Why is Pokemon so popular? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Pokemon is one of the biggest and well-known series ever, even outside of the anime community. Pretty much everyone knows about Pokemon, no matter how old they are. But why is this? It first became popular because of the wide variety of different creatures, as well as the unique battle system. This is also partially why it's still so popular. There are now over a thousand different Pokemon, and the battle mechanics are always being updated and improved. It's still very unique, even with the large amount of clones that exist now. Pokemon is popular and beloved, and it's loved for its creatures and familiarity. Even if it has declined a little over the years, nothing will ever be able to replace such a well-known and large franchise. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic.
