It's time to post! In yesterday's post, I briefly mentioned how to unlock The Roost in your museum in Animal Crossing New Horizons. But just in case there are any new players reading, I've decided to describe it in more detail; because there's actually quite a bit you have to do for it. Firstly, your game has to be updated to the most recent version. Then, you have to unlock the art wing in the museum, and your island evaluation has to have at least three stars. You also need to donate at least one fish, one diving creature, one art piece, one fossil, and one bug to the museum. After that, Blathers will talk to you about his friend Brewster. After talking to Blathers, Brewster will appear randomly on the mystery island Kapp'n takes you to. Once you find Brewster, simply talk to him. Then your museum will need one day for construction, and the next day your museum will finally have The Roost. That's all there is to it! However, it's important to mention that some players say you also have to have KK Slider perform on your island at least once, and you have to be the island representative; which means The Roost can only be unlocked by the primary player. So if you haven't unlocked The Roost yet, that may be why. I hope this post is helpful! As always, I hope you all enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! Today's blog post will be about The Roost from Animal Crossing New Horizons. The Roost is a coffee shop run by Brewster. It's located in the museum, and it's unlocked after you have donated at least one fish, one diving creature, one bug, one fossil, one art piece, and your island has to have at least a three star rating. Although it's a bit complicated, it's worth it afterwards. The Roost is a very cozy place, and drinking a coffee everyday unlocks different gifts and achievements. You can also invite characters there with Amiibo cards, and you can encounter different NPCs, as well. Along with this, sometimes you can even find your villagers there. The different characters you meet in The Roost even have special dialogue options, too. Although this may seem a bit boring to some players, I personally think it's rather nice. New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about DJ KK from Animal Crossing New Horizons. Although KK Slider shows up relatively early in this game, DJ KK is missing. However, he was later added to the Happy Home Paradise DLC. After you complete thirty homes in the DLC, DJ KK will show up on the island to throw a party and play remixes of the game's songs. While he's there, you can also buy his merchandise from the apparel store. But aside from this, he doesn't do very much while visiting. You can't even get the songs he plays. But the party itself is pretty fun, anyways. As a little bonus, here's a picture of DJ KK performing. Enjoy!

It's time for a Diasomnia appreciation post! Diasomnia is one of my favorite dorms from Twisted Wonderland, so I wanted to do a post for it. It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about why I prefer Flick over CJ in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Although Flick is one of my favorite characters, this post is more about game mechanics than the actual characters; especially since I do actually like CJ too. Despite these two having similar purposes, I prefer Flick for one main reason: the seasports challenge. Every time CJ visits your island, he makes you complete a challenge before buying your fish. Even though this is fun at first, it quickly becomes very tedious when you can't even sell your fish without completing a challenge first. It should be available as an option, not a mandatory thing. Flick will buy your bugs without making you do something first, which makes it much easier to sell to him. If you're trying to get some extra bells, it's already a chore catching all of the different creatures just to sell them. Adding a challenge to that makes it even worse; even if it's an easy one. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about a Mario rumor. There's been a rumor floating around that claims Mario isn't saying "It's-a-me", but rather "itsumi" which means "super". I don't know where this rumor started, or why it started. But it's just wrong. First of all, itsumi doesn't mean super. Secondly, there are multiple references to the "It's-a-me" catchphrase throughout Nintendo's branding and marketing. Third of all, Mario games have always been translated before being released in America, so there'd be no reason to include a Japanese word. Normally I don't mind silly little mix-ups, but this is just blatant misinformation that's being spread around. I really don't like when people make these claims and spread them around as facts. It's harmful and honestly pretty annoying. So always remember, if someone on TikTok or YouTube or anywhere like that tells you something is a fact, research it yourself. I'm back once again to talk about the pigeon milk from Animal Crossing. I never really thought I'd talk about this, let alone twice. But after doing some research, I'm back with my findings. I've looked around to see what other fans think this might be, and aside from the wrong answer of actual pigeon milk (the consistency is wrong), it seems to be pretty widely agreed that this could just be a brand. It's either just a brand name, a special blend that Brewster makes, or just regular milk that Brewster calls pigeon milk. My personal favorite theory is that it's a special blend of milk that is made especially for Brewster's shop. Many fans even think it could be a type of non-dairy milk, since there's a lot of different vegetarian recipes in the game. Whatever the answer is, I don't think it's literally pigeon milk. There's no way Brewster would just ruin our coffee like that. Not to mention the way the player character describes it when it's added just sounds like regular milk or cream. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's time for a Scaramouche appreciation post! I've talked about Scaramouche from Genshin Impact a few times in the past, and I'm here to do it again. Scaramouche, or Wanderer, is one of my favorite misunderstood characters. On the surface, he seems like a regular unlikable villain that even I hated at one point. He's rude, uncaring, and seemingly unredeemable. I also personally don't like characters that you need to know their whole tragic backstory for if you want to understand them. Although I originally thought Scaramouche was one of those, I don't think so anymore. Once you get to know him, he's pretty clearly just a bitter and jaded person who at this point only exists to follow orders and further his own goals. And since he's hundreds of years old and doesn't deal with people often, it isn't even a surprise that he doesn't like them anymore. You don't even have to know his backstory to realize that and sympathize with how done he is with everyone. It's also important to note that he does try to be polite and make up for things if given the chance, which means he's not completely a jerk; he's just sick of people. Of course knowing his backstory helps, but I honestly wouldn't mind him if he really was just an older immortal being who was just tired of dealing with the mortals. And I think that's what makes him such a good character. He doesn't have to be complex, but him being complex also just makes him better. But those are just my thoughts on this topic. New day, new post! The blog post for today will be about the game Cupid's Kiss. Cupid's Kiss is a cute little free game that's available on itch.io. It's short, and takes about half an hour to finish. It's free to download, or you can play it directly on your browser. Along with this, it also has four endings. Play this game if you want a very brightly colored cupid to scold you for not falling in love, because that's what it's about! It's a pretty laid-back game that's easy to play, and has one fully voiced character. That character is Virgil, your assigned cupid. I recommend checking this game out, because it's pretty fun and easy to play. It doesn't take very long to finish, and you don't even have to download it to play. What is the pigeon milk in Animal Crossing? Well, that's what I'll be talking about in today's blog post! Many players have wondered and theorized about what this strange substance could be. So, I wanted to talk about it today. Many people have thought this is literally pigeon milk, which is a substance secreted from pigeons to feed their young. However, this isn't the case. The pigeon milk Brewster uses isn't the right consistency for that. Instead, it's more similar to regular milk. Which is why I believe it's just regular milk that Brewster calls pigeon milk. It could also be a special blend of milk or something that he makes especially for the coffee. I personally don't think the creators of Animal Crossing would add anything with any odd or gross implications. So, I really do think it's just some kind of milk. As for why the option "ew, no" is there, it could just be because the player character either comes to the wrong conclusion, or they just don't like anything to be added to their coffee. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! And I am once again back to say that Yami Yugi is taller than Yugi in Yu-Gi-Oh. I know, that's a lot of Yugis. I also know that I've talked about this before. But this is a hill I will die on. The nameless Pharaoh is absolutely taller than Yugi Muto and I won't accept any other answer. This is extremely clear every time they're shown together, especially since the pharaoh is several inches taller than Yugi. However, most websites swear they're the same height, which they're not. It's a silly thing to worry about, I know. But these two characters have never been, and likely will never be, the same height. Since Yugi is said to be around five feet tall, Yami Yugi is likely closer to five feet and three inches, or even up to five feet and five inches. To be more logical about this, they may have said they were the same height because they both share Yugi's body throughout the series. However, I don't think that's the case; nor do I think it would be fair if that was the case. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. New day, new post! For today's blog post, I will be talking about why Avatar The Last Airbender isn't an anime. This show was always known as just a cartoon until recently. As of a few years ago, it started being included in anime lists and on anime blogs and things like that; and anime fans just accepted that. But I disagree. No, this show isn't anime, it's anime inspired. There's a difference, even if it's a small one. I have become very relaxed with what I consider anime, but I don't think Avatar counts. It isn't based on Japan, and it wasn't meant to be an anime. It was meant to be a cartoon that was inspired by anime. It's also overly exaggerated in some scenes not just to copy anime, but also as a reference to older cartoons as well. Because of this, I don't think it should be considered an anime. Something shouldn't be "close enough" to be considered an anime. Something should start out as an anime and stay that way; even if it isn't from Japan. But, these are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

What time is it? Post time! Today I wanted to make a list, but I feel like I've been making too many lists. So instead, I've chosen one character. This character is based solely on design, because I don't actually know very much about him. The character is (drumroll please), Merlin from Fate Grand Order! I wanted to mention a character from the Fate series again, but I still haven't gotten to play any of the games. So, I picked one based on design instead. Out of the characters I do know from the series, he's actually becoming one of my favorites; which is why I chose him for today's post. Now then, without further ado, here's Merlin! Enjoy!

3, 2, 1, post time! For today's blog post, I will be talking about the amount of villagers allowed on your island in Animal Crossing New Horizons. Animal Crossing has always been known for its large amount of different villagers. But despite this, you're only allowed to have ten on your island at a time. This means if you have any villagers you want to keep on your island, then you won't get to experience other villagers. And after a while, it seems like the villagers you do have are constantly trying to leave. I personally only had Raymond on my island for less than two weeks before he asked if he should leave because someone else was at the campsite. It's a bit frustrating, even if you can tell them to stay. Not only this, but things are always empty. Almost no one is ever in the museum, the clothes store, or Nook's Cranny; which is because there are so few villagers on the island. Instead of always making your current villagers ask to leave, we should be allowed to have more villagers. It would feel more like a community like this, and it would give players the ability to experience new villagers. Happy Home Paradise introduced roommates, so we should be able to have the same thing for our islands. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!

It's post time! With Hello Kitty's 50th anniversary happening this year, I think it's important to also mention her twin sister, Mimmy White. Yes, it's true. Hello Kitty, or Kitty White, has an identical twin sister named Mimmy. Mimmy looks the same as Kitty, but she wears her bow on the opposite ear. Despite being Kitty's identical twin sister, she's almost never included in any merchandise. Because of this, most people don't know she even exists. She's hardly ever mentioned or included at all; which is a bit disappointing because Hello Kitty having a twin sister would be a good thing to include in merchandise. Twin characters are pretty popular, especially in the anime community. So it's really a waste that nothing is ever done with this character.
