it isn't the first time it has happened. Not only have students been punished for using homemade Death Notes in America, but China ended up banning the notebooks because of these issues. These homemade Death Notes are harmless on their own, but the intent behind them worries people. Anyone who is writing names in any sort of Death Note is doing so because they know what it means. Whether they actually want something to happen or not isn't really relevant in a situation like this, because they know a Death Note can kill someone and they're still willing to use it. Even if Death Notes don't really exist, it's the thought of wanting these people dead. But, I digress.
