Nintendo has partnered up with Converse in a brand new collaboration! This new collection is for Splatoon 3, and it features vibrant designs associated with the brand. They were only recently announced, so it's unclear if they will be released outside of Japan or not yet. There will be a few pairs of shoes for this collab, and fans are already excited about this new line. It's pretty common for Splatoon merchandise to release outside of Japan, and Converse is a big brand. So, they'll likely release outside of Japan eventually. But for now, you can buy them from Japanese websites that will ship them to other places.
