New day, new post! In the Pokemon world, it's unusual to see dark-type gym leaders, and ghost-type leaders are often avoided because they're seen as creepy. Although fans usually love them, it does explain why they're hardly ever seen. It's very disappointing for a lot of Pokemon fans, since a lot of fans actually really like these gym leaders. Ghost-type leaders are much more common, but I can understand why people would want to see more of both of them. Pokemon is usually very bright and colorful, so seeing this darker side is appealing to older fans, but also to younger fans who don't often see these darker elements in children's media. I think it would be great to see more gym leaders like this in the future, even if it's just as regular characters and not opponents. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic.
