For today's blog post, I will be talking about a new Death Note board game. Even though I have done quite a few posts about Death Note on here recently, I figured it would still be a good idea to mention this new game on here. Especially since I just recently found out about it. Now then, on with the post! This new board game is called Death Note: Confrontation. It was set to be released on June 6th, but it has been delayed for now. However, we do still have some details about it! The new release date for it currently isn't one of them though. Anyways, this game is centered around the detective L and the mysterious Kira. When Interpol can't understand how Kira can kill anyone, anywhere, they bring in the brilliant detective L. Then, the cat-and-mouse game begins! This game is a 2-player game. One player plays as L, and the other plays as Kira. The player who plays as L has to try to locate and capture Kira, whereas the other player has to punish those he thinks deserves the ultimate punishment. Each player has to use their character's notebook to either reveal criminal targets to locate Kira as L, or eliminate targets to gain victory points as Kira.
