3, 2, 1, post time! Since Pokemon has been releasing a lot of new merchandise, there have been way too many articles saying "this Pokemon is getting a crazy new redesign". So I'm going to clear this up. These are all clickbait. The "redesign" is almost always just a new color or a new outfit. This isn't what a redesign is. A redesign is when something gets a new design, like a new art style or a slightly different appearance. If a new color was considered a redesign, then every shiny Pokemon would be a redesign. If putting a hat on or changing clothes was a redesign, then Team Rocket would be getting a new redesign almost every time they appeared. Calling a new color or outfit a "redesign" is stupid and uninformed. So if you see an article with a title like this, just ignore it. They just want your clicks. But, those are mostly just my thoughts on this topic. Nonetheless, I hope you all still enjoyed this blog post!
