Is Mello a bad person? Well that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! There will be some spoilers for Death Note in this post though, so proceed with caution! Now then, on with the post! Even though Mello was introduced later in the series, he's still a fan favorite. However, this doesn't necessarily mean he's a good person. For example, he doesn't mind doing whatever it takes for him to reach his goal. Along with this, he often acts without thinking first. He is overly emotional, and he has no problem killing others to reach his goal. Despite this, he isn't necessarily a bad person either. He does care about some people in his life, and he would rather not do the killing himself. It's hard to say how he acted before the Kira case as well, since most of his actions were because of his inferiority complex. If he wasn't always competing with Near, he may have acted differently. Because of this, it's hard to say if he would've still acted this way on his own. Although he is definitely not a good person, he's not exactly a bad person either. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this subject anyways. Nonetheless, I hope you guys still enjoyed this blog post! As a little bonus, I will also be including a picture of Mello below. Enjoy!
