What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about how to get various hairstyles in Animal Crossing New Horizons. You don't start out with very many hairstyles in this game, but you can actually unlock quite a few more. For example, you get more hairstyles just by getting a mirror for the first time. You can also trade Nook Miles for several different hairstyle cards to gain more, too. After that, you can go to Harv's Island everyday for a new hairstyle from Harriet. Doing this will unlock seven more hairstyles. But that's not all! The Able Sisters shop will also sell special wigs, as well. Even though you can't wear hats with wigs, it does give you more hair options. Lastly, you can obtain a special bedhead hairstyle by being inactive for at least a month. So as you can see, there's actually quite a few different ways to get more special and unique hairstyles in the game. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new list! For today's blog post, I will be listing some Death Note characters who speak English. It isn't often that a character is said to speak a specific language, but there are a few characters in Death Note who can speak English. Because of this, I wanted to list a few of them today. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) L

2.) Light Yagami

3.) Near

4.) Mello

5.) Matt

6.) Watari

New day, new post! The blog post for today will be about the Pokemon Clodsire. I like Clodsire, so I wanted to talk about it today. This Pokemon is a poison/ground-type Pokemon, and it is the evolution of Paldean Wooper. Clodsire lives at the bottom of ponds and swamps. Along with this, it often carries Wooper on its back so it can ferry them from one shore to the other. If Clodsire is attacked, it will retaliate by sticking thick spines out from its body. As always, I will be including a picture of Clodsire below so you all can see what it looks like. Enjoy!

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five of my favorite anime series from a few years ago. As an anime fan, my favorites cycle through all the time. I'm always finding new series and forgetting to watch other ones. So for today's post, I wanted to list some of my favorite past obsessions. To be clear, I do still like these series. I just haven't watched them in a while. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Noragami

2.) One Punch Man

3.) Bleach

4.) Assassination Classroom

5.) Soul Eater

It's time for another new blog post! Autumn is very slowly approaching, so I decided to make a comfy little list of autumn-themed Pokemon. I also tried to mix it up a little, since some of my Pokemon lists can get repetitive. So, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Polteageist

2.) Gourgeist

3.) Deerling

4.) Noctowl

5.) Nickit

It's time to post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about one of my least favorite things about the villagers in Animal Crossing New Horizons. There is a wide variety of villagers in this game, and each one is unique and special in their own way. However, each one is also given a personality type. This means that they also share certain dialogues. Although this makes it easier to make more villagers, it also breaks the immersion. If you have more than one villager from the same personality type on your island, it's a bit frustrating to get the same comments from two separate characters. I'm sure this was done as a type of shortcut to encourage players to get different personalities on their islands, but some popular villagers are from the same personality types. For example, Marshal and Raymond are both smug characters. So if someone has both of these villagers, then they'll end up getting the same lines from both of them. It's a small issue, since most of the dialogue options are unique. But it's still a bit frustrating at times. Regardless, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror. I've talked about this game multiple times on this blog, but there's never been any word on it since. This game has been in development limbo for years now, with no word whether it's even still in production or not. I was personally looking forward to this game so I could interact with my favorite characters more, but recently it feels more like it will never be finished. For those of you who don't know, Hatoful Boyfriend Mirror was set to follow a Mirror timeline that differed greatly from the one we have now. It was teased in the shrine dates from Hatoful Boyfriend Holiday Star, and there was also a Mirror comic made featuring Kazuaki-kun. But other than that, we haven't gotten very much content or news about it. I do hope that this game will be finished one day, but right now it doesn't seem very promising. Regardless, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post. As a little bonus, here's a picture of Kazuaki-kun. Enjoy!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing three things I don't like in Animal Crossing New Horizons. I've said a lot of good things about this game, but there are some not-so-great things about it, too. So, I wanted to list some of my least favorite things about it for you all today. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) You can't give anything to villagers if they're sitting down. Along with this, the only way to make them stand up if they're in a chair is to smack them with a net until they leave; which lowers their friendship levels. Or you can log out and come back, hoping they don't sit down again.

2.) Getting all of the different fruits and vegetables on your island is nearly impossible to do on your own. The only way to get them without visiting someone else's island is by visiting mystery islands until you eventually get all of them. I'm sure you can guess how tedious that is.

3.) Filling the museum. I love catching new bugs and fish, but getting that last fossil you need is so tedious and borderline impossible. I'm also somewhat certain Redd is allergic to real art pieces, since he never has them.

It's time for another new blog post! For today's blog post, I will be listing five cute pictures of Rilakkuma. I listed cute teddy creatures yesterday, but I didn't include Rilakkuma. So, I decided to make up for it by making a whole post just for Rilakkuma and their friends. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing three of my favorite teddy bear creatures; along with a picture of each. There are a lot of cute creatures in anime, so I wanted to list some cuties for you all today. I specifically wanted to list some that reminded me of teddy bears, since they're always so cute. Along with this, they're some of my favorites as well. So, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Teddy from Diabolik Lovers

2.) Teddiursa from Pokemon

3.) Teddy Demons from Sleepy Princess In The Demon Castle

What are beastmen in Twisted Wonderland? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Beastmen are recognizable characters who usually have animal ears and tails. Leona, Ruggie, and Jack are all beastmen. They often end up in Savanaclaw, and they don't seem much different from humans. However, some fans have wondered about their origin. This is because beastmen often talk about their ancestors as if they're animals, even though the beastmen aren't animals. Despite this, there's a simple explanation. Beastmen are just descended from animals. In the Twisted Wonderland world, so much time has passed that animals have just evolved into beastmen. Whether this is naturally or through magic is unknown, but they really are just descended from animals. This can be seen in various stories, vignettes, and events; where they often mention their animal ancestors. Even the current Cloudcalling event mentions that beastmen were once animals, as well. But, that's all I have for now. I just wanted to talk about this because some fans have been confused about this. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time to post! I haven't talked about Vocaloids very much recently, so today I decided to list five of my favorite popular Vocaloid producers. These will just be Japanese producers who are well-known within the community, as well. They're all some of my favorites and I recommend checking out their music. So, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Mitchie M

2.) PinocchioP

3.) Maretu

4.) Deco*27

5.) Giga-P

How do you get DIY recipes in Animal Crossing New Horizons? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! DIY recipes are very important in this game. Whether they be for food or furniture, there is a wide variety of things you can make in this game. So, how do you get more recipes? There are actually a few ways. Firstly, you can buy some basic recipes from the store. This is the easiest way to get them. You can also get some from message bottles, balloons, and villagers. If you interrupt a villager while they're crafting or cooking, they'll give you the recipe for what they're working on. Different villagers give out different recipes, so it's important to have quite a few personality types on your island. This way you can increase your chances of getting recipes that you don't have. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be listing five adorable franchises. These are either anime or just companies that focus on making cute characters; specifically animals or animal-like characters. Even if some of the characters don't exactly qualify as cute, most of them do. There are actually quite a few, so I wanted to list some today. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Sanrio

2.) San-X

3.) Hamtaro

4.) Pokemon

5.) Digimon

What time is it? Post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five of my favorite girl Genshin Impact characters; along with a picture of each. I often list boy characters I like, so I wanted to list some girls today instead; especially since I actually have quite a few girl characters that I like. So, let's get on with the list already! Enjoy!

1.) Hu Tao

2.) Qiqi

3.) Xinyan

4.) Charlotte

5.) Ganyu

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about my least favorite part of the museum from Animal Crossing New Horizons. The museum is one of the most loved parts of this game. It's big, beautiful, and filled with many unique things. It teaches you facts about a variety of different things, and talking to villagers while they're in certain sections of the museum even gives you unique dialogue. It eventually has a cafe as well, which just adds to the experience. What's there not to like? Well, filling up the museum is both exciting and tedious. It may seem like an adventure at first, but eventually it becomes a bit boring. I personally love catching new bugs and fish, but finding the same fossils over and over gets extremely frustrating. Not only this, but getting artwork from Redd is just a hassle; even after he sets up shop on Harv's Island. He almost always has fakes, and often restocks things with more fakes if you buy them. He only has one or two real art pieces when he visits by boat, and he only gets rid of fakes while on Harv's Island once a week. It's incredibly frustrating to have every other section of the museum filled except for the art gallery. It would be a much more enjoyable concept if Redd didn't always have so many fakes. Filling the museum already takes a very long time, and getting fossil repeats and fake art constantly only makes it worse. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Why is Pokemon so popular? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Pokemon is one of the biggest and well-known series ever, even outside of the anime community. Pretty much everyone knows about Pokemon, no matter how old they are. But why is this? It first became popular because of the wide variety of different creatures, as well as the unique battle system. This is also partially why it's still so popular. There are now over a thousand different Pokemon, and the battle mechanics are always being updated and improved. It's still very unique, even with the large amount of clones that exist now. Pokemon is popular and beloved, and it's loved for its creatures and familiarity. Even if it has declined a little over the years, nothing will ever be able to replace such a well-known and large franchise. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's list time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five bone-themed Pokemon; along with a picture of each. It's been very hot this summer, so I'm doing an early Halloween post as a little break from the summer. I just wanted to list some spooky Pokemon as a distraction. Now then, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Duskull

2.) Houndstone

3.) Houndoom

4.) Skeledirge

5.) Alolan Marowak

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the Bug Off and Fishing Tourney from Animal Crossing New Horizons. These two events are pretty similar, with the Bug Off being run by Flick and the Fishing Tourney being run by CJ. In both events, you have to catch as many creatures as you can within the time limit. Then, you are given points based on how many things you caught. Catching more than three gives you a bonus, as well. Along with this, earning at least ten points will give you a random special reward; with the Bug Off rewards being bug-themed and the Fishing Tourney rewards being fish-themed. As the names suggest, you have to catch bugs for the Bug Off, and fish for the Fishing Tourney. The Bug Off is a little easier, since catching fish can be tricky and time-consuming. However, I think both events are pretty fun; even if they're extremely similar. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be listing five cute Pokemon; along with a picture of each. This post's theme is freedom, so I tried to pick cute Pokemon that were similar to things like clouds and dandelion seeds. I've been thinking about Mondstadt from Genshin Impact quite a bit recently, so I tried to use that as an inspiration for a Pokemon list. Now then, let's get on with the list! Enjoy!

1.) Jumpluff

2.) Altaria

3.) Cottonee

4.) Eldegoss

5.) Swirlix

Will there ever be another Animal Crossing New Horizons update? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, Animal Crossing New Horizons hasn't received an update in years. This is because it was announced in 2021 that there won't be any more updates, ever. However, the game is staying popular even now. People still play the game daily, even without the updates. Because of this, I don't think it's entirely impossible for Animal Crossing New Horizons to get a new update at some point. But it is important to consider the fact that there hasn't been an update in years. In my opinion, this makes it less likely. Animal Crossing New Horizons does sometimes still have server maintenance or bug fixes, but other than that it's been largely ignored. I do hope to see a new update at some point, especially since the game is still pretty popular. I don't think it's very likely though. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Who is the most popular Sanrio character? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! When people think of Sanrio, they automatically think of Hello Kitty. Of course she would be the most popular character, right? Surprisingly, she's not! And she hasn't been for at least the last five years. Instead, that spot has been taken by Cinnamoroll. The cute little white cinnamon puppy has charmed fans for five years, making him the most popular Sanrio character. It's actually very surprising to see how popular he is, and Sanrio has taken notice of his popularity. They're making more merchandise for him than ever, which is making fans very happy. It's amazing how a little puppy can become more popular than even Hello Kitty herself. Regardless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

Will there be more regional variants for Pokemon? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! For those of you who don't know, some newer generations of Pokemon games have introduced regional variants. These are Pokemon from other previous generations that look differently based on the new area they're in. There have been quite a few different regional variants now, and it seems like more will continue to be released. Regional variants are a good way of rereleasing an old Pokemon in a new way. It also lets old Pokemon get new evolutions. Along with this, they seem to be rather popular and well-received within the Pokemon fandom. Because of this, I think there will likely be more made for other Pokemon. Regional variants are an easy way to release "new" Pokemon while still adding a new twist to older lesser known Pokemon. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for another list! For today's blog post, I will be ranking my top three favorite ghost-type Pokemon. I often include these Pokemon on my Halloween or ghost-type lists, so I wanted to rank them today. The rankings will be out of ten, and they'll be based on my opinions. I'll also be including a reason for each one, and a picture. So, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Mimikyu - 8/10 - I love this little guy. I personally think he's a little better than Pikachu, and I just adore how cute he is. But the curiosity of what's under its disguise is bothering me.

2.) Pumpkaboo - 10/10 - A cute little take on Jack-o'-lanterns, this little guy is adorable. I really love it.

3.) Litwick - 7/10 - Litwick is also really cute. I'm not sure why, but I just really like it. And I would like it even more if it couldn't kill me.

It's post time! But it's also Tanabata! Tanabata is the Japanese Star Festival, and it occurs each year on July 7th. For this year's special post, I will be talking about the bamboo grass from Animal Crossing New Horizons. For those of you who don't know, tying a small piece of paper (called a Tanzaku) to bamboo is one of the ways to celebrate Tanabata. Writing your wish on the Tanzaku before tying it to the bamboo is supposed to grant your wish, as well. Because of this, the bamboo grass in Animal Crossing is based on this tradition. It is a bamboo grass with many colorful Tanzaku strips tied onto it, and it can be bought as a seasonal item from the Nook Shopping section. It's a cute little festive item that can be used to spruce up your island or home for the holiday. You can even dress your character up in a cute kimono or yukata to help celebrate! As always, I will be including a picture of the bamboo grass below so you all can see it for yourselves. Enjoy! Happy Tanabata!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about food in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Even new players know that food is used to give you a boost, which can be used to break rocks and dig up trees in the game. But did you know you can also make food? That's right! Using a stove and learning cooking recipes lets you make a large variety of different foods. You can make meals, drinks, and even desserts with a stove. Along with this, once you gain the ability to cook, you can get recipes from message bottles, balloons, catching fish, and even villagers. Interrupting a villager while they're cooking and asking what they're doing will get them to give you a recipe of what they're making. Not only this, but eating foods or drinking drinks that you made gives you a bigger food buff, as well. That means eating less and doing more. I actually really like cooking different foods and making different drinks in the game. It's fun, and you can even give them to villagers as gifts. They won't eat it, but you'll see it every time you visit their house. As a little bonus, here's a picture of a peach smoothie from the game. Enjoy!

New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be listing five popular anime series that don't have many seasons. There are a lot of long-running anime series that you see often, but what about the popular ones that don't have as many episodes? Even if they're not still going, these ones are classics. So, let's get on with it! Enjoy!

1.) Yu-Gi-Oh (the original series)

2.) Death Note

3.) Vampire Knight

4.) One Punch Man

5.) Noragami

Thursday, July 4, 2024

It's the fourth of July! Which once again means it's Independence Day here in the States. So for this year's special post, I will be listing five Pokemon; along with a picture of each. This may seem like a normal post, but I picked these ones especially for the holiday. Because of this, I'll also be including my reason for choosing each Pokemon. Now then, let's get on with the list! Happy Fourth Of July!

1.) Oricorio - I chose this for the color red, and to represent celebrations.

2.) Vanillite - This is for the color white, and to symbolize ice cream for summer.

3.) Mudkip - Mudkip is for the color blue, and because I like it.

4.) Braviary - It's an eagle. Need I say more?

5.) Blacephalon - This one is to represent the fireworks often used for the holiday.

That's all I have for now. As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

It's cicada season! Both in real life and in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Whether you like cicadas or not, it's nearly impossible to ignore them. Now you get to hear their sweet annoying songs in real life and in-game! That's either very lucky or very unlucky for fans, depending on who they are. The cicadas in Animal Crossing New Horizons are relatively easy to catch, since you can track it based on where its sound is coming from. Most of the cicadas are usually on trees, as well. I personally think it's pretty cool to hear the cicadas calling in the game, especially since they're one of the most recognizable sounds of summer. As a little bonus, I will be including a list of the different cicada types from the game below; along with a picture of each. So heads up if you don't like bugs! Enjoy!

1.) Brown Cicada

2.) Robust Cicada

3.) Evening Cicada

4.) Walker Cicada

5.) Giant Cicada

6.) Cicada Shell

Tuesday, July 2, 2024

New day, new post! Today's blog post will be a list of five rodent Pokemon, along with a picture of each. I won't be including Pikachu, its evolutions, or Plusle and Minun in this post so I can add a bit more variety. These ones are some of my favorites, so I wanted to list them for you all today. Now then, let's get on with the list already! Enjoy!

1.) Pachirisu

2.) Dedenne

3.) Tandemaus

4.) Marill

5.) Morpeko
